At the Glastonbury Festival, more than 140 crimes were reported, including sexual offenses, public order violations, and drug offenses. Local police have now confirmed the number of arrests made as the four-day event has come to an end.

The 1975, Olivia Rodrigo, and Neil Young are the main performers at this year’s annual event, which will take place on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday at Worthy Park in Somerset. However, more than 200 000 people were arriving at the farm on Tuesday night, and revelers started to arrive.

After the gates opened on Wednesday, those who arrived on Tuesday were the first to enter and set up camp in the best locations on the site to prepare for the weekend of live music. Avon and Somerset Police Service has now confirmed the total number of crimes reported and arrests made since the event has been set to end until 2027.

Neighborhood policing teams are speaking with members of their local communities and key stakeholders to make sure anyone who needs us knows. The public can be assured of how seriously we are treating Saturday’s events by the work we have done and are still doing. Because an investigation is already raging, we ask the public to stop contacting us about this matter.

Following both Kneecap and Bob Vylan’s performances over the weekend, the police announced they were looking into footage taken from the West Holts stage.
