The reality TV star has kept fans informed about her journey to losing six stone and described how she uses Mounjaro jabs to aid in her weight loss.

- The former The Only Way is Essex star has spoken out about how her previous attempts to lose weight have resulted in her being stuck in a “toxic dieting chain” with a yo-yo dieting pattern. She weighed 26 stone at her heaviest.
- Gemma stated that he hoped to “finally be able to live my best life and just be free from all that upset, stress, and turmoil that comes with constantly trying to lose excess weight” when he first started taking weight loss injections.
- Gemma revealed to the Mirror that she had a gallbladder attack in August and that it had no direct connection to the Mounjaro injections, and that her experience with weight loss injections had not been without fault.
- The Diva Forever actress revealed in one of her most recent updates that she had lost three and a half stone overall and had dropped from a size 26 to a size 20. She jokingly “manifesting a swimwear range,” she also displayed her impressive results in some brand-new photos from a spa day in London.
- Gemma mentioned that she had a busy 12 months in store for her at the start of the year, including a wedding and a much-needed baby. She stated in a social media post that she is expecting a child this year: “Yes, I’m getting married this year.”
- The reality guru has set herself a personal weight of six stone before her wedding, insisting she never wants to “look stick thin” and that the changes are “about being healthier.”
