Amy Hunt of Great Britain ran a season-best second at the Rome Diamond League meet in the 200-meter race.
Hunt came second in 22.67 seconds, followed by Marie-Josee Ta Lou-Smith in 22.75, and Anavia Battle of the United States won the race.
Hunt was 0.25 seconds off her personal best of 22.42 as she came out strong to claim her second place spot.
Sarah Healy of Ireland defeated Australia’s Sarah Billings (3: 59.24) and Abbey Caldwell (3: 59.32) to win the 1500-meter race, earning her the victory.
American Trayvon Bromell won the 100-meter race in a world-best 9.84 seconds.
