FULL TEXT: Rivers Assembly’s Accusation Against Fubara, Deputy

Governor Siminalayi Fubara and his deputy Ngozi Odu have been charged with gross misconduct by the Rivers State House of Assembly.
In a letter they sent to Speaker Martin Amaewhule, 26 members of the House of Assembly made the claim.
They accuse the governor of using public funds inadvertently, preventing or obstructing the Rivers State House of Assembly, and appointing people to occupy positions or offices in the Rivers State Government without requiring screening or confirmation, among other things.
