Kevin’s transfer from Shakhtar Donetsk to Fulham is set for a club record of £34.6 million.

The 22-year-old Brazilian’s move is expected to surpass the club’s current transfer record, which was the initial £27 million they paid last summer to bring in Arsenal’s attacker Emile Smith Rowe.

In 57 games for the Ukrainian side, Kevin has scored 17 goals and assisted 10 of them on the left.

Marco Silva, who previously criticized Fulham’s slow transfer rate, would gain from his signing.

With the exception of Montpellier goalkeeper Benjamin Lecomte, Silva claimed that the Cottagers had been “passive” throughout the summer.

Fulham have expressed interest in Raheem Sterling and Philip Otele, both of whom are still regarded as being in the market for an additional attacker.

After Saturday’s fixtures, the Cottagers were 16th in the table and had only two points from their first three Premier League games.
