Holly Swinburn has said she is in communication with Freddy Brazier for the sake of their baby – and said he has attended some scans with her even after breaking up
Freddy Brazier’s pregnant ex has revealed the gender of their baby and shared the moving name they are planning to give the child.
Holly Swinburn, who found out she was pregnant with Freddy’s baby in August, is set to give birth at the end of March. The 22-year-old mum-to-be said their baby is a girl and they are planning to name her after Freddy’s late mum, Jade Goody.
While Jade won’t be the infant’s first name, it will be her middle name to avoid putting “too much expectation, pressure and comparisons” on her. Even though she and Freddy, 21, have split, they are communicating for the sake of the baby, Holly said.

Talking to The Sun, she revealed: “I’m so excited to be having a baby girl. We like the idea of Jade as a middle name. I told Freddy I would happily call the baby Jade as a first name if that’s what he wanted.
“But I think he felt it might come with too much expectation, pressure and comparisons. I love Isla as a first name, and we think it’d be nice to honour Jade’s memory with a middle name.”
Holly added that Freddy has attended scans with her and said that before Christmas, the pair spent time at Jeff Brazier’s home “to prepare for when the baby arrives.” She added that Jeff “is a big help to us and is very generous.”
The pair started dating in June last year after Freddy contacted Holly on TikTok – and two months later, she discovered she was pregnant. She previously said that while Freddy “has shown signs of caring,” for example by going to baby scans with him, she then ended up discovering “something he lied about” every time she “tried to move forward.”
Holly alleges that Freddy called her “fat” and a “s***” as well as “all the names under the sun”. She said: “I stayed with Freddy for the sake of the baby, but it got too much.” She added she believes Freddy’s family know he has “serious issues” and she said that while she understands he has gone through a hard time after losing his mum Jade as a young child, she now wants to focus on her wellbeing and “creating a stable environment” for her baby.
At the time, a representative for Freddy Brazier told The Mirror, “We are aware of the claims that have been made and have made the decision not to address them at this time. Freddie remains committed to cooperating where appropriate and to making the right decisions for the well-being of everyone involved, especially the child on the way. We ask that matters are given the space to be handled privately and respectfully.”
Freddy’s dad, Jeff, recently split with his wife, Kate Dwyer, after seven years of marriage and twelve years of an on-and-off relationship. It has been claimed this was, in part, due to how Freddy and his 22-year-old brother Bobby, “never truly accepted her as stepmum.”
