Frankie mentioned that she uses the ICONIC London Underglow Blurring Primer, which is currently available at Look Fantastic for between £25 and £20. One beauty expert said, “Makes my skin feel so smooth and glowy. The former Saturdays singer isn’t the only fan of this product either.”
