Frankie Bridge is the latest celeb to hop on the ‘scardigan’ trend, and we’ve found exactly where her stylish hybrid knit is from
Scarf coats dominated the high street last winter, and this year, shoppers appear to be looking to incorporate that trend into their knitwear.
Searches for layered knitwear have risen across the UK this season, and the search term “scarf-style cardigans” has been trending on TikTok, so it’s no surprise to see brands jump on this.
High street retailers like Marks & Spencer and River Island have already done so, but it’s small brand House of Sunny that was one of the first to offer the ‘scardigan’.
And Frankie Bridge is the latest celeb to represent one of their knits. Sporting the Power Peggy Cardigan in matcha on her Instagram, her comments with flooded with fans asking where exactly the trendy knit is from.

Priced at £100, this high-neck knit features a detachable scarf, large buttons and a ribbed slim fit. Not to mention, it’s available in one of 2025’s trendiest shades, matcha green.
Frankie styled her knit for autumn with a pair of blue straight-leg jeans, some pointed boots, and a burnt red leather handbag. We love the simplicity of this look, and how it looks immediately elevated thanks to the added scarf detail.
To dress the knit up for party season, you could easily swap out the jeans for a satin or lace midi skirt, and add a pair of platform heels.
As we mentioned, this hybrid knit is a huge trend this autumn, with other retailers jumping on the trend too. We spotted the Green Knitted Wrap Scarf Cardigan from River Island. Priced at £55, this cosy knit looks so chic paired with everything from denim to mini skirts.
