Family Farm, a season three finale, followed the lives of former Emmerdale star Kelvin Fletcher, his wife Liz, and their four children once more.
Kelvin Fletcher and his wife Liz have faced a challenging time following a “devastating” fire, but the couple have now shared a “huge” update.
Last October, the family of six were enjoying some downtime away from their farm when they received a distressing call from a neighbour about a fire at their farmhouse. The fire rendered their home uninhabitable, forcing them to seek temporary accommodation. However, more than a year later, the family has returned to their cherished farm.
Kelvin Fletcher stated in the season three finale of Fletchers’ Family Farm, “This one’s huge.” After renting out after a fire in the farmhouse for a year, we’re finally taking delivery of our new lodge.

Liz shared her harsh realities of dealing with the aftermath of the fire after the first portion of their new temporary home on wheels arrived.
She stated, “These things, dealing with the fire, take so long as you can ever imagine. It’s a full-time job, trying to do everything, including the surveys. Additionally, we haven’t even begun the process of removing the house and beginning the construction work.
So this just seems to work a little more effectively, a little more effectively, and less likely to require us to be in two places at once, despite being temporary.
The hardest part of our relationship this year has been feeling so disconnected as a family, Kelvin continued. We are so happy that we can go back to the farm and get back together.
Liz jokingly described their current housing situation as a “posh caravan” in a lighthearted manner, exclaiming relief and excitement over this significant change.
The best feeling comes from returning to the farm 24/7.
Kelvin acknowledged the “challenge” that lies ahead as they move forward with this exciting chapter of their journey in a voiceover.
Our desire to return to the farm has finally begun, despite a long journey. But before we can move on, we must adapt to lodge life, which presents a whole new set of challenges.
There are six of us, Liz said, not your typical caravan.
She then enthusiastically stated, “When we do the renovation, we’re here, we’re on site, we’re back, and it’ll just take the edge off of the upset of the fire,” “I think.” We’re back on the farm.
