In the fourth round of the Carabao Cup, Premier League champions Liverpool will face FA Cup winners Crystal Palace.

Tottenham and Newcastle United, who have won the Premier League since 1993, square off against Brighton while Arsenal, who haven’t won since 1993, face Tottenham in a second-round match.

Grimsby Town, the only League Two team left standing and avenging Manchester United, will face Premier League Brentford in a second home game.

With three Welsh teams making their first appearances in the last 16, it was probably inevitable that Wrexham and Cardiff City would square off in a tie with Manchester City, who were previously winners.
