Lacey Turner, a favorite of EastEnders and best known for her role in the BBC One soap, has taken to social media to share some photos with her dear mother.
Lacey Turner is currently taking a break from playing Stacey Slater in EastEnders.
Fans watched Stacey leave Walford for a new life in Brazil in emotional scenes of the BBC One which aired last month.
However, Lacey has since reassured viewers that Stacey won’t be gone for longe.
In an sweet goodbye video on YouTube, the mother-of-three could be seen given well wishes from the cast and crew on her final day on set, before reassuring them: “I will be back in a minute.”
Everyone, I’m grateful. I’m returning, and it won’t take long. Thank you, but I can’t make speeches. It’s a very special place to work, she said, and I adore you all so much.
Lacey Turner left the BBC soap in May to concentrate on her life outside the program, as previously announced.
Lacey told The Sun at the time: “It’s time for myself and Stacey to take a rest and who knows what Stacey will get up to in her time away? Knowing Stacey, it will never be boring.”
We can confirm Lacey’s off-screen role later this year, but there will be plenty of other drama to come, and we will anticipate Stacey’s return when Lacey decides the moment is right, according to a spokeswoman for EastEnders at the time.
Lacey logged into her official Instagram page on Monday (November 24) to share some rare snaps with her mum Bev Harvey.
As they shared a moment of bonding at Harry’s Dolce Vita, the mother-daughter duo took a selfie with their daughter.
Since their engagement in 2017, Lacey and Mat Kay have a son named Trilby Fox and a daughter named Dusty Violet in July 2019.
In January 2025, they gave birth to Gipsy Olive, their third child.
Lacey became Stacey at EastEnders in 2004 and remained there until 2010.
After her ex-girlfriend Max Branning (Jake Wood) returned to Walford, she made the decision to accept her brother Sean Slater’s offer and begin a new life there. She did so in 2014 until October of this year.
