A former EastEnders star has given birth to a child. Amar Adatia, a famous actor who appeared in Jags Panesar on the BBC One soap opera, announced on social media that he and his wife have welcomed a second child. He and his wife welcomed their first child in December of this year, but he has rarely provided fans with information about his private life.

He and his wife were expecting, but he and his wife did not make the announcement until Monday night when he shared a picture of their son, who was wearing a sweet baby grow. He continued, “Welcome to the world Arella Adatia,” with “Full Heart.”

After confirming the news, the actor received numerous congratulations messages. Big Brother celebrity Jess Impiazzi yelled out, “Congrats you guys,” along with five red heart emojis. Along with a white heart, Rukku Nahar’s EastEnders co-star, who played Habiba Ahmed, added: “Congratulations.”

Amar Adatia welcomed a second child.

Congratulations to you all, one fan gushed. I’m hoping for good health for Mummy. We all have a lot of love to share. “Welcome to the world, precious little one,” added a second. While a third drew the phrase “Such a lovely name, congratulations.”

Amar, 39, was a guest on the BBC programme between October 2019 and October 2020 when his mother Suki sent him to prison. Despite the fact that her other son Vinny was the victim of the attack, she had framed Jags for assaulting Martin Fowler.

Suki claimed that Jags was wearing his bloodied jeans the day Martin was assaulted, and that she was angry with him because of his relationship with Habiba.

Fans raged that Suki could betray her son in such a way after he was eventually carted off in a police car and imprisoned. However, it was later revealed that Jags had passed away in prison, leaving the Panesar family heartbroken.

Amar has only played two roles since leaving the soap, including Jack 2 in Override and a football supporter in The Devil Went Down To Islington, and he has kept a relatively low profile. However, he previously acknowledged that his work had been slowed by the coronavirus pandemic.

Amar previously stated to Digital Spy that he had held back on making his newest film because it was difficult to promote it while filming simultaneously and because the pandemic had caused the timing to be pushed back.

He stated when he left EastEnders that he had always known that he would only be a part of the show for a certain amount of time. I had just finished shooting a movie and had made commitments to promote it, but the pandemic struck and it was understandably put off.

He has appeared in films like Doctors, Day of the Falcon, Four Hours, The Tower, and the short film UK Residents Only, aside from EastEnders.
