As he shared a thought with his followers online, Eamonn Holmes admitted to struggling with his health and admitted that he felt alone.
Eamonn Holmes hinted at feelings of loneliness in a new post on Twitter. The presenter has been struggling with his health, and has been open about his physical limitations as he recovers.
Just the other day, he had shared an update online with his followers, where he wrote: “Great picture popped up from 3 years but it’s made me sad – I could walk. Got to redouble my efforts.”
One supporter of Eamonn’s followers said: “Great picture. I now need a cane and recall my freedom of movement in the past. Are you wheelchair-bound or can you walk at all? I’m hoping for a little better soon. He then responded that he primarily used a wheelchair.
Then, according to another follower, “I know the feeling, I can still walk a little, but not too far. The joys of our aging bodies, he responded, “Too true x. Then, “Don’t be depressed,” one person said. You still have xx, he said, “about which time?”
One follower wrote under his post, with him writing, “No one really cares about the sick Lynda — do they? “, adding that “you need to surround yourself with people who genuinely care about you, the person who doesn’t care about your name, status, and finances.”
When he was presenting GB News, Eamonn suddenly fell live on the air. The fall was not visible on camera, but he could be heard crashing to the floor as his co-stars were clearly concerned as the show took a break.
“Welcome back. Good to see you again. Especially good for me to see you again. I am still alive, yes. And they’re very wonky wheels on chairs that we’ve got here, and matter of fact, we don’t really like the chairs full stop, do we? They’re a bit slippy and slidey and I’ve slipped and slid off mine there,” he then said, explaining what happened.
We’ve had a few of them, but they’re not the first guests to do so because they’re well-known, and they’ve hit the ground very badly, which is terrifying. And it came as a surprise because I fell in my bathroom two weeks ago, got hospitalized, and got hit in the back again. I’m extremely sore right now. Really sore. “
He then explained that he ended up lying flat on his back on the floor because the chair had swayed. You experience aches and pains as the morning progresses, he said. The worst part of this was obviously that it occurred two weeks ago when I was in the same hospital for a very similar fall in the same area, including the back of the head, my neck, and my shoulders. As a result, it all returned.
