A huge British actor who played James Bond in the upcoming film version of Masters of the Air is a favorite choice.
A huge British star with a pop singer girlfriend is in the lead to take on the role of James Bond for the next instalment of the 007 franchise. There have been many rumours on who could be taking on the coveted role, including Saltburn star Jacob Elordi, Spider-Man’s Tom Holland and Babygirl actor Harris Dickinson.
It is now being said Hammersmith-born star Callum Turner could also be in running for the role. In new odds from Heart Bingo, the Masters of the Air star, who is engaged with Dua Lipa, is being lined up as the next 007. Sarah Caskie, Head of Brand for online website Heart Bingo, said: “The masses have spoken on X and we’ve collated the data to find that Callum Turner is the people’s choice to replace Daniel Craig, with 63% of posts concerning his potential role in the next film being positive, while 0% were negative.”

She continued, “Henry Cavill’s 34% optimism placed him in second place among the people, but 3% didn’t seem to be overly optimistic about him becoming Bond.”
Callum is best known for his roles in Emma and Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them as Theseus Scamander.
He also appeared in the television series Masters of the Air and The Capture as well as The Boys in the Boat and The Capture.
Just over three years ago, Amazon completed its massive $ 8.5 billion acquisition of MGM Studios, which included the James Bond franchise. No Time to Die, the film’s final act with Daniel Craig serving as the lead role, was the first James Bond movie to be seen by fans since 2021.
Denis Villeneuve has signed to direct the film, according to an announcement from Amazon. His best-known work is the Dune movies, which he directed.
Amy Pascal and David Heyman will work as producers, and Tanya Lapointe will be the executive producer.
Denis stated when he began playing the part that it was a “huge honor” and that he was a huge fan of the franchise.
He claimed that “some of my earliest movie-going memories are related to 007. Since watching James Bond movies with my father with my father, I’ve watched them both since watching Dr. No and Sean Connery.
I have a devoted Bond fan base. He’s considered sacred territory in my opinion. I want to carry on the tradition and help pave the way for many more missions to come.
He continued, “This is a huge responsibility, but it’s also incredibly exciting for me and a huge honor. He’s back on screen in no time, and Amy, David, and I are absolutely thrilled. For their trust, we thank Amazon MGM Studios.
