Dozens injured, including children, in Russian attack on Kharkiv

Following the most recent Russian attack on the eastern Ukrainian city, a Kharkiv residential area is now in severe damage. A 28-day-old baby, according to officials, was among the at least 37 injured. The attack comes one day after the most recent failed negotiation between the two parties.
