Delhi cloud seeding fails as city covered in thick smog

Authorities failed on Thursday to clear the air and lower pollution levels by seeding the city with thick smog, which blanketed New Delhi. The trial is the most recent attempt by officials to improve the city’s more than 30 million residents’ air quality.
