As part of his and Ant McPartlin’s recent successful new agreement to continue on ITV for another three years, Declan Donnelly purchases a third home on the road in west London.
TV star Declan Donnelly is toasting his and Ant McPartlin’s new £30million ITV contract by splashing out on his THIRD house on the same street. Dec already has a £7m mansion in West London, as well as the house next door that he snapped up three years ago for £2.25m.
He has now submitted planning applications for development for his third home, which is next door to the second in a row. Although it’s unknown how much he paid, those houses that are currently being sold on that street fetch upwards of £2.5 million.
Before divorcing from his first wife Lisa, Ant also used to reside a few doors down on the same street in December. He and his new wife Anne-Marie moved out of the neighborhood and now reside in a £6 million home in South West London.

The couple is currently alleged to be looking for a home. After his wife Ali submitted plans to the local council for a side extension and the installation of a new gate, details of Dec’s most recent sale emerged. The £2.25 million property’s sale reportedly garnered a lot of community cheer when Dec purchased it because it was a must-see.
Additionally, the most recent home will be updated. It consists of two apartments, and it’s unknown what Dec intends to do with the property or what he intends to sell it on. Dec, 50, paid £1.9 million to purchase his first seven-bedroom home in 2006. He added a cinema, a swimming pool, a steam room, and a poolside kitchen, but it is now worth more than three times that.
He lives there with his wife Ali and children Isla and Jack. The new purchase is thought to have been sealed in the last two months as Ant & Dec negotiated their three-year ITV deal. It is worth £5million a year to each of them. The deal takes the duo through to the end of 2028, 30 years after the Geordies joined ITV to host kids’ show SM:TV.
The pair have a bumper year lined up with a new series of Ant & Dec’s Limitless Win, Britain’s Got Talent, I’m A Celebrity South Africa, which returns three years after its first run, and I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here.
With a 11.2 million viewers, ITV reported this week how the Jungle’s first episode had consolidated. We’re so fortunate to work on some of the biggest and best TV shows, Dec said last week, and we’re proud of what we’ve accomplished together with ITV over the years. He continued, “We’re looking forward to making more great entertainment together and looking forward to the future.”
Kevin Lygo, managing director for media and entertainment at ITV, said he was delighted to snap up the duo for three more years. He said: “Ant & Dec’s impact upon the world of live entertainment is unrivalled, with their triumphant partnership reigning supreme for over three decades.
I have no doubt that ITV’s new three-year working relationship will be filled with even more unmissable entertainment. When they first moved to London as teenagers, Ant andamp shared a flat. Prior to that, they had purchased nearby Algarve vacation homes.
