At tonight’s BRIT Awards, Davina McCall stunned in a stunning black-lacy outfit.

The TV presenter underwent surgery to remove a colloid cyst, a benign brain tumor, just six months ago. Davina revealed that she had a 14mm tumor and underwent removal of it in November 2024.

Davina posed for photos with her incredible figure for the cameras at the annual music event wearing a stunning black lace dress. Davina showed off her frame in the stunning dress while wearing black undergarments to protect her modesty.

In other photos, she posed with her partner Michael Douglas, who she credits with assisting her in recovering from surgery so quickly. The TV presenter met the famous hairdresser through work, and the couple has been dating for some time.

The TV star previously described how the tumor had “taken control” of her feelings.

On her podcast Begin Again, she recalled talking to friend and colleague Stephen Bartlett about the tumor: “I felt like this thing had taken control of me. I was so upset. How dare you manage my daily life in this way and make me feel like I’m in danger, I thought to myself, “How dare you control my day to day life like this?” ‘… People who have benign brain tumors now have a lot of my sympathy.

“Well, at least it was benign, I’ve heard so many people say to me. You say, “You have no idea that benign brain tumors can still kill you.” You simply don’t know when it will occur, so it’s all speculation. It might occur today or in the future. It differs from cancer, but it is also terrible. A benign does not imply a good thing.

Davina also described how she had set up a WhatsApp group to help her family and friends “find a way through if I didn’t make it.” She explained, “I did go to my will and make sure that was airtight.” Michael and I discussed my wishes. I included wishes in my will to all the children I knew.

She continued, “I’ve learned things about myself that I wouldn’t have learned without this operation,” adding that the tumor, which she gave Jeffrey, hasn’t “changed her forever.”
