Davina McCall and her new husband, Michael Douglas, have jetted off on holiday just days after secretly tying the knot. The Masked Singer judge and her hairdresser husband swapped vows earlier this month, and have since celebrated Christmas early.
They reportedly flew off together to enjoy their first married couple vacation. This month, presenter Davina, 58, and her 49-year-old husband, who have been a fixture since 2018, married to surprise fans.
They have since flown to the United States to spend quality time together. Michael confirmed on social media that he and his new wife had “over the weekend” of Christmas festivities prior to their departure.

He stated in an update to followers that “we’ve already celebrated Christmas” and that they had already done so while they were in the UK. Fans who quickly wished him and Davina a happy holiday season were quick to comment on his update.
One person expressed their happiness at their wedding and the love they shared. While another person remarked, “Have the best time, wonderful people.” Another fan remarked, “Congratulations, and you two enjoy this lovely Xmas break/honeymoon.”
Earlier this month, it was revealed that Davina and Michael had swapped vows in a ceremony on Friday 5 December. The couple swapped vows after being engaged for just three months – with Michael previously popping the question while on holiday in Ibiza with the ITV star.
The TV presenter chose a long, white faux fur coat for the occasion instead of a traditional wedding dress. Last Friday in Marylebone Town Hall, the couple wed in a small ceremony in London.
“Everyone who is special in their lives” was present for the intimate event, according to them. As their official union as husband and wife, photos have now emerged of the couple looking happier than ever.
Fans were impressed by Davina’s matching lace hat, lace tights, and heels while Michael looked stylish in a stylish blue suit. Tilly, the daughter of Davina, posted a video to her TikTok page before the ceremony. She wrote, “Be prepared to be SICK of me,” as she displayed her own outfit for the day.
The former Big Brother host broke her silence about her wedding the week after she said “I do” as she took to her own social media to confirm the happy news.
She called the Harry Baker poem “extraordinary” and posted a video of it on Thursday. The poem’s title read, “The wedding in the mud with you is not the flowers.” Instead of champagne, it’s your favorite mug, where you can enjoy a cuppa. Not chocolate, though. It’s becoming Bruce Bogtrotter and Augustus Gloop, which is a good thing, but not just one or two. Voting with you favors frozen pizza over fancy food. Nothing can compare to a piece of comfort food on a certain nights.
While a source told The Sun that their wedding was “perfect, exactly what they wanted.” They only invited about ten of their friends and family members to the small, rural setting where they reside.
