She captioned the photo of him smiling while wearing a hospital gown, “Get well soon, Daddy.” Additionally, she gave him a friendship bracelet forming “Get Well Soon” made of white beads. The former England star’s whereabouts are still a mystery to the couple.
However, it has been reported that Sir David had secret surgery to repair a broken wrist in a 2003 friendly football match against South Africa.
Brooklyn Beckham’s eldest son and his wife, Nicola Peltz, are at odds with David’s injury. In recent weeks, Nicola and Brooklyn, 26, have gained media attention for rumors of a “fiad” with his family, including his parents David and Victoria, both of whom are 50 and 51.
Brooklyn teased Nicola as his world in the caption, saying he loved her. He added the word “my” to an emoji that depicts the globe. He also emailed a heart emoji to the photo, saying, “My absolute angel.”

Despite the claims that David and Brooklyn allegedly fell out, the post’s caption also included Brooklyn.
