All of Dave Mason’s UK shows have been canceled. The musician, who was one of the founding members of the 1960s rock band Traffic, stated in June that he was still battling a condition he had initially contracted in March.
He had previously delayed his tour until 2024 because he had a serious heart condition that only became apparent when he went for a routine medical checkup. After changing his concerts, Dave was scheduled to return to the stage this summer.
The former Fleetwood Mac member who left the group in 1995 has since confirmed on social media that all of his upcoming tour dates have been canceled due to ill health.
Due to ongoing health issues brought on by the infection I contracted in March, I regret to cancel all tour dates for 2025. My doctors and I are incredibly appreciative because this has been difficult territory to say the least.
“A heartfelt thank you to all the fans who have patiently and faithfully waited on me throughout this journey, as well as to my family, band, agents, and venues. More than words can express how much I’ve been uplifted by your kind words. Recovery takes a long time. I have a deep love for you all.
Fans eluded the comment section, where one wrote, “You take care Dave! ” I wish you the best of health possible. “So sad, but may God bless you and your family,” one person said. A third letter was written, “We hope you feel better soon, we love you.”

He was scheduled to play in Texas, New York, and Oklahoma throughout the summer and throughout the summer. Dave was admitted to the hospital as a result of his declining health, according to a statement from his team on March 14.
