Lewis Hamilton claims that Ferrari is “challenging every aspect” of its success as a champion once more.

The 40-year-old Briton has struggled in his debut year at Ferrari, where he only managed to finish second overall in a sprint race in China.

Hamilton, whose team-mate Charles Leclerc has won four podium finishes, said: “It is a huge organization with many moving parts, and not all of them are firing on all cylinders they need to be.

I believe that every aspect of my job is challenged. To challenge everyone on the team, especially the elite.

Hamilton remarked that Hamilton and the renowned Italian team could not blame driver performance for their lack of success. Fernando Alonso, Sebastian Vettel, and Kimi Raikkonen have been in Ferrari’s ranks at various times since 2008, respectively.

The team has had fantastic drivers, including Kimi, Fernando, and Sebastian, but they were unable to capture a Ferrari championship, according to Hamilton, a seven-time world champion.

Hamilton claimed to have identified areas for improvement in a number of documents he had prepared for Ferrari’s leadership this year.

Since the British Grand Prix, he has met with team principal Frederic Vasseur, chairman John Elkann, and chief executive Benedetto Vigna to discuss both his car’s shortcomings and his thoughts on car development for the foreseeable future.

He continued, “There have been great responses.” Although there are many things that need to be improved, they are very responsive, and I’m attempting to form relationships with them.

“I’m here to win,” I say. I’m in a crunch now, and I firmly believe this team’s potential will pay off in the long run. That’s my one and only objective.

For this weekend’s Belgian Grand Prix, Ferrari are introducing a new rear suspension in the hopes that it will improve performance by lowering the car’s impact on the track too much.

“We’ll have to test the suspension tomorrow,” Hamilton said.
