Hansi Flick’s contract with Barcelona will expire in June 2027.
After guiding the club to three trophies in his first season in charge, the German, who was first appointed on a two-year deal in May 2024, has agreed to the extension.
This season, Barca won La Liga, the Copa del Rey, and the Spanish Super Cup, but Inter Milan fell to them in the Champions League semi-finals.
In a statement from the club, “Hansi Flick has made Barca fans happy in his first season for many reasons, including the belief he has given to the team, the epic comebacks, and the trophies.”
Before the 2020 Champions League, Flick had already won the Bundesliga, German Cup, and Champions League.
The 60-year-old later led Germany under Xavi’s leadership before being fired in September 2023.
