Lauren Shippey, Jack P. Shepherd’s ex-girlfriend, reportedly left ” scratching her head” over the lavish wedding of Hanni Treweek to the Coronation Street star.
When Jack P. Shepherd arrived at Manchester Cathedral in an iconic red Mustang car, surrounded by a host of well known Coronation Street stars, it held the same grandeur as that of a society wedding. And while crowds of onlookers gathered around the Cathedral in awe of the lavish wedding, it seems one person who was not impressed was his ex girlfriend and the mother of his two children.
Apparently, Lauren Shippey reacted to the actor’s big day by not being invited to the ceremony. Additionally, her friends reportedly joked that it was comparable to the Royal Wedding.
Jack, 37, who has played David Platt on Coronation Street since the age of 12, married his fiancé Hanni Treweek last week. It comes after the touching moment Lucy Bronze consoles rumoured girlfriend and rival Ona Batlle.

The couple left the cathedral after the ceremony, taking photos with a red Mustang and wearing dark sunglasses.
She has known Jack for a very long time and has two children with him, so she knows him very well, a source told The Sun. “Lauren can’t help but raise eyebrows about the whole thing.
The wedding, they continued, “is not what she or anyone else really expected, and the entire pomp and splendor has left people scratching their heads.” She understands why her friends have been making fun of him because of how he acts like royalty.
Despite the alleged remarks about Jack’s big day, Lauren has “well and truly moved on” and has a daughter with her partner Ben.
Reuben, Jack’s son, and his father, both sat by his side in the car while his daughter Nyla, according to the Daily Mail, did not appear to be present at either the ceremony or the reception.
Since the soap’s creator, Jack, was 14 years old, Lauren and Jack have been together. However, their relationship deteriorated in 2010 when Sammi Milewski, a sales executive, and him fathered a son named Greyson.
Lauren then allegedly ejected him from their home. Together, Jack and Lauren came to an end and let go of the past. And an engagement sealed their union.
Lauren apologized in front of the public after Jack bought her a £3, 000 engagement ring.
