Coronation Street legend Sally Dynevor’s age-defying looks have got plenty of fans swooning
Coronation Street’s Sally Dynevor had fans dishing out the compliments after she showed off the results of her latest cosmetic treatment.
Sally shot to fame when she joined the ITV soap way back in 1986, and recently celebrated 40 years on the cobbles. Since then, it’s fair to say she has become a soap legend and has played a part in several big storylines.
From a devastating cancer battle to her many failed romances on the street, Sally’s time in Weatherfield has not been short of drama.
And recently, 62-year-old Sally shocked fans with her very youthful appearance on social media. On Tuesday (January 13) Sally’s celebrity facialist William Foley shared a joint post to Sally’s Instagram account.
William uploaded a photo of himself posing alongside a fresh-faced Sally who looked stunning. In the caption, William wrote: “Three years of skin, not quick fixes with my friend@sallydynevor. I’ve been looking after Sally Dynevor’s skin health for over three years now and what I value most is the shared understanding that skin is not something to be rushed, forced, or over-treated.
“Our approach has always been well considered. Gentle. Consistent. Intelligent. Rather than chasing trends or aggressive interventions, we focus on supporting the skin barrier, calming inflammation, working with the skin’s natural rhythms and prioritising longevity over instant change.
“Great skin isn’t built in a single treatment it’s nurtured over time, through trust, restraint, and listening to what the skin actually needs. This is what skin health looks like when it’s treated as a living system, not a surface to correct.”
And it’s fair to say Sally’s age-defying looks quickly became the talking point in the comment section. One person said: “Sally your skin looks amazing.” Another added: “She looks about 25!” A third also asked: “What’s the treatment? Have you had microneedling?” William replied: “Sally does have microneedling with me.”

In 2024, William, originally from Burnley, spoke to the Manchester Evening News about Sally’s treatments to keep her skin in tip-top shape.
He said: “We like to keep her skin nice and strong. So the last thing we did with her was a treatment called EMlift and it’s about restimulating muscle.
“It works on contracting the muscle so that the muscle gets stronger and stronger so you’ll get that lift in the mid-face. It’s really good for people who don’t want to go down that injectable route – we’re working with what is actually there.”
He added: “She always says, ‘I want to look fresh. I want to look like me, but I just want to look fresh’ and that is generally what we work out throughout every single year that I’ve worked with her. It’s always about trying to reduce pigmentation, that skin glow and just that firmness to Sally’s skin. That’s what she really likes.”
