Chris Martin became an integral part of a proposal when a man held up a sign informing the singer of his plan during one of Coldplay’s concerts
It wasn’t that long ago Chris Martin was involved in an alleged cheating scandal after his kiss cam caught a couple in an intimate embrace during a Coldplay concert in America. But this time, the singer became an important part of a man’s proposal, after he noticed a sign the concert-goer was holding up above the head of his unsuspecting fiancé.
While the man’s fiancé was preoccupied watching the singer on stage, Chris, 48, spoke to the crowd saying in melodic tone: “Here is some advice for free. As we all look on and see it go down, I advise to get down on one knee”.
And it was at this moment, the man’s fiancé suddenly turned her head towards her fiancé and gasped in shock as she realised that the singer was talking about her.

Watching the proposal unfold, Chris then said: “Yes, here it goes”. After the woman kissed her soon-to-be husband on the lips as she accepted his proposal, the crowd erupted with joy.
Amid the roar emanating from the packed stadium Chris then said: “Congratulations, what a wonderful girl, what a wonderful guy.
” I encourage you to kiss. I hope you’re happy until the day that you die. “
This comes after the band were embroiled in a cheating scandal as Kristin Cabot and Andy Byron were caught on the band’s kiss cam at one the group’s US concerts.
It was revealed that they were married to other people. And at the time, Andy claimed the group had a responsibility turn” someone’s life into a spectacle. “
However the band has since made the decision to continue using the kiss cam during their world tour concerts.
Addressing the crowd at their Hull gig, Chris read out one of the signs being held up.
And he is heard saying:” First of all ‘ three times in three months ‘]and you] were at that Boston gig. Well, okay, thank you for coming again after that debacle. “
He continued:” We’ve been]stopping shows to talk to fans for] a long time and it is only recently that it became a… yeah. “
He went on to say:” So yeah, life throws you lemons and you’ve got to make lemonade. So, we are going to keep doing it because we are going to meet some of you. “
