Fans of Claudia Winkleman’s iconic style can pick up her go-to Spanx leggings for less
Its’s no secret that Claudia Winkleman is a big fan of black, figure hugging leggings. More specifically the Spanx leggings that she is often spotted in during The Traitors – the exact ones seen in the latest series can be purchased for £100. However, the TV star was previously seen wearing the brand’s more affordable Look at Me Now Seamless Leggings.
And they just so happen to be on sale on Amazon for £47.18 instead of £58, dropping their price by 19%. Crafted from soft nylon and elastane, the leggings are soft, comfortable and stretchy, despite being relatively skin-tight. The leggings have tummy-smoothing waist panel too, which is double-layered offering both support and a slimming, sculpting effect that irons out any lumps and bumps.
It’s wide too, meaning it shouldn’t fall or roll down during a range of activities. What’s more is the leggings come seamless, which means they don’t have any connecting seams on show (usually spotted at the centre and sides) giving an all-round firmness. This design also reportedly avoids the dreaded camel-toe women so often experience with regular leggings.

Now, even on sale at £47, these leggings are still on the pricey side. So for those looking for a more budget friendly option, Next has a great alternative in its Black Tummy Control Seamless Shaping Leggings, which cost £19. The leggings are also seamless and help shape the lower body and waist with its high waist and thick band.

Marks and Spencer also offers its £23 Magic Shaping High Waisted Leggings, which come in sizes six to 22. With ‘figure-sculpting support and all-day comfort’, the elasticated leggings have a flattering skinny fit with an elasticated high rise waistband. It has a 4.4 star-rating from over 1,000 reviews, with one person noting: “I’ve had several pairs of these leggings. They are thicker than normal leggings, more like slim fit trousers. They fit well and make me look slimmer!”
Although the Spanx Look at Me Now Seamless Leggings have received high praise indeed, with one shopper sharing on Amazon: “These leggings are a godsend. The fabric quality is superb weight and texture with good fit in legs. The material in the torso provides great support while also being comfortable to move and sit. I ordered these for an acute physical issue and now they are my everyday go to as well.”
