After being diagnosed with cancer for the second time in three years, Charlotte Crosby, 56, has emotionally revealed an update on her mother Letitia.

Charlotte Crosby has provided fans with an emotional update on her mum’s cancer battle. The former Geordie Shore star, 35, was dealt with a personal blow when her mother Letitia was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2022, and although she beat the disease, she was diagnosed with form of skin cancer earlier in September this year.

Charlotte has now spoken out on her mother’s health, as she sat down for a new interview to discuss her fashion brand Pepper Girls Club, which she set up with her mum more than six years ago.

The Celebrity Big Brother winner invested £300,000 into her business but it has been plagued by various issues until very recently. Earlier this week, the brand achieved its first sell out launch, and Charlotte admitted that Letitia, 56, was the reason she persisted with it, especially when things took tricky turn during the COVID-19 pandemic.

She continued, “I merely did it for my mother.” Since my mother is my best friend, I wanted to help her when she was laid off so that she could maintain both jobs and lead a simpler life than having to resign from her full-time position.

She was so excited throughout her chemotherapy and breast cancer journey, and she was always at work. She had always wanted to be a part of every launch we conducted. She would never forget about the cancer because it was what kept her going.

She had a life of her own, and I believed I simply wanted to do this for her. She felt like she was actually doing something because she never really had many good jobs when she was younger.

Charlotte, who was on the verge of tears, claimed she was becoming “emotional” and that she did it because she cared. “I do it for me, mam really. She also confirmed that “my mother is now cancer-free and is genuinely enjoying her life in the warehouse, picking up, and packing.”

In September, Letitia revealed to her 130,000 followers on Instagram that she had received the devastating news of her second cancer diagnosis just hours before boarding a plane to go on holiday.

She added, “There will probably be a biopsy and a skin graft” as well. I went to the hospital about three hours before my scheduled flight because I discovered that I had skin cancer on my face. Given that I actually wear factor 50, it is not great and certainly not what I wanted to hear.

“I didn’t talk about breast cancer too much and I don’t really talk about things like this.” I feel like I should say something to make people aware of it because it has really rocked and shocked me.

When Letitia was first diagnosed with cancer, Charlotte emotionally explained on her BBC Two series Charlotte In Sunderland just what an impact it had had on the whole family. She said: “It’s hit us like a ton of bricks.

She only had a routine mammogram, she said. No symptoms or signs were present, so the diagnosis was a major shock. Just a few weeks prior to Charlotte’s wedding, Jake Ankers and Alba Jean, they were expecting.

Letitia, who also has nine-month-old Pixi Cecilia, received her first round of chemotherapy, according to Charlotte, who also has her daughter Pixi Cecilia. “She’s finished her treatment and she’s doing really, really well. She still needs to get two jabs, which will probably last for five or more years. We’re just waiting for another mammogram, and if all is well, she might ring the bell.

Every woman should have a mammogram, regardless of age, as Letitia, who has gained a sizable following online since her own daughter’s rise to fame, insisted at the time. I had nothing, no lumps, and no symptoms, she claimed. My life has been saved thanks to the mammogram. Every year, they should invite women of all ages to one. not just women over 50.
