Charlotte Crosby reveals dramatic run-in with the police while filming Geordie Shore

Charlotte Crosby was absolutely crazy during her time on Geordie Shore, but the actress claimed that her mother was okay with it because she was “worse off-camera.”

Charlotte Crosby has revealed what happened that made her mum okay with her being on Geordie Shore, despite how “wild” it would get – and it involved a run in with the police.

Appearing on This Morning to promote her new TV show Geordie Stories: Charlotte Mam of Two. On the show, she shared that when she was on the show, she would go out partying in “Primark knickers” and shared that no TV show will match Geordie Shore’s wildness.

When asked if she would allow her daughters to perform such a show, she replied, “Thankfully, there will never be a show like Geordie Shore again.” It “never will be as wild.”

She was asked what her mother thought about the series and her time on it, to which Charlotte surprised hosts Ben Shephard and Cat Deeley by saying her mum was absolutely fine with it.

Charlotte said that being on the show calmed her down, and that her mother was “alright.” She and Geordie Shore were good because I did much worse off-camera.

She said she didn’t want to know what Charlotte might have been like when they were away from the cameras, adding that she had “run ins with the police.”

You don’t even want to know because there were police run-ins and everything. However, only disorderly and intoxicated. She continued to say that this was the real reason her mother didn’t mind her wild antics on Geordie Shore, saying that it helped to calm us down.

Charlotte was on Geordie Shore when it first began in 2011. She featured in 12 series of the show, with the last one being in 2024. Some of her most dramatic show moments included a fight with Marnie Simpson.

There were many scenes where Gaz Beadle urinated on herself, as well as attempts to get him to cheat on his girlfriend in this probably the most intense catfight of the series.
