The 12th Lisbon Lion, former Celtic goalkeeper John Fallon, passed away at the age of 84.
On the famous night of 1967, when Celtic defeated Inter Milan in Lisbon to become the first British club to win the European Cup, Fallon was the only substitute.
In a 14-year Celtic career, he also won six league titles, five league titles, and two Scottish cups.
In 1958, Fallon made almost 200 appearances for the Parkhead club. Before retiring, he continued to play for Motherwell and Greenock Morton.
