A famous Big Brother actor and prominent Hollywood actor is reportedly facing eviction from his LA home after his contentious UK reality show appearance.
A former housemate is facing eviction once more from their rented property, according to reports after being kicked out of the Celebrity Big Brother House.
Mickey Rourke is reportedly facing eviction after falling almost £44,000 behind in rent on his Los Angeles home. The 73-year-old star of films like Sin City, Man on Fire and Iron Man 2 is said to have been renting the three-bedroom Spanish-style bungalow just south of West Hollywood since April 2025.
However, according to reports, the actor, who portrayed professional wrestler Randy “The Ram” Robinson in the 2008 film The Wrestler, is accused of not paying rent and has an eviction notice posted outside the home. He must pay the outstanding rent within three days or leave the property.
It’s thought the notice was posted before Christmas on December 18 and hasn’t been complied with, so the case brought by the landlord, named as Eric Goldie, is now likely to go to court.

It comes after Mickey was kicked out the Celebrity Big Brother house in the UK earlier this year for ‘use of inappropriate language’ and ‘instances of unacceptable behaviour’.
Ella Rae Wise of The Only Way Is Essex and I had a conversation about using “sexual language.” After Mickey addressed homophobic and upsetting remarks to reality star JoJo Siwa, more than 1, 000 complaints were made. You won’t be gay any longer, he declared to the Dance Moms star.
Before being confronted by JoJo who criticized the singer for being homophobic, he also told the singer he would tie her up and later pledged to “vote out the lesbian.”
After less than a week in the Big Brother house Mickey was given his marching orders by ITV bosses over his controversial behaviour, which clearly made some of his housemates feel uncomfortable. It is understood that following the offensive remarks there were further incidents involving Mickey, with the final straw coming after he locked horns with Love Island’s Chris Hughes during a task.
Although the altercation wasn’t physically violent, a disagreement between the two caused CBB to behave and use offensive language, leaving him with no choice but to ask Rourke to leave the house.
Mickey’s removal reportedly left the actor short of cash as his rumoured £500,000 fee for appearing on the show was slashed. A source told The Sun at the time: “If a celebrity gets removed from the house, they don’t get the full fee. It’s as simple as that and they will be discussing that with him. Mickey was ready to leave the house and it ended up feeling like a mutual decision between him and ITV in the end. It was getting too much.”
Following a discussion with Big Brother about further use of inappropriate language and unacceptable behavior, an ITV spokesperson said in a statement about the show’s airing in April that Mickey Rourke had agreed to leave the Big BrotherLink opens in a new tab.” rel=”follow” tabindex=”0″>Celebrity Big Brother House this evening.
Mickey later apologized, saying, “I stepped over the line and I accept responsibility for the wrong thing.” Because I lost my temper, and I’ve tried to control it my entire life, I regret my actions. He continued, “I’m embarrassed of losing it for a brief moment there. Nobody was hurt or touched by anything. You know, I’m sorry about that, but maybe some feelings got hurt or maybe others had feelings about others getting upset.
After fleeing the UK following his controversial TV stint, Mickey has been keeping a low profile. But in August he looked unrecognisable as he was pictured with grey hair as he opened the door to take a food delivery. His Beverly Hills home reportedly had an overgrown garden with dead vines and a run-down front door.
