After a series of awkward interviews after her exit from the house as the studio sat silent during her exit chat, celebrity Big Brother star Patsy Palmer has responded.
Evictee Patsy Palmer has issued a response after leaving some Celebrity Big Brother viewers feeling awkward during her exit chat. The EastEnders star was brutally booted out the ITV house in a shock triple elimination earlier this week.
She followed Angellica Bell and Ella Rae Wise out the house on Tuesday night, before returning to spin-off show Late and Live to give her verdict on the experience. Patsy joined a live studio audience to discuss her time in the famous abode, where she faced questions from hosts AJ Odudu, Will Best and the crowd.
Before Mickey Rourke was expelled for his shocking behavior, she didn’t seem impressed when questioned about her altercation with him in the house.
He had complained about her broccoli to the soap star, prompting host Will to inquire about it. Willingly said, “There were a few difficult moments that you had to deal with in there, people complaining about broccoli,” but you managed to get past that.
Patsy shook her head as she vehemently declined to respond. Do you want to talk about the broccoli, please? Patsy remained silent, but AJ continued, “Did it upset you that Mickey criticized your face about the food?”
Before the hosts decided to move on from Mickey chat, she continued to seem unimpressed as she retorted, “Not really that…”
One viewer commented, “Wow that was super awkward,” while others were taken aback by Patsy’s silence on the live broadcast. The broccoli question didn’t impress Patsy.
Another commented, “I’m constantly torn between thinking Patsy is funny andamp; the most famous woman and feeling like she’s about to lamp someone in the face.” When Will inquired about the broccoli, I could feel his heartbeat through the screen.
Since getting back on social media, Patsy has shared her true feelings amid the awkward claims. On her Instagram Story, Patsy wrote: “There’s nothing awkward about silence. It says it all!”
The sexiest people are thinkers, she then said, according to a quote from Vivienne Westwood. She added, “I get to choose,” in a different quote.
I have the option of how I react to the world around me. I get to decide what I say and how much energy I put forth. I have the option of gently shifting my focus to a more productive place or feeding certain thoughts.
So I constantly remind myself that I possess greater power than I realize. And I have the option of how I appear despite having no control over everything around me. And this choice is where I stand in truth.
Patsy continued with this statement by adding, “If you can’t be kind, be quiet,” a second quote that stuck with her.
The actress also caused a stir during her appearance on Lorraine this morning as she stayed silent again when asked about Mickey. When Lorraine brought up Mickey’s controversial time on the show, Patsy stopped speaking.
“They lost Mickey very quickly,” Lorraine said. What an odd fella that was, I mean. Patsy remained silent as Lorrainee began to laugh and then said, “Very, very odd indeed. You were soon informed that he had vanished and was gone. Patsy said, “Hmm, but looking solemn. Yeah”.
