Holly Ramsay and Adam Peaty have been supported by her family as Celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay and wife Tana were spotted alongside the pair in Bath just weeks before daughter Holly ties the knot with Olympian Adam.

Gordon and Tana were spotted in the Somerset city on Monday in a show of support for Holly’s nuptials amid an ongoing reported row with her in-laws, just weeks before their wedding will take place after Christmas.

The Team GB icon, 30, and Gordon Ramsay’s daughter, 25, will tie the knot on December 27 in a ceremony at Bath Abbey. The couple will exchange vows at Bath’s historic Abbey Church of Saint Peter and Saint Paul, before embarking on festive drinks later this month.

Just weeks before the big day, Gordon, Tana and their daughter Tilly, 24, were snapped leaving the Robun Japanese sushi restaurant and cocktail bar together. Bride-to-be Holly looked stunning in a chic black outfit and was holding hands with Adam’s five-year-old son George, who he shares with his ex-girlfriend Eirianedd Munro.

Adam followed closely behind and, according to fellow diners at the restaurant, the couple were ‘inseparable’. One person told The Daily Mail: “They were all over each other, giggling and fooling about. Whatever problems there may be in the family, they certainly weren’t showing it”.

The family night out follows a fiery family feud between Holly and her in-laws which has has reportedly overshadowed preparations.

Sources suggest the trouble began at the couple’s engagement bash, held in London last December, and filmed as part of Holly’s famous dad Gordon’s fly-on-the-wall docuseries, Being Gordon Ramsay. It’s been claimed that guests were asked to sign NDAs and hand over their phones, while Adam’s mum, Caroline Peaty, was allegedly unhappy that some of her family members were not invited, and confronted chef Gordon at the event.

It was later revealed that Caroline had been left “heartbroken” after allegedly being “banned” from the grand wedding. This ongoing row, coupled with the reported high cost of accommodation and travel, means that Adam’s sister, Bethany, is believed to be the only family member from the Peaty side to be in attendance at the star-studded wedding.

Sources close to Adam’s mother, Caroline, previously claimed that he had “changed” since meeting Holly and is now chasing fame, despite his working-class upbringing in Uttoxeter.

They told the Daily Mail: “She’s from a celebrity world and his parents are not, and his ego and self-importance has just got bigger. He’s not the lovely boy next door that we all remember him as.

“Adam has changed and he is almost a bully. He has been so horrible to his mum and he is now trying to exclude her from his life. She is worried sick about all this and can’t believe it is happening. We think Holly has triggered all this, and her parents – the power of the rich and famous.”

  • It’s been a tough time for Jeff Brazier recently as it emerged that the TV star, who has made a career out of presenting the daytime competitions on programmes like Good Morning Britain and This Morning since he shot to fame more than 20 years ago, had split from Kate Dwyer after seven years of marriage. The Celebrity Big Brother star appeared on ITV Daytime towards the end of November without his wedding ring, and then announced that he and Kate had actually gone their separate ways in the summer.
  • Jeff, 46, who is dad to EastEnders actor, Bobby, 22, and his brother, Freddie, 20, from his relationship with the late Jade Goody admitted the couple “could no longer make each other happy” as he broke his silence with a statement on Monday. Posting a snap whilst working on a daytime competition, he wrote on Instagram: “Just had the perfect week in St Kitts thanks to @stkittstourism Celebrating the sunshine and time to reflect on life & work while spending time with the team filming for one of our big @itvwin January competitions.”
  • Prior to that, Jeff explained that they chose to keep the news secret for some time so they could adjust to their new lives. The presenter also said that despite going their separate ways, they still keep in touch and wish each other the best.   • But the drama didn’t stop there for Jeff as fans will know that he’s enduring something of a row with Loose Women anchor Ruth Langsford. In a very awkward exchange, Jeff warned Ruth about “eating into his screen time” as he presented the competition segment on the ITV show.
  • Ruth looked stunned after Jeff’s comment, but appeared to brush it of. Insiders have since claimed while Ruth did not want to make a complaint about the comment, Jeff was spoken to about the incident. A source then claimed that Jeff was suggested to take some time away from the show as he came to terms with the upheaval in his private life.
  • But it’s not all bad for the TV favourite, who was recently said to have landed a lucrative deal for a reality show that will focus on him and his sons that will be “absolutely compulsive viewing” for fans.

This week on Good Morning Britain, Ranvir Singh has been wowing in a series of flattering and chic velvet jumpsuits that are perfect for the party season. Earlier this week she opted for the Sosander Blue Velvet Wrap Jumpsuit which you can pick up for £99 at Next, and has an elegant wrap silhouette that flatters your shape.

However on today’s episode of GMB, she opted for another option which has a similar waist-cinching fit but is considerably more affordable at just £45. Ranvir wore Joe Browns’ Radiant Velour Zip Through Jumpsuit in a stunning deep berry shade, which has been slashed from £65 to £45 in the brand’s winter sale.

However some found a few issues with fit, with one adding: “The material was lovely & the colour…but I’d order a smaller size – as it comes big & im 5’5” so order a petite as I ordered a regular length and it was too long for me even though I’ve got long legs.”

Another said: “Love the jumpsuit – gorgeous rich colour and fit is great. The only problem was it was about 3 inches too long so I’ve paid to have it shortened (I’m 5’4”).”

Rob Reiner admitted tragic fear just days before ‘murder’

Just hours before he and his wife wife Michele Singer Reiner were brutally killed at their Brentwood home, iconic director Rob Reiner opened up to friends about an agonising personal fear

Mere hours before his shocking murder, Rob Reiner opened up about a devastating fear.

An icon of Hollywood, Rob was beloved across the world for directing silver screen classics such as When Harry Met Sally, Stand By Me, and The Princess Bride. And news of his death at the age of 78 has led to an outpouring of affection and admiration from cinema lovers.

The bodies of filmmaking legend Rob and his photographer wife Michele Singer Reiner, 68, were found at their Brentwood mansion on Sunday, December 14, 2025, with their daughter, Romy, making the harrowing discovery. They’d suffered multiple knife wounds The following day, it was announced that the Reiners’ middle son Nick has been arrested on suspicion of the double murder of his famous parents.

Los Angeles Police Department investigators have “determined that the Reiners were the victims of homicide,” and that Nick was “responsible for their deaths.” It’s now expected that the 32-year-old, who has struggled with drug addiction since his teenage years, will today appear in court at 8.30am, LA local time.

Meanwhile, those who knew Rob and Michele have shed light on their apparent concerns, sharing during their final Saturday night spent at Conan O’Brien’s star-studded Christmas party.

Rob and Michele had attended the festive bash with Nick, who caused an uncomfortable scene, as per People. A source revealed: “Nick was freaking everyone out, acting crazy, kept asking people if they were famous.” It’s understood the parents and son ended up having a “very loud argument”, allegedly over Nick’s drug use and refusal to pursue more treatment.

It’s understood the screenwriter first went to rehab at the age of just 15 in what was to be the first of 17 stints. His behaviour that night gave his worried parents cause for alarm. As reported by The New York Post, a longtime friend of the Reiners, who lives close to the family home, shared: “They had had an argument at Conan’s holiday party, and Rob had been telling people that they’re scared for Nick and scared that his mental state was deterioating.”

While Nick had supposedly kick the habit, it’s said that “he was not so much off them”, a topic which allegedly cropped up at the gettogether. Another family friend divulged: “I know [the parents] wanted him to get help, go to rehab, but he wanted to get help while at home – he did not want to get treatment at a facility. And I know they have argued about that for years.”

Meanwhile, NBC reports that Nick became “disruptive and upset” when his parents raised their concerns over his health at the party where, as per Rolling Stone sources say Nick “exhibited anti-social behavior”, which included staring at people. It’s understood that Rob had brought Nick, who has previously spoken openly about his mental health and addiction battles, along to the bash so as to “keep an eye on him”. After the argument, the couple ended up leaving. Mere hours later, they were dead.

Nick checked in to The Pierside Santa Monica, where staff discovered a shower “full of blood”, with a trail leading off of the bed. A window was also covered up by bedsheets. The 32-year-old was later arrested at a Los Angeles subway station in Exposition Park, close to the University of Southern California campus, some 15 miles from his parents’ Brentwood home.

Nearly a decade before Nick was arrested for the murders of Rob and Michele, he admitted to destroying his parents’ guest house while high on meth. In a 2018 podcast, Nick recalled: “It’s not much of a story. I got totally spun out on uppers — I think it was coke and something else — and I was up for days on end. I started punching out different things in my guest house.”

According to Nick, he “started with the TV and then I went over to the lamp,” and eventually “everything in the guest house got wrecked.” When quizzed as to whether there was “any logic at all” to his behaviour, Nick replied that he was in a “crazy” state. He also revealed that, prior to this incident, his parents told him he “had to go”.

Israel denies entry to Canadian MPs trying to reach occupied West Bank

Israel has denied entry to a group of Canadian lawmakers who were seeking to reach the occupied West Bank to hold talks with Palestinian officials and human rights advocates, Canadian civil society groups say.

Six members of Canada’s Parliament were trying to reach the West Bank from neighbouring Jordan when the Israeli authorities turned them back, the National Council of Canadian Muslims (NCCM) said in a statement on Tuesday.

NCCM said the MPs – who were travelling alongside Canadian community leaders as part of a trip organised by The Canadian Muslim Vote, a nonprofit group – were told they were considered “public safety threats”.

“This development is deeply troubling and extremely disappointing,” NCCM CEO Stephen Brown said in the statement.

“Israeli authorities had issued electronic travel authorizations to all members of the delegation, yet lawful observers, including elected Canadian officials, were ultimately barred from entry as ‘public safety threats’,” he said.

“While we are saddened by this outcome, it regrettably aligns with a broader pattern by the Israeli government of restricting access to those seeking to independently witness the realities in the occupied territories.”

In a statement on social media, the Canadian Muslim Vote said “the inability of Canadian elected officials and observers to access the region is a matter of public interest and raises important questions for Canadians.”

The Israeli Ministries of Interior and Foreign Affairs did not respond to Al Jazeera’s requests for comment on Tuesday.

The Canadian Global Affairs ministry also did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

Israel maintains control over all the crossings into the occupied West Bank and routinely turns away foreign citizens it views as critical of Israeli policies and human rights abuses against Palestinians.

The Canadian delegation included six parliamentarians, according to a report from Canada’s public broadcaster: five from Canada’s governing Liberal Party and one from the left-leaning New Democratic Party (NDP).

The NDP MP, Jenny Kwan, told CBC News earlier this week that she expected Israel to obstruct the delegation’s visit. “At any juncture, anything could happen,” Kwan said.

Call for sanctions

Canada has been a staunch ally of Israel for decades.

But the Canadian government has faced sustained calls to cut off its longstanding support for the country amid Israel’s genocidal war against Palestinians in the Gaza Strip, which has killed more than 70,000 people since October 2023.

The West Bank also has seen a surge in Israeli military and settler violence in the shadow of Israel’s war on Gaza, with tens of thousands of Palestinians forced from their homes over the past year.

On Tuesday, advocacy group Canadians for Justice and Peace in the Middle East (CJPME) condemned Israel’s decision to block the Canadian delegation.

The group called on Canada to impose diplomatic sanctions against the Israeli government and expel the country’s ambassador in response.

“Israel is an illegitimate occupying power in Palestine, and simply does not have the right to bar entry to Canadian lawmakers into the country,” the group’s president, Yara Shoufani, said in a statement.

Shoufani noted that the entry denial comes just months after Canada, along with several of its European allies, announced plans to recognise an independent Palestinian state.
