Amy Childs has said that she feels like “the luckiest girl in the world” as she showed off her new house addition. The TV star took to her Instagram stories where she shared a video of her new pool in her back garden.

As Amy toured the garden to reveal the lavish addition, Amy demonstrated her new pool. She put the phrase “I just came and sit here by the pool feeling the luckiest girl in the world.”

She then tagged her partner Billy and said “It’s coming together”. The next story then showed Amy’s kids enjoying the heatwave and playing in the pool.

Amy’s weight loss has recently caused her to gain popularity. She has explained the true cause of it, stating that “people are unaware of what is happening behind closed doors.”

Speaking exclusively to OK!, Amy addressed the recent speculation about her weight loss and the vicious trolling she’s been put through as a result of it., following her mum’s heart attack. She said: “People don’t know what is going on behind closed doors.

I’m experiencing so much that I can no longer support myself. My mother is always worrying me. She feels a lot of emotion and believes she may have another heart attack.

Amy continued, “I do eat, but people think I’m not eating.” Since I’m a little heavier than I am right now, I do feel better. The current state of affairs is the result of pure stress. In the midst of raising four kids, we are also renovating.

“But I’m strong, I’ve worked in this field for 15 years. I fully understand that many people have expressed concern for me, but they can be so judgmental.

It shouldn’t matter what size people are because it’s so unfair. Imagine if I were truly content and in good health in this way. Although I’ve never been particularly open about losing too much, I’m now working toward getting some back.

Amy has also refuted rumors that she has been taking weight-loss medications. She has denied doing this, but she has claimed to have tried it once, saying that is all.

She claimed that the jab caused her to feel “so, so ill” and that she subsequently threw up three of four times. Amy claimed that the side effects “spooked her so much that she immediately stopped using it.”

Amy claimed she hoped to lose some weight by visiting a private physician. Before the injections, which started at the lowest dose, she had her weight and blood pressure checked during a consultation.

However, Amy made the decision to alter her lifestyle. She started working with Freya from Potentia, a Dubai-based online weight-loss coach, to begin training and eating a healthy diet.

After being fired for his drug use while on the BBC programme, former Blue Peter icon Richard Bacon underwent a major image transformation.

Richard Bacon, a former Blue Peter presenter, looks almost unrecognisable compared to his time on the popular children’s programme.

At 48, Richard made a name for himself on Blue Peter back in 1997, joining co-presenters Romana D’Annunzio, Katy Hill, Konnie Huq, and Stuart Miles, quickly becoming a staple on children’s television.

However, his good looks suffered a significant blow when he admitted using cocaine in a nightclub in October 1998 and was fired from his position.

His untimely exit from Blue Peter opened the door for Simon Thomas to replace him, and marked Richard as the first host to be dismissed from the family-friendly show.

Richard has completely transformed his career since those turbulent times, beginning as a TV producer in Los Angeles. He and his wife Rebecca McFarlane, their two children, Arthur and Ivy, reside there.

In July 2024, Richard took to Instagram directly from a sound studio brimming with new concepts, hinting at a fresh talent show format he is developing.

His appearance, which he now wears is a significant change from his Blue Peter days, combines sophisticated grey hair and perspex glasses.

He wrote, “Testing a new music talent show idea/ mechanic with @awsuki today (thanks for flying from Sweden)” in the caption. Consider whether it will actually be bloody good. (It won’t have worked if I never post about this again).

Richard Bacon’s abrupt resignation from Blue Peter at the time was significant news.

Lorraine Heggessey, head of children’s programming at the BBC, commented: “It is sad that such a talented presenter as Richard Bacon has not only let himself and his colleagues down but, most important of all, he has let down the millions of children who watch Blue Peter.”

He discussed his habits in a conversation with The Times. “I drink too quickly and drink too quickly,” he said. Richard said, “In LA, I’ve been smoking weed [too], four or five drinks a night. Everything is legal there. That will also be stopped by me.

He continued, “I’ll be a better employee, more imaginative, and a better father.”
