According to a judge in Washington, the shooting on Wednesday “sheer terror” in the nation’s capital and placed a warrant for Lakanwal’s release on bond. He formerly served with a CIA-trained unit in his native Afghanistan during US occupation.
The attack targeted two National Guard members as part of a countercrime operation that the Trump administration had deployed to Washington, DC.

The Eras Tour: The Final Show, Taylor Swift’s most recent concert film, has just been released in Disney Plus’ official trailer, and Swift fans are in a flurry.
Taylor’s Eras Tour show will be staged in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, on December 12th, according to the upcoming film.
The entire “The Tortured Poets Department” set is included in the new Eras concert film, which is currently streaming on Disney+.
While Taylor was on tour, the beloved album was released in April 2024, and the songs were soon added to the set.
