I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! contestant Vogue Williams said she asked producers not to show a “meltdown” she had during a tough time in the jungle. The Irish TV presenter, who is married to Made In Chelsea’s Spencer Matthews, was a latecomer in the camp alongside Tom Read Wilson, who continues to compete in the jungle.
Following her departure as the third celebrity to exit last month, Vogue reunited with her co-host Joanne McNally on their podcast My Therapist Ghosted Me to discuss her jungle experience.
During the conversation, Joanne said she had received a message from a listener who noticed Vogue was “biting her nails a lot” and asked if she was okay. Responding to the concerns, the 40-year-old explained: “Well, loads of people were like ‘she looks sad’.
“But the thing about it is, you are filmed all day long and there are so many cameras in the camp. I don’t walk around smiling all day long everyday, but I was generally quite happy in there. I did have one incident because you know I’m just crazy about my sleep.
“And if I don’t sleep I get anxious and that’s why I worry so much about my sleep,” Vogue revealed, reports Manchester Evening News.
“So, I didn’t sleep that night and then we went out and did the trial another night with the cockroaches and then I was like, ‘Right I’m not going to sleep tonight. And I started having an absolute meltdown just lying there like, ‘Please sleep, please sleep, please sleep’.
“And I had to go up to the BT, so it’s the [Bushtucker] Telegraph where you do all the chats, I started having a panic attack. I was like [out of breath noises] ‘Please don’t show this because everyone will see how mental I am’. I just couldn’t control it and went into full panic mode.”
She continued: “They are actually so nice when that happens because they’re like ‘You’re okay, it’s fine don’t worry’ and they are trying to just talk you through it. And then the next day I was like ‘I need to talk to Sandra’ who is the psych.
“Because I was so panicked that night because my anxiety just hit ninety and I was like, ‘I just have to get rid of this’. [I] went and spoke to her and she just completely reset me and for that whole day I was like I’m totally fine now’.”
Speaking about arriving as one of the two latecomers, Vogue believes it was “a little bit harder” as the original ten campmates had already formed bonds.
“Now when I watch some of the footage back I’m like, ‘Oh, they were a bit annoyed that we’d come in’. But there’s always a couple of latecomers and it wasn’t my choice to go in late they kind of chose me,” she added.
“And I was thrilled at the time because obviously I got more time with the kids and I was delighted. And I still am delighted because it just meant I was away for less time. I think I left on day thirteen and although I was ready to leave. Obviously, I would have stayed longer.”
Tonight, the final four celebrities; Tom, Shona McGarty, Aitch and Angry Ginge will tackle the show’s most legendary Bushtucker trial, the Celebrity Cyclone.
Sudan’s paramilitary Rapid Support Forces (RSF) has accused the government-aligned Sudanese Armed Forces (SAF) of waging an attack on a border town near Chad as war in the country rages on deep into its third year.
The RSF alleged the SAF used drones in the attack at the Adre border crossing, according to a statement by the group on Telegram on Friday.

Sudan’s army has not yet issued a statement in response.
The border crossing point between Chad and Sudan has been vital for humanitarian aid delivery during the ongoing brutal civil war. Throughout the conflict, Chad has received thousands of Sudanese people fleeing the bloodshed amid a devastating humanitarian situation.
The RSF claimed the bombing directly targeted the Adikon Gate at the crossing, their statement adding that the crossing is a “vital” corridor connecting Sudan and Chad, and a crucial humanitarian “lifeline” for delivering aid and commercial supplies to civilians affected by the war.
Footage from the incident showed plumes of smoke and rolling fire from the site of the attack, as civilians looked on.
The group asserted that the bombing was intended to “deliberately” obstruct the flow of humanitarian aid and hinder relief efforts, “worsening the suffering of civilians”.
The RSF also condemned what it said was “international silence” on army violations, “which encourages the aggressor to persist in committing further crimes against civilians and humanitarian infrastructure”.
There were no reports on casualties or what damage the attack caused.
The RSF has been accused of carrying out widespread atrocities against civilians in the war, most recently in el-Fasher in North Darfur State. The SAF has also faced accusations of war crimes.
A day earlier, the death toll from RSF attacks on a kindergarten and other sites in the city of Kalogi in South Kordofan state rose to about 47 people – mostly children – with about 50 others injured, two military sources in the SAF told Al Jazeera.
According to the sources, the RSF attacked the kindergarten on Thursday and then returned to target civilians who had gathered to offer assistance amid the carnage.
The total death toll from Sudan’s war remains unclear, but estimates place it well over 100,000, with nearly 12 million people displaced, according to United Nations figures. More than 24 million Sudanese now face acute hunger.

Topping the headlines in Nigerian football was defender Troost-Ekong’s retirement from international football, which took many fans by surprise. His sudden exit comes as Nigeria finalise their preparations for the AFCON, marked by the release of a provisional 54-man squad list for the competition. Regulars like Victor Osimhen, Ademola Lookman, Calvin Bassey, Alex Iwobi, Simon Moses, among others, were included. Some returnees included Kelechi Iheanacho, Francis Uzoho, and Taiwo Awoniyi. The Super Eagles will begin camp on December 10 ahead of the tournament, which starts 11 days later.
AFCON: FIFA Gives Clubs More Time
As the AFCON draws closer, FIFA says it will give clubs until December 15 to release players for the competition.
Top European clubs such as Mohamed Salah’s Liverpool, Bryan Mbeumo’s Manchester United, and Achraf Hakimi’s Paris Saint-Germain, among others, face losing key players for up to five weeks for the 24-nation tournament in Morocco from December 21 to January 18. But they had feared it could be even longer until FIFA amended its rules to soften the blow for clubs by delaying the release date by a week.

The decision was made during an October meeting of the International Football Association Board (IFAB). It said VAR will now be expanded to cover wrongly issued second yellow cards that led to red cards.

Meanwhile, Real Madrid has renewed interest in signing Nigerian forward Victor Osimhen to bolster their attack.
Ex-Super Eagles coach and captain, Sunday Oliseh, sparked discussions about Osimhen’s potential move to the Spanish capital, citing credible sources in the Galacticos. According to him, the Galatasaray striker is seen as a possible replacement for Brazilian star Vinicius, who is expected to leave Real Madrid this summer.

Osimhen’s compatriot and Super Eagles teammate, Terem Moffi, was on the receiving end of an assault by fans of French club Nice. The 26-year-old was reportedly beaten and spat on, alongside Ivorian star Jeremie Boga, following a 3-1 loss to FC Lorient, a defeat that added to their poor form this season.

Away from football, a US woman who accused Conor McGregor of sexually assaulting her at an NBA basketball game has dropped her lawsuit against the Irish mixed martial arts fighter. The 37-year-old, one of Ultimate Fighting Championship’s most famous and bankable fighters, had denied the allegations of sexual battery following a 2023 Miami Heat game.

On the home front, Edo State has been confirmed as the host for the Niger Delta Games. Nine states, including Edo, Imo, Cross River, Ondo, and Rivers, participated in the maiden edition. The rest were Abia, Akwa Ibom, Bayelsa, and Delta.

Nigerian women’s football continues its global rise as Super Falcons’ goalkeeper, Chiamaka Nnadozie, won the English Women’s Super League Save of the Month for November 2025. She got the recognition for her acrobatic save in her clubside Brighton and Hove’s 1-1 draw with Liverpool. The Nigerian tipped Fuka Ngano’s effort onto the crossbar before the ball went out of play.
NBA champions Oklahoma City Thunder powered to their 14th straight victory, beating the Dallas Mavericks 132-111 to push their record to an impressive 22 wins and one loss.
NBA Most Valuable Player Shai Gilgeous-Alexander scored 33 points and Jalen Williams and Chet Holmgren added 15 apiece in Friday’s game for Oklahoma City, who are off to the best start to a season since the Golden State Warriors opened the 2015-16 campaign 24-0.
Up by 30 through three quarters, the Thunder rested their starters in the final period, the Mavericks’ three-game winning streak ending with a thud.
Jaden Hardy scored 23 points off the bench to lead the Mavs on a night when star centre Anthony Davis scored just two points, making his lone basket of the night in an irrelevant four minutes on court in the final frame.
The oft-injured Davis had checked out of the contest in the third quarter after appearing to injure his left knee, sitting on the bench with it wrapped before returning to the game.
The Boston Celtics, led by 30 points from Jaylen Brown, cruised past the short-handed Los Angeles Lakers 126-105.
The marquee clash lost much of its lustre, with Lakers superstar LeBron James sidelined by the sciatica that caused him to miss the first 14 games of his 23rd season and by foot joint arthritis.
Luka Doncic was also absent, missing a second game for personal reasons. Austin Reaves scored 36 points to lead the Lakers, but Boston never trailed and led by as many as 29.
Denver star Nikola Jokic scored 30 of his 40 points in the second half as the Nuggets rallied to edge the Hawks 134-133 in Atlanta.
Hawks forward Jalen Johnson had a triple-double by halftime with 11 points, 10 rebounds and 12 assists before the break and finished with 21 points, 18 rebounds and 16 assists.
But the Nuggets, who trailed by as many as 23 late in the first half, put up 80 points in the second half to charge back.
Jamal Murray scored 23 points and came up with a big block in the waning seconds to help Denver hang on for their ninth straight road win.
In Orlando, Franz Wagner scored 32 points and Jalen Suggs added 22 as the Magic held on for a 106-105 home victory over the Miami Heat.
Miami, trailing their cross-state rivals by 10 early in the fourth quarter, cut the deficit to one on Norman Powell’s driving layup with 50.9 seconds remaining.
Miami had chances to win it in the waning seconds, but Powell missed a fadeaway jumper, the Heat had to burn their last timeout when they were unable to inbound the ball, and Bam Adebayo missed a three-pointer as time expired.

It was a milestone night for Houston star Kevin Durant, who became the eighth player in NBA history to score 31,000 career points in the Rockets’ 117-98 victory over the Phoenix Suns.
Durant came into his first game against his former team since a blockbuster July trade, needing just four points to reach the mark, which he achieved with a jump shot midway through the first quarter.
Durant, eighth on the league’s all-time scoring list, finished with 28 points, and teammate Amen Thompson scored his season-high of 31 as the Rockets claimed a fifth victory in six games.
“I’m just grateful to be in this position to live out my dreams every single day,” Durant, a former NBA Most Valuable Player and a two-time champion, said of his latest milestone. “So many people have invested in my life. I’m just grateful for them and I want to keep it going.”
At Madison Square Garden, the New York Knicks opened on a 23-0 scoring run and kept the pedal down in a 146-112 rout of the Utah Jazz.

Charlotte Tilbury has finally shared the answer to one of the biggest beauty questions: how do celebrities still look flawless from morning to night, even after hours under bright lights, cameras, and red carpets?
Appearing on This Morning, the makeup icon revealed that the real secret isn’t a complicated technique or £200 product; the answer is setting spray.
Charlotte explained, “If you’ve ever wondered how celebrities look flawless from morning to night without any lines, it’s setting spray.” She added, “A lot of the world doesn’t know about setting sprays. Setting sprays will lock in makeup for up to 16 hours and it will not budge.”

The lightweight spray has been a staple for tons of A-list celebs since 2020. It primes and sets makeup for up to 16 hours without it melting, fading or creasing, meaning the stars can party all night long without worrying about their makeup rubbing off.
In fact, it’s the number 1 setting spray in both the UK and the US, with one bottle selling every six seconds.
And it’s got the glowing shopper reviews to back it up. One shopper wrote, “Best setting spray I’ve ever tried and I’ve sampled a lot. Keeps my make up on all day as a hospitality worker dealing with oil heat and water all day”
While a second added, “I don’t usually follow a trend or hype as most of the time it’s let me down. But oh boy! This setting spray is hands down the best I’ve ever used.”

However, a few shoppers criticised its lasting power, one reviewer commented, “Feels refreshing, smells fantastic and does not dehydrate skin. That said, it did not extend the wear of any cosmetics”.
