Paul Gallagher will no longer perform an Oasis afterparty DJ set in Dublin ahead of his court appearance this month.

The older brother of Liam and Noel Gallagher was due to appear at The Grand Social this weekend to coincide with the Oasis reunion tour’s Dublin performances.

Police said in July that Paul Gallagher, 59, who lives in East Finchley in north London, had been charged with rape, coercive and controlling behaviour, three counts of sexual assault, three counts of intentional strangulation, two counts of making a threat to kill and assault occasioning actual bodily harm.

He is due to appear at Westminster Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday August 27. A spokeswoman for The Grand Social venue confirmed to the PA news agency that Paul Gallagher “will no longer be DJing at our Oasis afterparty”.

“Mani from The Stone Roses will DJ on Saturday night and Alan McGee will DJ on Sunday,” she said. The promoters of the event, Up Close and Personal Promotions, have been contacted for comment.

Liam and Noel Gallagher announced last August that they would perform together for the first time since Oasis’s dramatic split in 2009.

The Oasis Live ’25 tour kicked off in Cardiff’s Principality Stadium in July, before moving on to Manchester, London and Edinburgh.

With her summer schedule packed to the brim, the former Love Island star has been offering fans glimpses into her daily routine through social media, showcasing early morning workout sessions, skincare rituals and behind-the-scenes moments from her television work.

Filming herself in the bathroom, Olivia smooths AESTURA’s ATOBarrier365 Cream across her face, neck and décolleté, emphasising the importance to “include your chest – you’ve got to do your chest”, reports OK!. Typically priced at £28.99 for a substantial 80ml tube, AESTURA ATOBarrier365 is now reduced to £25.99 on Amazon.

As the leading dermatologist-recommended dermo-cosmetic K-beauty brand for sensitive skin, and utilised in 100% of Korean hospitals, AESTURA has built a reputation for its gentle yet powerful formulations. This includes ATOBarrier365, which features encapsulated ceramides for superior absorption compared to many alternative ceramide creams, and promises 120 hours of moisture.

Amazon customers are equally impressed, with one declaring it “transformed” their skin:

“I’ve been using the AESTURA ATOBarrier 365 Cream for a few weeks now, and it has truly transformed my skincare routine. As someone with dry and sensitive skin, finding the right moisturiser has always been a challenge, but this cream has exceeded my expectations.

“The 100-hour hydrating claim is no joke,” they continue. “My skin stays hydrated and comfortable throughout the day and night, even in dry, air-conditioned environments.”

Another review titled ‘Believe the hype’ reads: “Even though I’m lucky to have naturally good skin, this cream has taken my skincare routine to another level. The hydration is next-level – rich without being greasy, and it absorbs beautifully. What really impressed me, though, is how calming and soothing it is. My skin feels balanced, soft, and genuinely healthier after using it.

“It’s now my go-to for maintaining that dewy, plump glow without clogging or irritating. A little goes a long way, and it layers well under make-up too.”

“I always break out from all kinds of moisturising creams that claim they don’t cause acne or clog pores and I’ve been using this one for weeks and not a single break out on my face,” a third five-star review reads. “This has helped me achieve the desired ‘glass skin’ appearance. I love the glow I get from using it.”

However, one individual warned that they “wouldn’t recommend to people with acne prone combination skin” as it “makes my skin too oily. Winter might be a better option to use this product but I’m just not going use it for the sake of my skin.”

NIAMH KIRK: Claire’s was a glitter clad paradise – I’m sad tweens today won’t experience it

Claire’s Accessories parent company has filed for bankruptcy which means it could be the end of an era for Gen-Z and Millenials – but it’s more than just the breakdown of bricks and mortar, and Niamh Kirk explains why

Claire's has been a staple on the high street for many young girls growing up

Claire’s Accessories, the purple glitter clad haven for any young teen looking to level up their hairclip, earrings or headband game, is under threat. If, like me, you hold the nostalgic feeling of walking into a Claire’s store close to your heart, the news that this go-to tween spot is at risk of closure is met with shock and horror.

The chain is facing an uncertain future on UK high streets after its US parent company filed for bankruptcy, but it’s not the first time this has happened. Back in 2018, Claire’s former parent company filed for bankruptcy in 2018 after being unable to repay a loan.

It’s no secret many high street big names are struggling, but there may be a deeper meaning behind the Claire’s decline. For my 14-year-old self, Claire’s was the hottest store on the high street, you could buy anything from a bright eyeshadow, a glittery lip gloss and an obscenely coloured hairspray, to a cheeky ear piercing if you were able to drag your parent along to sign the papers.

Inside Olly Murs’ tragic 16-year feud with twin and why heartbroken mum had to stop work

The drama began all the way back in 2009 when Olly skipped his twin Ben’s wedding day in order to compete in the X Factor semi-final. Now the two brothers are completely estranged

Olly Murs has found a heartbreaking new perspective on his long-running feud with his twin brother since becoming a first-time father last year.

The singer – who is expecting his second child with wife Amelia Tank – famously fell out with his twin Ben when he missed his sibling’s wedding to compete in ‘The X Factor’ semi-finals in 2009.

And now Olly, 41, has admitted that since welcoming daughter Madison last year, he understands more about how his mother, Vicky-Lynn, must feel about his estrangement from twin Ben.

He told The Sunday Times Magazine: “Now I’m a parent I can relate more to my mum’s sadness that my twin brother, Ben, and I have been estranged since 2009, though I’ve got nothing but love and respect for him.” It follows reports of Victoria Beckham’s four-word comment to Geri Horner amid their Spice Girls ‘feud’.

Olly rarely speaks about the siblings’ fallout. The feud between the twins kicked off in 2009 when Olly swerved Ben’s wedding – and best man duties – to compete in The X Factor semi-final, prompting Ben to brand the singer a “self-obsessed sell out”.

“Our family was torn apart because of X Factor,” he raged to the Sunday People in 2009. “It was clear that people like Simon Cowell were more important to him than me.”

Olly confirmed his no-show at the wedding on The Voice, telling Will.i.am: “I was on X Factor and I couldn’t make his wedding because I was on the show.” Asked where his brother lives, he admitted: “I have no idea.”

Olly did previously claim that his relationship with Ben had been strained long before his appearance on the ITV talent show and accused his brother of using the wedding as an “excuse”.

“I don’t speak to my twin brother and that’s been extremely difficult. Long before X Factor there were problems between Ben and his girlfriend and our family,” he previously told the Sunday Times Magazine, adding: “His wedding was his excuse for not having me in his life anymore… I don’t think he ever liked us as a family.”

Olly later lifted the lid on the rift with his brother while he was working on The Voice, admitting: “We had a big argument.”

Fighting back tears, he continued: “I feel like the next time I am going to see him is going to be at the worst place to see someone. It will be at someone’s (funeral) that we lose in the family. I don’t want that to be the case. I miss having my twin with me… This bond as a twin, it was something I was proud about and I still am.”

It’s not only Olly who has no contact with Ben; he also cut ties with their parents in the wake of the fallout, claiming they had been changed by ‘fame and greed’. He was so keen to distance himself that he even took his wife Amy’s surname, Hart, and slammed his mum and dad for ‘favouring’ his brother.

Ben told the Sunday People: “My parents wanted this bright, shiny Olly with the money who can give them the VIP lifestyle. They liked hanging around with Simon Cowell , or going to Bon Jovi concerts – they loved their VIP selfies. I’m not interested in anything like that, I have a lovely life with my wife and kids. I’ve worked hard, been to university and got a degree, I’ve never wanted anything from Olly.”

In the midst of the fall-out, Olly and Ben’s mum, Vicky, said the trauma had left her too sick to work, and caused such serious physical symptoms she thought she had multiple sclerosis.

“It was such a shock it made me ill. I even thought I had MS – I had to use a walking stick because my legs were so weak. I also couldn’t work. I was on the verge of a breakdown,” she previously told the Sunday Times Magazine.

Most popular royal named in surprise new poll and it’s not Kate Middleton

Survey site YouGov have shared the surprising results of their latest poll, in which they asked the UK public who their favourite royal family member is, with the Princess of Wales losing her top spot

New polling figures have revealed who the British public’s favourite member of the royal family is – and it’s not who many may have thought.

A survey run by YouGov has revealed that Prince William is the most popular member of the Firm in the eyes of the public, with 74 per cent of Brits having a positive opinion of the heir to the throne. Many believed Princess Kate would top the table, but instead she came in second, just 3 per cent behind her husband.

The Princess of Wales was knocked off the top spot by Prince William, after Kate was crowned the most popular royal in the same poll just six months ago. It comes after reports that William and Kate’s charity work will keep their royal kids from suffering from “spare syndrome”.

William’s popularity has increased over the last few years as he has taken on more royal responsibilities since the cancer diagnoses of both his father and his wife. The public has been able to see a more personal and vulnerable side of the future King, which may have contributed to his growth in popularity.

In a close third place, Princess Anne, who is often dubbed the “hardest working royal”, received a 70 per cent approval rating from the public, as she has stepped up her royal duties in recent years to support King Charles.

King Charles III continues to hold majority support with 59 per cent of royal fans giving him their approval, while the royal family as a whole continues to be an important part of Brits’ lives, with the Firm at large receiving a 62 per cent approval.

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle

At the other end of the popularity spectrum, Prince Harry, Meghan Markle and Prince Andrew have once again pulled up last, with Prince Harry only receiving a 28 per cent vote, and Meghan even less with just 20 per cent.

Unsurprisingly, coming in at last place on the list is Prince Andrew, with just five per cent of the British public having a favourable view of King Charles’ disgraced brother. Prince Andrew’s popularity has continued to plunge amid the dozens of damning allegations made about the Duke of York in the explosive biography Entitled: The Rise and Fall of the House of York.

The survey also concluded that the older population of Britain seems to have a more positive view on the royals than the younger generation, with the exception of Prince Harry and Meghan.

Beyond the individual royals, the British public are still clear in their support of the royalty, as six in ten Britons – or 62 per cent – have a positive view of both the family as a whole and the underlying institution of the monarchy (58 per cent).

This is roughly double the number of Britons holding the opposing views, with three in ten – or 30 per cent holding a negative opinion of the ruling family and 32 per cent sceptical of the monarchy. Across the board, the results of the YouGov survey have largely stayed the same since a similar poll was run in May this year.
