Strictly Come Dancing’s Vicky Pattison in tears as she makes candid confession

Vicky Pattison, the star of Strictly Come Dancing, opened up about her experience on the show, which she claims is making her a “better version” of herself. She was left in tears as she spoke openly about it.

Vicky Pattison’s emotions poured out during Strictly Come Dancing’s icons week. The former Geordie Shore star, 37, reflected on the person she used to be and who she is now before she transformed into Cheryl Tweedy for an impressive routine.

As the pre-dance video rolled, Vicky said: “I first started out in this industry at about 21 and I made some bad decisions. I just don’t think at that age I had the tools to navigate that space I was in. Now I do my best to be a better version of myself – someone I can look in the mirror and feel alright about.”

She continued, “You can achieve things with determination and a little self-belief,” as she had previously said. The Girls Aloud star’s song Fight for this Love, which she opened up about this week, is tearfully stated in the opening line: “It is a very important song to me. the notion that a setback is more important than a comeback.

You can live the life you want, he says. The narrative can be altered. Using the past to define who you are, you can be who you want to be. That is really powerful, in my opinion. I worked on myself, and now I’m in a wonderful place, and I’m finally a woman I’m proud of.

Vicky’s personal message and her idol sent her a personal message following her dance left her speechless. Cheryl, a reality TV star who had been informed that she had been monitoring her progress, couldn’t help but gasp and jump around as she appeared on camera.

Cheryl thanked her fellow Geordie and said she was honored and humbled to have chosen her as her icon. Because you’re a Geordie, Cheryl continued, “I know you’ve got it in you.”

“So proceed and leave that place. I’m scheming to send you lots of love if you fight for your place. From home, I’ll be rooting for you. Vicky joked that Cheryl didn’t even realize who she was as she continued to flaunt her disbelief at the message.

Ellie Goldstein received a personal message of her own earlier on the program. Emma Bunton surprised her with a touching message after dancing a salsa to a song by the Spice Girls dressed as Baby Spice.

And fans spotted the sweet moment Ellie’s dance partner Vito Coppola moved to make sure she was okay. After staring down at the star, Vito appeared to wipe away a tear from her eye as the judges gave the duo positive feedback following their routine.

One user gushed, “Vito checking on Ellie and wiping away a tear,” on the former Twitter account X. They also included crying emoji faces in their commentary, #Strictly #StrictlyComeDancing.

Johannes Radebe and Alex Kingston also performed an impressive routine together in the style of Dolly Parton. Additionally, her favorite person wrote her a personal note.

However, during training, she had a private moment. La Voix, a fellow celebrity dancer, is the one who made it happen.

‘We fight to the end’, says Newcastle ‘talisman’ Guimaraes

Newcastle United’s passing was quickly approaching.

The hosts were preparing for a poor 1-1 draw against Fulham at St James’ Park with 90 minutes remaining.

However, Bruno Guimaraes, the captain, maintained his convictions.

The Brazilian was trying his hardest to influence the outcome with his mentality and fitness.

When visiting keeper Bernd Leno was unable to parry substitute William Osula’s shot into the path of the midfielder, Guimaraes lashed the ball into the net in front of the Gallowgate End, the crowd was in wistful.

He said, “We can’t play the game the way it always will, but we must find the three points,” and we succeeded in doing this. “We fight until the very end, Newcastle,” I recall.

After being the target of late sucker punches against Brighton, Arsenal, and Liverpool this season, Fulham’s players appeared understandably disoriented, and their counterparts are aware of this.

However, Eddie Howe’s team rallied on Saturday to take all three points with a stunning victory.

Bench has a significant influence

Other people stepped up this afternoon.

In the Premier League, Nick Woltemade had scored four of Newcastle’s previous five goals.

However, his team did not have their record-keeping printed on the scoresheet when they won their first top-flight game this year.

The forward was Newcastle’s biggest threat in the first half when he opened the scoring, scoring his first of the campaign.

In the opening moments, he struck the post outside, but Leno had better have doubled the lead when he had been knocked down.

Howe had the luxury of turning to a stacked bench right away following Sasa Lukic’s equalizer, but Newcastle’s failure to capitalize on Murphy’s opener might have cost them.

The arrival of energetic forwards Anthony Elanga and Osula late on followed a triple change, sending on Sandro Tonali, Harvey Barnes, and Fabian Schar for Lewis Miley, Murphy, and Sven Botman, who had to go off with a cut.

Marco Silva, the manager of Fulham, was forced to hold his hands up in the absence of a number of injured players.

He claimed that they began to take greater risks. They “pressed us higher,” they said. They worked hard on the frontline. All three of the frontline players were able to be replaced.

“Belief that you have players who can choose games”

In the lead up to Newcastle’s winner, Elanga and Osula ultimately played significant roles.

Before feeding Osula out to the right, Swede Elanga dispossessed Fulham defender Ryan Sessegnon.

The Danish frontman drove forward before cutting inside and letting fly from the edge of the area as he matured into a player capable of playing games at this level. He scored against champions Liverpool earlier this year.

Guimaraes knocked in the rebound when Newcastle desperately needed their captain, despite Leno making the initial save.

Michael Carrick, a Match of the Day pundit, made no mistake when Guimaraes played 90 minutes of his team’s match against Benfica on Tuesday night.

According to the former Manchester United midfielder, “He always provides that leadership on the pitch.” He serves as the stadium’s talisman and adds that extra energy when the fans are turned up. For Newcastle, it has a big, big goal.

Newcastle moved up to 10th place as a result of that goal.

Of course, that’s not where they want to go, but this still felt significant.

In addition to claiming three victories, three draws, and three losses in the Premier League last season, Newcastle also qualified for the Champions League, putting an end to a 70-year search for a significant domestic trophy.

And Howe believes that “the best is still in store for us.”

When you score late goals, “we have seen many times historically, it’s not just the game you’ve won,” he continued.

There’s more faith that you can find a winner, that you have players who can decide games, in our opinion, if the mood, even the attitude are changed once more while we’re in that position.

‘Right time’ to go, says Wales icon Fishlock

Images courtesy of Getty

After the Wales legend’s final international appearance, Jess Fishlock resisted choosing a time to step aside.

Fishlock continued her run as the country’s most successful footballer on Saturday, when she wore the red shirt for the 166th and final time against Australia in Cardiff.

After the final whistle, the 38-year-old gave an emotional speech on the pitch after waving goodbye to the crowd of more than 11, 000 fans at the Cardiff City Stadium in added time.

Fishlock said she had made the right decision by resuming her Wales career after her first major tournament appearance last summer despite the fact that she acknowledged that she feels physically able to play for the country.

“I do believe I can still play,” but is it still important to ask if I can continue playing for how long. It might be possible for me to do it today, but I’ll likely be in bed for two more weeks, so that’s where things get a little more challenging.

I believe the group is more than capable of moving forward at this point. And in reality, I only ever wanted to leave knowing that a group is able to advance with us.

Fishlock felt depressed as she left the field on a heartfelt afternoon in her hometown.

After the game, Fishlock spoke to the crowd and nearly wept.

Her team-mates then danced on the stage while singing “Fishlock’s on fire” and then interrupted her post-match press conference.

Fishlock said she had to figure out a way to handle life as a former international and that she had no idea how she would cope.

“My entire career, essentially, was playing for Wales before I became a professional, that’s all I’ve known. For me, there has always been stability; it’s really a safe place.

It allowed me to develop personally. Being able to represent Wales for this long has been the biggest, biggest honor of my life.

Fishlock had a fantastic Welsh career for 19 years.

Fishlock says her retirement will allow her to make her life “what I want to make it” despite her desire to play professional football for Seattle Reign for at least another year.

She said, “I have to make that choice now.”

“Hopefully I get to spend more time with my wife, which will be nice, and we can travel together so that we can grow and evolve and start a new phase of life,” she said.

Leicester edge out Sale by point in 10-try thriller

The Prem.

Leicester (22) 36

Trys: Searle Pens: O’Connor (3), Radwan (2), Henderson, Ilione, Whiteley Cons:

Sale (7) 35

In a 10-try thriller at Mattioli Woods Welford Road, Tigers of Leicester won a close call against Sale Sharks.

Adam Radwan scored twice in the first half, but Tom O’Flaherty put a diving, inch-perfect effort in the final moments to put the visitors on the board.

From that point on, Cameron Henderson and Luke James’ scores cancelled out on either side of the break before Emeka Ilione added yet another try to bolster his steadily gaining popularity.

The Tigers took the lead after a number of drives in the Sale 22.

The opportunity appeared to have passed, but Freddie Steward’s quick hands sent Radwan clear for the opening try of the afternoon.

The Sharks struggled to match the Tigers’ early intensity, which was still reeling from last week’s humiliating 65-14 defeat by Saracens, only to find themselves almost awarded a score following a loose Leicester pass, which was ultimately wasted thanks to a knock-on.

The Tigers took the lead in the midst of a flurry of penalties, handling errors, and misplaced lineouts.

The Sharks stopped the ensuing rolling maul after an attacking Leicester line-out, but Steward once more fed the ball to Radwan to find the ideal angle to scythe through and extend the lead.

However, the visitors must have something to be excited about with the second of the winger.

O’Flaherty resisted Whiteley’s pressure and quickly forced his way over in the corner shortly after the restart.

However, Leicester found the line once more as half-time approached.

Sale started with a much stronger sense of purpose, which made the second half so much more unique from the first.

George Ford fed James to jog over untouched after a string of drives up to the Tigers’ line and the defense narrowing.

When Leicester added their bonus-point score, any sense of relief from that score quickly vanished.

Ilione stooped through a gap to the posts while Hanro Liebenberg’s slip pass appeared to be complete, with the visitors’ defense seemingly set.

With both defenses firmly rooted, Sale retreated to the Leicester line once more after the game had begun.

After receiving a precise pass from Ford, James found a gap in the visitors’ penalty to keep them in contention. It was almost identical to his first try.

After Ollie Chessum had been repelled, the scrum-half took advantage of Whiteley’s next chance and fired a close-range snipe over from close range.

It only fitting that Sale scored their bonus-point try soon after Rob du Preez exploited a defense gap before being dragged down because both teams appeared to score at will.

Raffi Quirke’s replacement marshalled his forwards before eventually passing to Roebuck to add to the try-awesome.

Sale scored a fifth after breaking the tit-for-tat cycle.

Marius Louw was forced to pass through a gap by the imperious Ford, who James claimed his hat-trick when the Tigers ran out of defenders.

Leicester: Steward, Radwan, Perese, Kata, O’Connor, Whiteley, Smith, Blamire, Heyes, Henderson, Chessum (c), Liebenberg, Reffell, Cracknell, Perese, Perese, Reffell, Perese.

Replacements: Bailey, Searle, Hurd, Wells, Ilione, Allan, and Clare.

Sale: James, Roebuck, du Preez, Ma’asi-White, O’Flaherty, Ford, Warr, Opoku-Fordjour, Cowan-Hickie, Harper, van Rhyn (c), Bamber, Vermuelen, Woodman, Dugdale, and others.

Jibulu’s replacement Bell, Burrow, Du Preez, Quirke, Louw, Reed, and Onasanya.
