Katherine Ryan reveals the ‘great way’ Stephen Hawking ‘mugged her off’

Katherine Ryan, a comedian, made an appearance at one of Jimmy Carr’s parties to attack the late Stephen Hawking.

Katherine Ryan recalls a time when Stephen Hawking called her “mugged off.”

Katherine Ryan revealed she was once ‘mugged off’ by Stephen Hawking after meeting him at one of Jimmy Carr’s party. The 41-year-old star admitted she tried to flirt with the late theoretical physicist, who died aged 76 in 2018, and ‘tried it on with him’.

She appeared on the recent episode of the Nip Tuck podcast with Ashley Stobart and Lauren Adamson and said comedian Jimmy ‘used to have the most amazing parties’ before his children were born’. Jimmy started dating Karoline Copping in 2001 and share a son together. Speaking about one of Jimmy’s parties, Katherine said: “Like Brandon Flowers would be there. Woody Harrelson would be there, Professor Stephen Hawking, Monica Lewinsky, I met Kourtney Kardashian in Jimmy Carr’s living room. He’s like the London Gatsby. It was really fun.”

The host then posed the question, “Stephen Hawking, yes, did he try it on with you?” Because she saw the movie about him, Kathy said that she had tried it on with him.

“Yes, but then his assistant came up and said, “Oh, the professor’s tablet has run out of battery,” quite hurtfully. He is unable to communicate with you. And I am aware that I was robbed of.

What a fantastic way to s**k someone off, co-host Lauren said. I’m just saying, “My batteries are gone.”

Katherine described him as “genius” and continued, “But then I googled it and there’s a backup battery for the tablet in the chairs.” The battery is also working if the chair is moving. Before Katherine said, “He did,” Stephen “f**ked her off,” according to Laurence.

Katherine, who turns her back on filler, has already vowed to have a lip lift. The comedian has revealed that she has “got lost in the game” of enhancements and has been open about her cosmetic surgery experience.

Katherine was recently been sharing her skin cancer story with her fans. Katherine had stage two melanoma in the past, meaning she was able to recognise the signs in a mole way back in 2022.

Joanne McNally, a fellow comedian, and she and her husband, Joanne, who both spoke about ageing and cosmetic surgery, joined her on her podcast. Joanne claimed she had “dabbled” in filler but that she was still left looking like a “melted baby.”

Joanne discussed her own experiences with ageing and Botox on the podcast What’s My Age Again?

She continued, “I was on TV before I realized that you can’t have Botox on. There is nothing I can’t do, and I get everything (Botox). Before that, I definitely did a little filler, and then I shot a photo shoot for a podcast I was producing back in the day.

Bad work is similar to bad breath because you don’t notice it until you reflect it and say, “Oh, I look like a melted baby.” You tinker too much, and you’re a whoopsah.

Katherine then shared her own opinions, saying, “Yes, you can get lost in the game. I believe that physical age, like what we’re talking about, requires a lot more of the Botox and filler because it makes you look older even more.

Joanne later went over to compliment Katherine’s lip, but she quickly said, “No! They’re a fraud. It was a fraud. I need a lip lift first, she said, “after talking about her own experiences.”

Travis Kelce hints at hands-off parenting style amid Taylor Swift marriage rumours

In response to rumors that he’s engaged to Taylor Swift, US sports star Travis Kelce has revealed a laid-back approach to parenting in a recent podcast with his brother Jason.

In response to Taylor Swift marriage rumors, Travis Kelce makes hints about hands-off parenting.

Travis Kelce gave a rare glimpse into how he envisions fatherhood during a recent episode of his New Heights podcast, which he co-hosts with his brother Jason Kelce. The conversation turned to parenting advice after a listener asked how to handle “feral children” – a question that sparked some candid, if unconventional, responses from the NFL stars.

Jason and wife Kylie just welcomed their fourth child, and he once made up a joke about how sometimes you just need to let them figure it out. What else is there to do besides remove the sharp objects and keep any weapons nearby?

Travis, 35, meanwhile, defended his less-is-more philosophy, saying, “I think to safe the house and safe the objects in the house… f**king tell them to go outside.”

A little chaos, according to the brothers, might not be the worst thing: “This is just something that’s going to sort itself out,” they said. “Integrate it,” They will learn to avoid doing stupid s**t the more they f*ck themselves up.

Fans have long speculated about Travis’s future with girlfriend Taylor Swift, with talk of marriage heating up after nearly two years of dating. But the tight end has also noted his NFL commitments might delay any major personal milestones, with the 2025 season kicking off in September.

Earlier this month, Travis become an uncle again, and he and Taylor, 35, were quick to celebrate the new addition. The Super Bowl mainstay apparently has family plans of his own, but doesn’t miss out on doting on his nieces as their beloved ‘Uncle Travvy.’

Back in March, Travis’ older brother and his wife Kylie welcomed their fourth daughter, revealing that they had named her Finnley ‘Finn’ Anne Kelce after leaving the tot nameless on the birth certificate at first.

Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis virtually met Finn as he and Jason video called for their New Heights podcast, complaining that Jason had “only sent one picture” – but he and his girlfriend Taylor had already congratulated the new parents.

The A-list couple sent “a huge assortment of flowers and other little gifts” to the Kelces, whom Taylor has become very close to over her time dating Travis. A source shared to Life and Style: “They are so happy for them.” They then added that with Finn “Jason and Kylie both feel their family is complete,” but teasingly joked: “Never say never, though!”

While the insider suggested that Jason and Kelce might consider adding to their brood with baby number five, Taylor and Travis are rumoured to have baby fever of their own. Towards the end of 2023, a source close to the couple claimed: “They’re already making plans for the future. He and Taylor have even talked about kids.

Taylor, of course, is all in, and Travis wants them in the next year or so. She has been waiting for him for a long time. He claimed he sees himself getting married to Taylor.

Trump says petrol and grocery prices are down. Facts say otherwise

According to US President Donald Trump, housing, gas, and grocery costs are all declining. All of these assertions are unsupported by current research, though.

When asked about home sales and whether it was a good economic indicator for him on Thursday in the Oval Office, the president responded that there were very good housing sales.

However, the reporter who asked the question made reference to a report from the National Association of Realtors (NAR), which stated that sales of existing homes were down 5.9 percent in March from the same month.

NAR Chief Economist Lawrence Yun said in a public statement that “residential housing mobility, which is currently at its lowest levels, indicates the troublesome possibility of lessening economic mobility for society.”

Trump mentioned that some states’ energy costs have decreased to $ 1.98. Although he did not specify what kind of energy, his comments were similar to those made last week. He specifically cited gasoline prices at the time.

The lowest average price per gallon ($0.71 per litre) last week in Mississippi was according to AAA, which monitors national gasoline prices. Mississippi reported the lowest average gasoline price this week, this time for $ 2.68 ($0.70 per litre). The lowest individual station prices, according to data from GasBuddy, were $2.33 per gallon (0.62 per litre), which is still higher than the president’s mention.

The average price of gasoline in the United States is currently $ 3.17 per gallon ($0.84 per litre). That is a decrease from $ 3.60 ($0.95 per litre) at this time last year, even though it is a five-cent increase over the previous month. The president made the correct observation that, despite what he had suggested, gasoline prices are still trending downward.

Overall energy prices decreased by 2.4 percent over the past month, largely as a result of the Department of Labor’s most recent report, which was largely driven by lower gasoline prices. The decline in natural gas and electricity costs was aided by the decrease. Since Trump’s election, oil prices have generally decreased, largely as a result of the uncertainty caused by Trump’s tariff threats.

Trump also claimed that prices are dropping for groceries in his comments. This assertion is disproven by recent research. Food prices increased by 0.4 percent from last month to $2.44 percent from last year, according to the Department of Labor. Four out of the six main grocery categories reported price increases.

Kogan close to being named new football regulator

David Kogan, the government’s preferred choice for chair of the new independent regulator for English football, is close to being chosen.

According to senior sources, ministers intend to make an announcement in the coming days, possibly as soon as Friday.

In a confirmation hearing the following month, Kogan would have to face MPs on the Culture, Media, and Sport select committee.

The first independent regulator for the professional men’s game in England will be created by the Football Governance Bill, which is currently passing through Parliament after the Labour government reintroduced it in October.

Kogan, a former BBC journalist and director, helped negotiate the rights to the Women’s Super League and Women’s Championship last year.

Kogan will have the task of resolving a long-standing dispute between the Premier League and the EFL regarding controversial parachute payments to relegated clubs and financial redistribution if he is given one of the most powerful roles in English football.

The fact that he served as the Premier League’s media rights advisor between 1998 and 2015 may cause concern for the EFL. He has also made a number of donations to the party’s candidates and has close ties to the Labour party. He has two books written about them.

Although Premier League officials have long advocated for an independent regulator, Rick Parry, the English Football League chairman, fears that it will have an impact on investment and competitiveness.

Kogan was first approached about the regulator position by a source close to him, according to a source close to Kogan.

However, the appointment of a Labour donor has drawn criticism from the Tory party.

Louie French, the government’s shadow sports minister, claimed that the government had “installed one of their cronies in charge of what ought to be an independent regulator.”

He continued, “This deeply political appointment raises questions about the regulator’s ability to conduct business with the impartiality that supporters deserve.”

The Tories are “smearing” a “highly qualified, respected candidate,” according to sources from Labour.
