Katie Price plans Las Vegas trip with nightclubs and beer with son Harvey following split rumours

Katie Price has grand plans for the year ahead – including a trip to Las Vegas with her son, Harvey, where she hopes to take him clubbing, but he is unsure about knocking back beers

Katie Price has joked about taking her son Harvey out clubbing and on a trip to Vegas as she makes plans for the year ahead. In a YouTube video shared yesterday amid reports she’s split from JJ Slater, the glamour model and mum-of-five – including 23-year-old Harvey – told her son about what the had planned for 2026.

Having celebrated Christmas with those closest to her – including her mother, Amy, who she brought to tears of joy when she gifted her a mobility scooter – Katie, 47, outlined her plans for the upcoming 12 months.

In the video with Harvey, Katie marvelled at the fact that her eldest child is set to turn 24 in May and suggested fun things they could do together. Katie brought up the idea of going to night clubs, heading to Las Vegas as well as drinking beer. Harvey, who has complex needs and is autistic, has ADHD, is blind and has Prader-Willi syndrome which causes a constant feeling of hunger, was far from enthusiastic about the suggestions. Katie quickly clarified that she was joking.

While filming with her son, Katie asked him during her YouTube update: “Guess what? It’s New Year’s Eve. Do you know what that means? Tomorrow would be the first of January, the start to a new year, 2026.” As Harvey nodded along, Katie continued: “You’ll be 24. You are such a man. I think we need to take you to nightclubs this next year.”

Katie continued: “Do you know I could take you to Vegas? You’re old enough. I could take you anywhere now. You’re 24 you’ll be 24. Do you want to try your first beer?”

Harvey was quick to decline the offer – with Katie noting he prefers orange squash and water. Instead, the mother and son proposed a year of health ahead. Katie remarked: “Okay, what we’re gonna do this year is get very, very healthy. So you could get on that roller coasters for your birthday.”

As she continued with their chat, Katie revealed that Harvey is set to move closer to her in the coming months, and they discussed their shared hope that he will be able to reduce his weight over time. Noting that they will soon be living a mere 15 minutes from each other, Katie suggested she and Harvey – who currently lives at the National Star College – should join the same gym and work out together.

As they continued their chat, Katie candidly opened up about daily life with Harvey, revealing that it can sometimes be difficult to get him up, showered and dressed as he can be in a “bad mood” which can limit their success. They went on to discuss some of their favourite activities together include baking and holding hands.

Katie’s beer swilling plans in Las Vegas come amid reports that she and Married At First Sight star JJ Slater have broken up. Reports this week suggested the star and her 32-year-old lover split over disagreements about marriage and the strain of their 15 year age gap. However, the reality star did feature in footage from Katie’s latest YouTube update which was filmed late last year.

Later in the video, Katie rounded up her hopes for her eldest son – and reiterated her excitement over the fact he is moving closer to her. She said: “My hopes and dreams for Harvey this year, it’s not a hope and it’s not a dream, because it’s happening. He’s moving nearer home.”

She explained: “He’s got a brand new flat. I’m going to make it home from home. I can’t wait for Harvey to be nearer me. I can’t wait for Harvey to start the Monjaro, losing some of that weight, to give him a better quality of life. And for the fact of him being nearer home, I’ll be able to do lots more activities, get him out and about more independent skills.”

Elsewhere in her video update, Katie expressed her relief over the fact her mother Amy, 73, is still alive. Back in 2017, Amy was diagnosed with Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis (IPF) – a terminal lung disease which usually leaves those battling the condition with just three to five years to live.

Katie has since revealed that Amy underwent a transplant to help her, and last month they spent Christmas together. She gushed: “Mum has made it to 2026, so happy, another year. So let’s hope we got another year with my mum.”

Updating her fans on how her life has changed since she gifted her a mobility scooter, Katie went on: “I bought her a scooter that would be a new lease of life for her. And as you can all see, she’s a lot more frail than she used to be. But don’t let that fool you, because her head’s still very much screwed on.”

Derek Martin dead: EastEnders’ Charlie Slater star’s sad family struggle before death

The soap legend who played loveable cabbie Charlie Slater in EastEnders has sadly died aged 92, with his family by his side. He once opened up about his son’s struggle that shaped how he played his role on-screen

Derek Martin captured the hearts of the nation as devoted patriarch Charlie Slater in EastEnders, and it turns out his personal family struggle inspired his protective role on screen.

The soap legend, who has sadly died aged 92, was best known for playing Charlie on the BBC soap opera, a role he held from 2000 to 2011, with occasional appearances in 2013 and 2016.

Derek’s heartbroken family described him as a “truly an amazing person who was very talented in the filming industry and many other thing” in a statement issued. It’s understood that he passed away in hospital on Saturday night, with his loved ones by his side.

The former East End butcher, born Derek William Rapp, started his TV career as a stuntman on Doctor Who. However, after breaking his collarbone while filming Elizabeth R, he made the decision to focus on acting. And after appearing in the likes of Law & Order, King and Castle and Eldorado, he soon found himself appearing in The Bill, Only Fools and Horses and Little Britain – as himself. But to millions, he was known as the loveable London cabbie, Charlie on EastEnders.

Derek celebrated his 90th birthday in 2023, ringing in the special milestone with his two lookalike sons, David and Jonathan. The soap star spoke candidly about his own son David’s struggle with depression in the past as his EastEnders character dealt with a similiar issue on screen.

Back in 2016 on Albert Square, Charlie’s great-niece Stacey Branning suffered from depression and postpartum psychosis. And her troubles felt close to home for Derek. He said at the time: “At work I had the Stacey storyline. Then, I got home and there was my son, who I’d been worried about during the day, suffering from severe depression.”

Charlie first appeared in the soap in September 2000. Derek, however, had originally auditioned for the roles of Den Watts and Frank Butcher in the 1980s and made the shortlist for both.

When he auditioned for Charlie, he was offered a contract with a minimum term of three years, with the potential to stay for a longer period of time. Of the role of Charlie, Derek said it was like putting on an “old coat, and he had hoped to remain on the show until he died.

His character was known for being the glue which held the Slater family together and was “positive as long as his family was around him.” Nine years after he first arrived in Walford, it was announced that Derek would be taking a break from the show.

In 2016, Charlie was killed off from EastEnders after the character suffered a heart attack, but the actor said it had been “wonderful.” Speaking of his departure, he commented: “I spoke to Dominic, the executive producer, and he explained [the storyline] and said he’d give me a good send-off. In a way, it’s closure, after 11 years, which for an actor is wonderful.”

Adam Peaty’s sister was at wedding because she’s ‘pretty enough for the Ramsays’, claims alleged mistress

Adam Peaty’s sister Bethany was the only family member on his side who was invited to his wedding to Holly Ramsay – and Gordon Ramsay’s alleged mistress has hit out as to the reason why

As the rift between Adam Peaty and his family deepened late last year, his sister Bethany ended up being the only family to attend his Christmas wedding to Holly Ramsay.

The Olympic swimmer, 31, and new wife Holly, 26, – who is the daughter of celebrity chef Gordon and his wife Tana – tied the knot in a lavish ceremony at Bath Abbey on 27 December. This was followed by a swanky reception at Kin House in Wiltshire.

High profile guests included the Ramsay clan, as well as close family friends the Beckhams. But noticeably missing were most of Adam’s side of the family, including his parents Caroline and Mark.

Sarah Symonds, who alleges she had a seven-year affair with Holly’s father Gordon Ramsay – something he denies, – believes beauty therapist Bethany’s inclusion is down to her being “pretty enough for the Ramsays” and meeting their highly polished social media image they want to portray.

The 55-year-old claims she has recently struck up a friendship with Adam’s heartbroken mum Caroline and they’ve spoken about 32-year-old Bethany’s attendance at the wedding, which saw Holly choose her as a bridesmaid alongside her sisters Megan, 27, and Tilly, 24.

Speaking to the Daily Mail, Sarah said: “It’s heartbreaking. Especially because Caroline is just lovely. After all, she didn’t judge me. She’s a married woman, she could have called me a slapper too [like Gordon once did] – but instead she asked me how on earth I ever dealt with the Ramsays.

“They are decent people trying to navigate him, so I told Caroline to stay strong and not to let anyone bully her… I’m so glad I reached out because now Caroline and I are close. One could say we are kindred spirits. Because if anyone knows what she is going through it is me.”

In the lead up to the wedding, it was reported a feud had erupted between Adam and his parents. This is said to have started when daughter-in-law Holly took a dislike to Caroline’s choice of dress for their special day.

Holly and Adam reportedly asked Caroline to buy a new dress. But relations soured to the point she was uninvited to the nuptials, along with most of his side of the family. Adam’s brother James, who is said to have made threats to him during his stag do, was also on the wedding blacklist.

Now more details about the so-called feud have emerged – and it’s claimed that most of Adam’s working class family didn’t have the right look for his wedding to Holly, which led to the blanket ban on them attending.

In a post after the wedding, Adam’s heartbroken mum Caroline’s revealed she had “lost a piece of herself” as she admitted she was “praying for peace” in 2026 after the fallout with her son and his new wife.

After sharing the wedding snub had “cut my heart out,” she said: “I lost a piece of myself this year that I will never get back, and I’m not forcing a smile like it didn’t change me. So no… I won’t be saying ‘2026 is going to be my year’.

“I’ll be praying that I recover next year, that my heart never has to break like this again, that I never have to survive something like this again. I’ll be praying for peace… real peace, the kind that lets me breathe without fighting for it. I deserve a year that doesn’t hurt.”

The Mirror has approached a representative for Gordon Ramsay for comment.

All you need to know about Timothée Chalamet rise to fame

  1. Timothée Chalamet is an American actor known for combining indie credibility with blockbuster appeal, becoming one of the defining film stars of his generation. He was bon on December 27, 1995, in New York City, Chalamet and grew up in a creatively rich environment.
  2. His mother, Nicole Flender, is a former Broadway dancer and real estate agent, while his father, Marc Chalamet, worked for UNICEF and as a journalist. He has an older sister, Pauline Chalamet, who is also an actress. Raised partly in Manhattan and spending summers in France, Timothée is fluent in French—an influence that shaped his cultural outlook and artistic sensibility. He attended LaGuardia High School of Music & Art and Performing Arts, where his passion for acting fully took hold.
  3. Chalamet began acting as a teenager, appearing in commercials and short films before landing small TV roles, including Homeland (2012). After briefly attending Columbia University and then NYU, he left college to pursue acting full-time. His early film roles included Men, Women & Children and Interstellar (both 2014), where he played the son of Matthew McConaughey’s character.
  4. His breakout came in 2017 with Call Me by Your Name. His deeply emotional performance as Elio earned him an Academy Award nomination for Best Actor, making him one of the youngest nominees in that category. The role established him as a serious dramatic talent and a critical darling.
  5. Rather than following a conventional path, Chalamet balanced prestige projects with bold, unconventional choices. He appeared in Greta Gerwig’s Lady Bird (2017) and Little Women (2019), worked with Luca Guadagnino again in Bones and All (2022), and took on challenging roles in films like Beautiful Boy (2018), where he portrayed a young man struggling with addiction.
  6. Chalamet successfully crossed into franchise filmmaking as Paul Atreides in Denis Villeneuve’s Dune (2021) and Dune: Part Two (2024). The films cemented his status as a global movie star capable of leading large-scale productions while maintaining artistic credibility. He further broadened his appeal by starring as Willy Wonka in Wonka (2023), showcasing his musical and comedic range.
  7. In recent years, Chalamet has continued to mix ambitious studio films with character-driven performances, earning praise for his versatility, fashion-forward public image, and thoughtful approach to fame. He is often noted for resisting typecasting and for collaborating with auteur directors.
  8. Still early in his career, Timothée Chalamet is widely regarded as one of the most influential actors of his generation—someone who has redefined what modern movie stardom can look like by blending artistic risk, mainstream success, and cultural impact.
  9. The actor recently took home the Best Actor award at the 31st Critics Choice Awards on January 4, 2026, for his performance in Marty Supreme — a film in which he plays Marty Mauser, a 1950s table tennis player chasing a dream of success. His win stood out in a competitive field with contenders like Leonardo DiCaprio, Michael B. Jordan, Ethan Hawke, Joel Edgerton, and Wagner Moura.
  10. Chalamet and his film Marty Supreme have earned three Golden Globe nominations at this year’s Annual Golden Globes. These are Best Motion Picture – Musical or Comedy (Marty Supreme), Best Performance by a Male Actor in a Motion Picture – Musical or Comedy (Timothée Chalamet) and Best Screenplay – Motion Picture (Marty Supreme). Chalamet’s individual nomination is in the Musical/Comedy acting category for his role as Marty Mauser.
  11. Industry pundits and early prediction markets suggest this is one of Chalamet’s best opportunities yet to win a Golden Globe — potentially his first Globe victory if the momentum holds. However, Leonardo DiCaprio isalso nominated in the same category for One Battle After Another. Prediction markets show DiCaprio still has good odds too.
  12. Chalamet is currently dating Kylie Jenner, with the pair first linked romantically in early 2023. Though Chalamet tends to avoid talking about his personal life in interviews, he recently gave a very public shout-out to Kylie during his Critics Choice Awards speech, calling her his partner of three years and saying “I couldn’t do this without you.” Jenner mouthed “I love you” back in the audience.
  13. As well as his acting career, a wild fan theory spread online in 2025 claiming Timothée Chalamet might secretly be the masked Liverpool rapper EsDeeKid, mainly because fans noted similarities in their eyes under a balaclava and Chalamet’s known appreciation for hip-hop.
  14. Chalamet leaned into the joke in a tongue-in-cheek way: he appeared on a remix of EsDeeKid’s track “4 Raws” and delivered his own verse, where he rapped about his life and even referenced Kylie’s billionaire status (“my girl got a billion”). That cameo was playful and self-referential, but there’s no evidence he is EsDeeKid — it was more of a clever way to engage with fan speculation and have fun with the idea rather than a serious musical career pivot.

Gordon Ramsay’s alleged mistress forms friendship with Adam Peaty’s mum – and it’s set to deepen family feud

Gordon Ramsay’s alleged mistress Sarah Symonds has branded him a ‘hypocrite’ after his gushing wedding speech at daughter Holly’s wedding to Adam Peaty

Gordon Ramsay’s alleged mistress says she’s formed a friendship with his son-in-law Adam Peaty’s mum Caroline over their mutual dislike of the TV chef.

Sarah Symonds historically claimed she had a seven-year affair with Gordon Ramsay – something he denies. She claims it began in 2001 when his daughter Holly, now 26, was just a year old.

After The Mirror detailed reports that Sarah had been in touch with Caroline in November following the infamous family fall out, it’s now come to light that the two women share a deep bond. The 55-year-old revealed how she reached out to Caroline on Facebook after hearing she had been uninvited from Gordon’s daughter Holly’s wedding to Adam.

Sarah claims the Olympian’s mother responded by asking to be ‘friends’ on social media and the pair now exchange Voice Notes and have built up a rapport.

Sarah told the Daily Mail: “I really know what it means to go through this trauma [with the Ramsays]. By talking to Caroline, yes, I’m opening up my scars again – but I’m doing it to help others.”

She continued: “Caroline and I are close. One could say we are kindred spirits. Because if anyone knows what she is going through it is me. I wanted her to know I thought the way Gordon and his family were treating her was terrible. I just felt so sad for her and wanted to try to make her feel a bit better.”

The friendship has also been extended to Adam’s aunt, Louise, who has been particularly vocal on social media about Adam’s behaviour and treatment of her sister. Sarah describes the friendships as a ‘support group’, with ‘sisterhood solidarity’.

During the wedding speeches, father of the bride Gordon reportedly appeared to take aim at Caroline and husband Mark during his speech.

The 59-year-old chef is said to have told guests at the reception at posh Kin House in Wiltshire that Adam was a ‘lucky man’ as he commented on how beautiful daughter Holly looked in her wedding dress.

He then reportedly said of his wife of 29 years, Tana, 51: “Look at Tana and that’s what you have to look forward to.’ In what appeared to be a dig at Adam’s parents, The Sun claimed that Gordon went on to tell his daughter: “Shame you don’t have the same.”

Speaking about their newfound ‘lovely friendship’, Sarah said of Adam’s heartbroken mum Caroline: “Yes, we have spoken about the wedding. Caroline and I have been in touch since and it is all really sad. Both she and Louise [Caroline’s sister] have said they are not really okay.”

She added: “He [Gordon] said that about Tana – but he himself didn’t think he was such a lucky man, because he looked at me. It’s very hypocritical to tell Adam to look at Tana when looking at her wasn’t, in my opinion, enough to keep him faithful to her. You couldn’t make it up.”

The Mirror has approached a representative for Gordon Ramsay for comment.
