A 31-year-old influencer who had 27 operations to resemble a Barbie doll has passed away.

The police in Sao Paolo, Brazil, are said to be looking into the death of Barbara Jankavski after she was discovered dead inside a townhouse. They are awaiting a full autopsy and have declared the influencer’s death to be “suspicious.”

Jankavski was discovered on the property over the weekend, but the emergency services were unable to save her. This comes just a few days after Fernanda Oliveira da Silva, a second Brazilian influencer, was confirmed dead by the emergency services in Lago Verde.

Prior to her passing, a friend of the influencer had gone to the influencer’s friend’s house the same day. The friend reported to the police that Jankavski had earlier injured her eye. The influencer shocked fans just a few weeks ago with a selfie that revealed her surgery-related black eyes.

The injuries were a part of her facelift’s recovery. She said, “Day 3 of the facelift by @dr. aurilioluis @asanasal_dedivas improving way too quickly!” in the caption of the video where the black eyes were prominent. “Almost invisible scar” She added that the injuries appeared to be worse than they actually were.

The influencer reportedly made the estimated £42k look more like a Barbie from the real world. After beginning to document her surgery recovery process, she gained notoriety on social media.

She was known as Boneca Desumana, the Brazilian Portuguese for Inhuman Barbie, and had over 55k Instagram followers and over 344k on TikTok. In Brazil, she also appeared in a number of TV programs and advertising campaigns.

She hadn’t posted on TikTok since September 7th, where she posted a video about spending money, and hadn’t posted on Instagram’s main grid since October, where she posted a video of meeting another Brazilian influencer, Avos Da Razao.

Fans’ hearts were broken by her passing. One person expressed, “I can’t believe it. I cherished you dearly. Bring peace to you. Another remarked, “I hope God welcomes you with open arms.” I’m sorry you’re gone. You lived a portion of the life you loved, which brings us a little relief.

This comes shortly after another influential person was discovered dead at her Brazilian residence. Family members discovered Fernanda Oliveira da Silva, also known as Fernanda Maroca, dead at her Lago Verde home on October 30.

Emergency services arrived at the home, but they were unable to save her. Silva turned 30 .

After revealing the devastating news last month, former rugby union player Lewis Moody has since explained how his family is managing the diagnosis. The 47-year-old revealed just weeks ago that he had been diagnosed with MND, a neurological condition that affects the nerves that control movement. It is a life-shortening condition.
