McFly star Danny Jones has been soaking up the sunshine on a sweet family getaway, as the singer reminded fans just how loved-up he is with wife Georgia Horsley, before an awkward reunion with Maura Higgins next month.

Sharing a series of cosy holiday snaps on Instagram, Danny, 39, looked completely relaxed as he posed alongside former Miss England Georgia during their sun-drenched break. The couple, who tied the knot in 2014, looked happier than ever as they enjoyed some downtime with their seven-year-old son, Cooper.

Musician Danny cut a smart figure in one snap, wearing a black short-sleeved shirt, while Georgia looked glamorous in a plunging top and some stylish shorts. Other snaps included the stunning scenery and their son Cooper pulling funny faces.

Danny captioned the post: “Some time in the sunshiiiiine!”. It comes after David Beckham speaks ‘as a father’ in ‘family’ announcement after latest Brooklyn snub.

The sweet family holiday has come ahead of the NTAs, which could see Danny and Maura Higgins have an awkward red carpet run-in following their drunken kiss at the BRIT Awards after party in March.

Marua and Danny met when they were stuck in the I’m A Celeb jungle in Australia for three weeks. The popular ITV show has previously picked up 15 National Television Awards and is often shortlisted for the Best Entertainment category.

Upon winning an award, the crowned winner of the show usually joins TV hosts Ant and Dec on stage for their ‘thank you’ speech. This would make Danny Jones at risk of bumping into Maura after spending time away from the spotlight to repair his marriage.

Danny captioned the post:

A source revealed to The Sun: “Danny is expected to attend NTAs on September 10, as have all previous reigning jungle winners — and Maura is also going. She is the queen of a red carpet moment and adores getting glammed up.”

The source added: “There will have to be some clever choreography to ensure they don’t end up next to each other when walking the red carpet, but they could both end up on stage if I’m A Celebrity wins.

“Maura won’t be answering any questions about the kiss. She’s put the incident behind her and feels she has nothing to be ashamed of. Danny has also been moving on, but they knew that their paths were bound to cross at some point.”

Danny and Maura became embroiled in a scandal after the BRIT Awards this year. A video showing the two sharing a kiss resulted in a dicey time for Danny’s marriage to influencer and wife of 11 years, Georgia. He has spent the year quietly attempting to repair their relationship after Georgia left the family home for a period of time to cool off

The 2025 NTAs will take place on 10th September for the 30th anniversary. The award show is known for being one of the most glamorous and chaotic nights in the showbiz calendar, where TV’s familiar faces gather to toast their achievements.

Terence Stamp dead: Superman star dies aged 87 as family pay sad tribute

Superman actor Terence Stamp has reportedly died aged 87, his family as confirmed. The movie star is best known for playing General Zod in the Hollywood hits Superman and Superman II.

Stamp, who was an Oscar nominated actor, also appeared in Pier Paolo Pasolini’s Theorem in 1968, A Season in Hell in 1971 and The Adventures of Priscilla, Queen of the Desert in 1994, where he starred as a transgender woman.

The actor is said to have died this morning. Stamp was born in London’s East End in 1938 as the son of a tugboat stoker. His early years saw him endure the bombing of the city during World War Two.

Stamp played General Zod in Superman

Before leaving school to work in advertising, Stamp won a scholarship to go to drama school. “He leaves behind an extraordinary body of work, both as an actor and as a writer that will continue to touch and inspire people for years to come,” the family said in a statement.

“We ask for privacy at this sad time,” reports the Daily Mail. His cause of death has not been reported.

Stamp was known for his good looks and dress sense alongside his acting as he was dubbed one of Britain’s most glamorous couples with Julie Christie. They had starred together in Far From the Madding Crowd in 1967.

The actor also dated model Jean Shrimpton, and became photographer David Bailey’s muse. Stamp lost out on the role of James Bond but went on to work in Italian films.

He worked with Federico Fellini in the late 1960s. Stamp decided to take a break from the glitzy world of Hollywood fame as he studied yoga in India.

However, upon his return he bagged his most high-profile role. He appeared as General Zod, the megalomaniacal leader of the Kryptonians, in Superman in 1978 and its sequel in 1980.

The actor would often recall how he was about to become a tantric sex teacher at an ashram in India before getting a telegram from his London agent.

“I was on the night flight the next day,” Stamp told Watkins Books in 2015 of the moment he received the Superman call after eight years out of work.

Stamp went on to star in Valkyrie with Tom Cruise in 2008, The Adjustment Bureau with Matt Damon in 2011 as well as Tim Burton films.

Speaking of his life, Stamp once said: “The great blessing of my life is that I had the really hard bit at the beginning because we were really poor.”

Before landing his acting scholarship, Stamp chose to keep his ambitions a secret from his family as he feared disapproval. “I couldn’t tell anyone I wanted to be an actor because it was out of the question. I would have been laughed at,” he confessed.

Stamp married pharmacist Elizabeth O’Rourke in 2002 aged 64. However they divorced in 2008 and Stamp never married again.

Jade Thirlwall admits ‘daily battle’ to not take Ozempic after cruel comments

Singer Jade Thirlwall has revealed that in the past, she has considered taking Ozempic after some social media users shared cruel comments about her weight

Jade Thirlwall has revealed she’s facing a “daily battle” to not take Ozempic after receiving comments on social media about her weight. The 32-year-old has previously been open about her years of struggling with eating disorders, and despite being the healthiest she’s ever been, she’s still having to deal with scrutiny about her weight.

But in a heartfelt admission, the Plastic Box songstress has revealed that she’s considered medication in the past to deal with her weight. Speaking in a new interview, former Little Mix singer Jade said: “I have a daily battle with myself not to go on Ozempic. ‘I don’t judge people that do, but because I have a history of eating disorders, I don’t know where taking something like that would end for me.

“Now I’m in my 30s and the healthiest I’ve ever been, but every time I post a picture, there are comments saying, ‘She must be pregnant.’” It comes after one TV star admitted she sleeps in separate bed to partner as she fumes over pregnancy.

Jade added to The Guardian: “The sad thing is that it’s usually women. But people are used to seeing me in a group environment five or 10 years ago when I was stick-thin because I was in my early 20s with an eating disorder.” Although some people use Ozempic to aid weight loss, it is not licensed for this and should only be used by people with diabetes to aid their symptoms.

This isn’t the first time the ITV star has opened up about her weight struggles and the constant scrutiny about whether she’s pregnant. Her Little Mix bandmates Perrie Edwards and Leigh-Anne Pinnock have gone on to have children, and fans are constantly asking her when she’ll become a mum.

The singer, who has been dating Rizzle Kicks star Jordan Stephens for five years, said she finds the speculation about her being pregnant “invasive”. She starred on ITV’s The Assembly earlier this year and expressed: “The thing that annoys me the most is ‘Am I going to have children, am I pregnant?

“I find it weird that people ask that, as they don’t know what my circumstances are. You don’t know if someone can’t have children, they don’t want to or aren’t ready yet.”

She shot to fame on The X Factor in 2011, where she and the rest of Little Mix became the first female group to win the show and went on to have a successful career before the band went on a hiatus in 2021.

Jade launched her own solo career last year with hit single Angel of My Dreams, which won best song at this year’s Brit Awards. This year alone she’s performed at BBC Radio 1’s Big Weekend Liverpool, Capital’s Summertime Ball, Glastonbury and BBC Proms.

During her Glastonbury set in June, Jade took the opportunity to give a shoutout to her former bandmates Perrie and Leigh-Anne as she got emotional. Jesy Nelson was also part of the group originally, before her departure in 2020.

While performing at the music festival, the singer said: “Firstly, shout out to Little Mix. I can’t begin to explain how grateful I am to those girls for literally changing my life and who would have thought then that we would have a Little Mix girlie up here on the Glastonbury stage. But I can’t lie, it feels good doing my own songs that I’ve written from my heart.”

She continued: “That was the old me, now it’s time for something new.” She then told the crowd she would bring out some special guests, as she welcomed Confidence Man to the stage.

Jade also used her performance to boldly express her disdain for Reform UK while delivering a rousing rendition of her hit FUFN. The track, an acronym for ‘F*** you for now’, features a segment where JADE reels off a list of things she’d like to give the middle finger to.

She added, “If I hang around long enough… I think I’ll really love my new family. I’m off to think about my life choices and apologise to all the fellas I stepped all over today!”

Vicky’s post comes after Game of Thrones actor Kristian Nairn was confirmed as the 15th name on the celebrity competitor line-up. The star is best known for having appeared on the HBO fantasy series as Hodor, and also works as a DJ.

He will now be preparing to take to the dancefloor and put his footwork to the test for viewers and judges Craig Revel Horwood, Shirley Ballas, Motsi Mabuse and Anton Du Beke as the fan favourite returns for its 23rd series.

The news comes after Strictly has faced a fresh scandal after claims of cocaine use by two show stars, with reports suggesting their substance use was an open secret on the show.

It follows a rocky few controversial years of allegations of backstage bullying, misconduct claims and several stars being axed or suspended by the BBC over their behaviour.

TV chef Fanny Cradock died penniless in ‘tiny flat’ despite flashy lifestyle

Seventies TV chef Fanny Cradock once ruled the airwaves but since the demise of her TV career the star was left penniless and died in a ‘tiny flat’ despite flash lifestyle

TV chef Fanny Cradock reportedly died penniless and in a tiny flat

Seventies TV chef Fanny Cradock was an original when it came to showcasing her culinary skills to her adoring fans on the small screen. And at the time, she dominated the airwaves and led a lifestyle most people could only dream of back then, from driving around in a Rolls-Royce to chartering a boat in Cannes.

But it seems her fame and notoriety got the better of her and she was axed from her TV show, leaving her struggling. Behind the façade, it has now come to light that at the age of 85 when Fanny died, she was penniless.

Not only that, she lived and died in a tiny flat in West Sussex, which was a far cry from her once glitzy lifestyle. This comes as ITV axes Noel Edmonds’ big TV comeback after just one series.

Fanny’s husband, Johnnie, played the role of her TV sidekick, but according to reports, she took their TV dynamic too far and was overheard speaking poorly to him on set.

An assistant who was present at the time Fanny scolded her husband publicly recalled that she screamed: “Don’t you ever speak to me like that again. You’ll be back where you came from so fast you won’t know what’s hit you I am Fanny Cradock and don’t you forget that.”

As her fame grew so too did her arrogance. She reportedly described the former Duchess of York a “trollop”, labelled the late Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher “cheap and described comedian Les Dawson “an awful lump of lard who pulls funny faces.”

She added: “He’s greasy, horrible and disgusting. I hate him.” Her superior demeanour soon got the better of her which created her downfall.

In 1976, she publicly embarrassed a housewife from Devon while presenting BBC show The Big Time. She mocked and humiliated her over her menu and went as far as pretending to gag after tasting her food.

Her questionable performance left viewers angry, and she was sacked within weeks.

Her career had crumbled shortly after her departure from the BBC show as work started to dry up. According to the Express, in 1994, she died after suffering a stroke at her “filthy, tiny flat” in Chichester, west Chichester.

Reportedly, her funeral did not attract many people.

James Haskell has made a rare red carpet appearance with his daughter Bodhi when they attended the Grand Prix Of Europe UK Gala screening.

The former rugby union star stepped out with the three-year-old, whohe shares with ex Chloe Madeley – to the event at the Ham Yard Hotel in London. James, 40, looked happy as he beamed in the images alongside Bodhi while carrying her in his arms.

James and Chloe, 38, separated in 2023 after five years of marriage. Bodhi – the grandchild of Chloe’s famous parents Richard Madeley and Judy Finnigan – was just one-year-old when the pair went their separate ways.

James’ stepping out with Bodhi comes after he confessed that his drinking habits contributed to the end of their marriage. Speaking at the Pub in the Park festival in West London he said, “If I put more time into my marriage than I did Guinness, then I wouldn’t be divorced now.”

He continued to the Daily Mail, “It’s one of those things in life where some things don’t work out, but I have so much love for my daughter and Chloe. It’s team work. What we all forget is when you have children and a marriage finishes, it’s all about the kids. Chloe and I are amazing co-parents. Our priority is always Bodhi.”

James also confirmed that he is now single again after briefly dating advertising executive Helen Barclay at the start of the year.

He said, “I don’t really date. My priority is not that at the moment. I don’t need anyone. I’m very happy and comfortable. My focus is, obviously, saying goodbye to my dad, work, and being the best dad in the best order.”

James now works as a DJ playing global venues and has previously opened up about how he achieved his visibly slimmed down figure following his change of career. During his stint on I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! he discussed how his new regime was having an impact on his appearance.

He was thought to have lost around 10kg appearing on the show due to the gruelling challenges and restricted eating that contestants have to deal with. He shared pictures of his chiseled abs and biceps to Instagram to show off the difference.

James also attributed a 9kg drop in his weight to lifestyle changes during one of the final Covid-19 lockdowns in the UK.

Taking to Instagram to share a comparison pictures of his changing body he wrote, “I got bored in lockdown 2 and saw how big I could get. 130kgs. Lockdown 3 I have gone the other way. I’m 8 weeks in and have gone from 122kgs to 113kgs. I’ve been training remotely with @altius_pt. Which has been mega, well thought out and programmed exactly.
