Over the weekend of the bank holiday, Amanda Holden and her friend Alan Carr and fellow Britain’s Got Talent judge Bruno Tonioli were guests at her home yesterday.
A host of celebrities were invited to Amanda Holden’s house over the bank holiday weekend. She opened up the home she shares with her husband Chris Hughes and their two daughters for a party yesterday.
To celebrate having renovated her garden, Amanda welcomed pals like Alan Carr to her Surrey home. One guest ended up in her pool as a result of her claims that family and friends came with her for a “Mexican garden party.”
Instagram posts provide a glimpse into the event for fans. While attendees received food, including churros and tacos, and a van serving cocktails, Amanda hired a band to perform.
She described it as an “amazing day.” She stated earlier today in a post that “everything was purchased and paid for.” Then, she “big shout out” to the party’s planners and vendors.
As well as Alan, guests included her Britain’s Got Talent colleague Bruno Tonioli and her Cutting It co-star Angela Griffin. Hayley Mills, who played Amanda’s on-screen mother on Wild at Heart, was also present.
Both John Torode, a former MasterChef judge, and Lisa Faulkner, a long-time friend of Amanda’s, were present. Nicola Stephenson, the star of the show, Sam Faiers from TOWIE, and Siân Welby, whose partner Jake Beckett currently collaborates with Amanda at Heart Radio, were also on the guest list.
Tamzin Outhwaite, Amanda’s pal, was one of the other celebrities present. The former EastEnders cast member claimed that Alan had pushed her into the pool after seeing footage shared by the host of her claims in the pool. After a naughty [Alan] pushed her into the pool, Faye helped my darling friend Tamzin get out of it.

Musician Lil Nas X could be facing years in prison after he was charged with four felonies this morning. The Industry Baby rapper, real name Montero Hill, allegedly assaulted police officers when he was found wandering the streets of Los Angeles in his underwear last week.
The 26-year-old was hospitalised from a suspected overdose after he was found wandering around Ventura Boulevard in his underwear early in the morning. In footage filmed by a passerby, the star was seen wandering down the street yelling out: “Hey, don’t be late to the party tonight.”
Later in the video, Lil Nas was seen reciting lyrics from Nicki Minaj’s verse on Kanye West’s song Monster.

He sang the lyrics, “And if I’m fake, I ain’t notice ’cause my money ain’t / So let me get this straight, wait, I’m the rookie? / But my features and my shows 10 times your pay? / 50K for a verse, no album out.” He was later seen telling the man recording the video of him to put his phone away.
A law enforcement insider previously NBC that Lil Nas Xpunched an officer in the face twice during the interaction. They said that it was unclear whether or not the rapper was in mental distress or experiencing a drug overdose.
After the reported altercation, he was taken to the hospital and was later arrested for battery on an officer.
In court documents filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court, it states he is facing three counts of battery on a police officer and one count of resisting arrest.

He pleaded not guilty to the charges. It was reported in People that under the California penal code, felony battery and resisting an executive officer convictions could come with a three-year prison sentence plus a $10,000 fine for each charge.
There is a pre-trial date set for September 15. His lawyer, Christine O’Connor, said: “Assuming the allegations here are true, this is an absolute aberration in this person’s life. Nothing like this has ever happened to him.”
Last week, a spokesperson from the Los Angeles Police Department told The Mirror US: “Yesterday, around 5:50 am, officers responded to the 11000 block of Ventura Boulevard for a nude man walking in the street.
“Upon arrival, the suspect charged at officers and was taken into custody. He was transported to a local hospital for a possible overdose and placed under arrest for Battery on a Police Officer. He was ultimately booked for 69 PC – Obstructing/Resisting an Officer.”
They later added, “With that charge 69 (a) PC, the arrestee (Hill) cannot be cited out. It is mandatory that he appears before a judge before he is released.”

Davina McCall is swapping sequins for survival with her brand-new BBC dating series Stranded on Honeymoon Island – and it’s unlike anything we’ve seen before.
The premise? Total strangers marry at first sight, then head straight to a remote island with nothing but the clothes they wed in, an outdoor loo, and three weeks to test their connection.
Davina admits, “I like to think I’m not too high-maintenance,” before revealing the one thing that might break her: “The loo. With the poo, I’d have a whopper issue! I still want to be fancied, but I don’t want to hear farting and pooing.
The 56-year-old presenter knows all about taking risks. Just last year, she underwent brain surgery after a tumour scare – and now she says life feels brighter than ever. Speaking ahead of the launch, Davina said “I’m f***ing great!” she beams.

The all-clear was granted in May, but it is no longer being used. I want to live life to the fullest and grow old indescribably. Don’t be alarmed by what’s ahead; instead, pursue every goal you can.
Stranded was unable to resist due to his fearless mindset. The mother of three responds, “These couples are taking a massive leap of faith – literally off a boat.” It’s “such an extreme way to quickly-track a relationship,” she said. When times are difficult, you can tell who a person really is: how they deal with problems, or how they are resolute. That is alluring! In this experiment, trust is essential.
So what makes this show different from the rest? For Davina, it’s the heart: “There’s deep learning – about yourself, about relationships. Even if they don’t find The One, they come away knowing what they want and need.”
The drama doesn’t stop at the beach hut either. “There’s Couples Cove,” Davina teases. “All the pairs start socialising… and then some eyes start wandering. It’s carnage!”
What are viewers’ expectations, then? “Addiction”! She exclaims a smile. You’ll watch a single episode and you’re in. It’s raw, twisty, and emotional. These individuals are completely committed, brave, and sincere.
Would Davina survive the island herself? “I’d miss a bath, music and probably a good book. But no tech? Mega!” she laughs. As for her advice for lovebirds? Davina keeps it simple: “Friendship. Fancy each other. Trust and respect – that’s the holy trinity.”
And while Davina plays a more hands-off role than in other shows – popping up at the start and then again for the finale – she admits she couldn’t resist mothering the couples a little: “They’d been on such a journey, they needed Mummy!”
This also comes after Davina recently made an admission that she is unlikely to marry again as she wouldn’t change a thing about her relationship with Michael Douglas.
In an exclusive interview with the Mirror recently, when it was pointed out it might be time for Davina to go on her third honeymoon – and her first in 25 years, she laughs and shakes her head.

She describes her and Michael, a famous hairdresser and presenter, as “we go on honeymoons all the time,” but she never gets married. Yes, after all these years, we are exactly in the honeymoon phase. I’m truly, really happy, and I’m not even remotely happy. And there are times when people ask, “Why change anything?”
“This echoes a lot of what I did when I was 30,” Davina says. Everyone asks, “Are you going to get married? ” whenever you go out with someone. Will you wed? ‘.
It is no longer significant. I’m just so happy, and I’m just so happy. Additionally, everything is rose-tinted following the procedure. I’m so grateful to be here. You are aware of my definition? It’s unbelievable.

Elizabeth Hurley has revealed how she feels about Maya Jama rocking a pin dress similar to the one she wore 30 years ago. Love Island host Maya wowed fans when she appeared at the MTV Europe Music Awards last November wearing a form-fitting black dress held together with gold pins.

After learning about the link between her and Maya, Liz, 60, stated to The Sun: “I mean, to me, it’s really odd, but it’s actually kind of fabulous.
People have told me, “This is insane, or it’s the dress’s 20th birthday, or it’s the dress’s 25th, over the years. Ruben and Maya reportedly first met at the European Music Awards (EMAs) in Manchester in November 2024, where she wore a Liz Hurley-inspired dress.

In recent weeks, reports suggest that the relationship has grown more serious. According to legend, Maya made an effort to learn her partner’s native language by taking Portuguese lessons in addition to meeting Bernadette, who is supposed to have introduced Ruben to her mother.

Earlier, it was reported that Harry, 31, and Zoë, 36, were in Rome together yesterday. Footage that has been shared on social media appeared to show the Batman star linked with the One Direction member as they walked through the city.
It’s now been claimed that the pair, who are both thought to have come out of previous relationships last year, have been on “a string of dates” already. Harry and Zoë are said to have been seen kissing whilst on a date in London just last week.

According to the Sun, Harry and Zoë were spotted kissing whilst inside Rita’s bistro in London last Tuesday. They are said to have met up after the premiere of the film Caught Stealing, which stars Zoë, in Leicester Square that evening.
According to a source, Harry and Zo were hidden in Rita’s’ corner and were snogging like teenagers. They claimed that the pair appeared to be “really into each other” and didn’t care about being discovered.
Harry and Zo were seen arriving together after she had attended the nearby premiere. The source continued to imply that the two actors were “gorgeous” as a couple before revealing to the media that they were “definitely a date.”

After she left France for Caught Stealing’s more recent premiere on Thursday, it is said that they eventually met up in Italy. According to legend, she flew to meet Harry after she finished working, and it was suggested that they would meet in Rome because he spends “a lot of time” there.
Harry and Zol continued to claim that it was “early days” for them, but the source teased that they were enjoying each other’s company. There are no labels, they claimed for the outlet. They are having a lot of fun together.
Harry and Zo have a history of making headlines for their relationships. Both of them are said to have engaged in well-known romance in the past. Both are thought to have broken up earlier this year.

Verónica Echegui, a 42-year-old actress who battled cancer, passed away suddenly at the age of 89. The My Prisoner’s Yard star, who was taken to a hospital in Madrid, passed away on Sunday, according to El Pas, a local newspaper.
Verónica is best known for her roles in Kathmandu Lullaby, Bunny and the Bell, Bunny and the Bell, Family United, You’re Killing Me Susana, and The Offering. Antonio Banderas and Pedro Sánchez, the country’s prime minister, paid tribute to the highly regarded star after her death was revealed.
Desperado actor Antonio wrote on X/ Twitter : “Today, Spanish cinema is in mourning due to the passing of Verónica Echegui. My condolences to her family and friends.”

Elena Ledesma played the role of Maria Rodrguez in the 2015 Sky Atlantic psychological thriller Fortitude.
Her final TV role was in the romantic comedy Love You To Death, which was released earlier this year on Apple TV+.
