Love Island star Molly-Mae Hague was pictured leaving her office in Cheshire this weekend after receiving another parking ticket
Molly-Mae Hague hit with yet another parking ticket after leaving Mercedes outside office
Molly-Mae Hague was hit with yet another parking ticket after leaving her Mercedes G-Wagon on a street by a Cheshire office this week. The Love Island star, 26, was pictured leaving a meeting at her office wearing a grey matching set from her very own clothing brand, Maebe.
She accessorised with a camel-coloured bag, black sunglasses, and sneakers. The star added a bit of shine to the casual look with a couple of rings. The TV personality, who is used to getting parking tickets, seemed unfazed as she texted on her phone while walking back to her £200,000 car. It marked her second ticket in a day and her fifth this year as she was slapped with tickets in January, February and March.

Molly-Mae’s parking ticket comes after it was reported Molly-Mae and Tommy Fury’s recent reunion caused a rift between the families. Tyson and Paris Fury are said to be frustrated at Molly-Mae’s sister Zoe’s comments about Tommy’s drinking.
Zoe recently admitted in Molly-Mae’s Amazon Prime Video documentary that she was worried about her sister. She said: “I do worry for her and my relationship with her if they did get back together.
“I think she potentially needs to look into the future and think about what’s best for her and Bambi. She’s got a long, rocky road ahead, unfortunately.”

Later, Zoe admitted she was just worried for her sister more than anything. She said: “I’ve literally been there, through everything. Through the upset calls in the middle of the night because he’s out and you don’t hear from him.
“I mean, he’s proven me wrong so far, to be fair, but I do think at some point that it’s gonna happen again. If the drink hasn’t gone away forever, the problems could potentially arise again.”
Following her comments, it was claimed the Fury family weren’t “impressed” with Zoe’s “outspoken” comments about the Love Island star and boxer.
A source told The Sun: “The Fury family aren’t impressed that Zoe has been so outspoken about Tommy. They’re a fiercely loyal bunch and seeing Zoe’s comments broadcast to millions of people via Amazon absolutely got their hackles up.
“To them Tommy is a stand up guy, a good, hard working father. His drinking issues shouldn’t be used as a stick to beat him.”
Tommy previously admitted his drinking issues was the real reason behind his breakup with Molly-Mae – with who he shares a daughter named Bambi.
He said in an interview: “The reason why me and Molly broke up was because I got addicted to alcohol and I couldn’t be the partner that I wanted to be anymore.
“It kills me to say it, [but] it’s true, I couldn’t. I loved a pint of beer, loved to drink, and it is what it is. People go through different things in life and we all have our crosses to bear. I’ve got mine to bear.”

A British dancer and yoga teacher who took part in a BBC One competition is among the feared casualties of the fatal Air India crash today. The India flight 171 was en route to Gatwick Airport when it tragically plummeted shortly after departure from Ahmedabad.
Jamie Greenlaw-Meek – who appeared on BBC One reality contest Dance X – and his partner are feared to have been on board the flight. Hosted by Ben Shephard, the series saw two teams of male and female dancers compete to form a new dance group under the guidance of Arlene Phillips and Bruno Tonioli.
The couple posted an Instagram video via The Wellness Foundry account just before their journey
Jamie made it as a finalist on the show, but was eliminated in the second episode by Arlene and Bruno. Following his time on the series, Jamie became a seasoned dance and yoga mentor.
After the show, Jamie went onto found The Wellness Foundry located in the capital alongside his spouse Fiongal Greenlaw-Meek, who is also believed to have been aboard the plane.

Fiongal also quipped lightheartedly later in the footage, saying, “We’re going back happily, happily, happily calm.”
Not long after take-off, the Boeing 787, carrying over 240 passengers, crashed, as confirmed by authorities. The AAIB has announced the dispatch of UK experts to India to assist with the ensuing investigation.

The Beach Boys are known for their catchy tunes, but one of their most popular songs continues to baffle fans who are still trying to make sense of its meaning
Some fans of The Beach Boys are just finding out the meaning behind one of their iconic songs(Image: Getty)
The Beach Boys, with their unforgettable anthems, have long been revered as one of the greatest bands in history. Their music has captured hearts worldwide, and their hit-laden repertoire continues to be celebrated by fans across generations.
Tragically, the music world is mourning the loss of Brian Wilson, the iconic leader and creative genius behind The Beach Boys. Known for crafting classics such as “Surfin’ USA”, “Good Vibrations” and “God Only Knows”, his influence on the industry is undeniable. However, amidst their collection of hits lies a track that still puzzles many: Sloop John B. The mystery of this song was recently brought into focus on Quora, where someone posed the question: “What is The Beach Boys song ‘Sloop John B’ about?”
The array of answers showcased the song’s ability to evoke both simple and deep interpretations among listeners. Fans flocked online to share their thoughts, revealing a spectrum of meanings attributed to the enigmatic tune.
Despite the varied opinions, it’s clear that “Sloop John B” continues to intrigue and puzzle listeners even now.

One critic mused: “‘Sloop John B’ is a traditional folk song that was popularised by The Beach Boys in their 1966 album Pet Sounds. The song tells the story of a group of sailors on a small boat, the Sloop John B, who experience a series of misfortunes during their voyage.”

Another voiced their take, adding: “A sloop is a single-masted sailing vessel. The song is about a sailing voyage gone horribly wrong. According to the protagonist, it is the worst sailing trip he’s ever been on and he just wants to go home.”
While yet another contributed: “A sloop is a fishing boat. The song is basically about a boat called the John B, which is on a particularly disastrous trip. It’s actually an old Bahamian folk song which has also gone by the titles ‘I Want to Go Home’ and ‘The Wreck of the John B’.”
What’s the real meaning behind Sloop John B?
This foot-stomping number spins the yarn of a bedlam-filled ship so rife with anarchic behaviour and inebriation that our chief narrator is desperate to disembark and scuttle back ashore. Yet behind its catchy tune lies a weightier story.
The song’s original title of “The John B. Sails” first emerged in print within the pages of British scribe Richard Le Gallienne’s 1917 tome “Pieces of Eight.”, later to be serenaded across the Atlantic in American wordsmith Carl Sandburg’s 1927 volume of melody, The American Songbag, American Songwriter notes.
“John T. McCuteheon, cartoonist and kindly philosopher, and his wife Evelyn Shaw McCuteheon, mother and poet, learned to sing this on their Treasure Island in the West Indies,” he detailed in his notes on the song. “They tell of it, ‘Time and usage have given this song almost the dignity of a national anthem around Nassau’.”
In 1958, The Kingston Trio, often credited with reinvigorating the classic folk tune, recorded a rendition titled “(The Wreck of the) John B” for their debut album. Following this, numerous artists including Johnny Cash (1969), Lonnie Donegan (1960) and Jimmie Rodgers (1960) released their own interpretations.
During a recording session in 1965, Beach Boys member Al Jardine had an idea. He “had been studying the song at home, and from my early experiences as a fan of the Kingston Trio, I thought that it would be a great song for us to do.”
Over time, there has been speculation about the song’s authenticity, with some suggesting it was composed for the tourism industry. However, it is believed to narrate a true tale.
Reports suggest that a 19th-century vessel named after Captain John Bethel did exist.
It is said that he constructed and sailed the ship until its unfortunate wreck, which could explain why some renditions are titled “The Wreck of the John B”. Nevertheless, it remains unconfirmed whether the ship mentioned in the song refers to his vessel.
The tale of the Beach Boys’ legendary Brian Wilson at his piano unfolds as bandmate Al Jardine began toying with a chord sequence, recounting to American Songwriter: “I said, ‘Remember this song?’ I played it.”
Initially, Wilson was less than enthusiastic. “He said, ‘I’m not a big fan of the Kingston Trio.’ He wasn’t into folk music. But I didn’t give up on the idea,” Jardine shared.
Jardine persisted, tweaking the chords to suit the Beach Boys’ iconic style, and confidently stated: “I figured if I gave it to him in the right light, he might end up believing in it.”
Continuing his musical tinkering, Jardine revealed: “So, I modified the chord changes so it would be a little more interesting.”
Wilson then took over, crafting the melody and adding commercial flair. After months of work, they recorded the vocals, with Brian and Mike Love leading the way.

The group felt the song needed a rock edge to hit home on the radio. This very track premiered as the lead single from their album Pet Sounds and soared to No.3 on the Billboard Hot 100.
Emmerdale star Joshua Richards reveals his weight loss secret and his time filming with Hollywood star on 2004 movie Troy starring Brad Pitt and Rose Byrne
_Joshua-Richards-and-Brad-Pitt worked – partied together on 2004 movie Troy
Living under the same roof as his newlywed son and daughter-in-law, Emmerdale fans have watched Bear Wolf spiral into depression.
Last night, (Thursday) viewers saw life get more complicated for Bear, played by Joshua Richards, after he was prescribed sleeping pills and his granddaughter Eve found them.
Feeling like a spare part, since he started living with his son Paddy (Dominic Brunt) and daughter-in-law Mandy ( Lisa Riley) he decides to go away for a while will soon be seen taking himself off.
“He takes himself off. When he returns there will be an interesting change of direction for Bear,” Josh, who has found the storylines quite harrowing, tells The Mirror. “Bear’s getting older, feeling a little bit like a spare part, like ‘what use am I anymore?’ A lot of older people who happen to be living with younger family, or with their offspring, often feel that they shouldn’t be there.
“I think with a grandmother living with you, that’s handy for parents, because you’ve got a live-in babysitter. But I think with a grandfather, it is difficult.”

In recent years, Paddy has also struggled with depression, culminating in him considering suicide.
Josh adds: “There is a parallel between what happened to Paddy and Bear.”
But any differences with his soap family — as seen on screen – are unlikely to rival the one Josh had with Fight Club star Brad Pitt – who he says beat him up.
It was all part of the script, of course – when Brad and Josh starred together in the 2004 movie epic Troy.
Josh, who joined Emmerdale in 2019, recalls the showdown, saying: “I was harassing Brad’s Trojan girlfriend Rose Byrne on a beach in Mexico.
“I got into a fight with him and he branded me on the neck. Off screen Brad was chilled, laidback and charming.”
The fisticuffs between Brad’s character Achilles – who had been sent to fight the Trojans, only to fall in love with one, and Greek soldier Haemon, played by Josh, were certainly more extreme than any of the disagreements Bear has had with his Emmerdale family.
Filming in Mexico, Josh – whose character was sidekick to Succession actor Brian Cox, who played Agamemnon, leader of the Greek army – made a string of pals from Hollywood’s A list.
Hanging out with co-stars Sean Bean, Eric Bana and Orlando Bloom, as well as legendary actor and bon viveur Peter O’ Toole, who hosted a party for the actors, ” he reveals. ” Peter held a big bash at his apartment in Mexico and I turned up with Brad, Eric and Orlando. It was great!”

But many of Josh’s memories are of time spent by the pool.
He laughs: “I ended up being in Mexico for about three months. I was sat by the pool, mostly with Sean and Eric.
“I’d been there for so long that when the director, Wolfgang Petersen, came to the pool one day, he looked over to me and said, ‘Oh, Josh, you’re back!’ I said, ‘I haven’t been anywhere’.
“He thought they’d sent me home, so I was earning money and they’d forgotten I was there!
“I did have a scene left to do, but I could have gone home and come back.
“When I told Wolfgang I hadn’t been anywhere, I remember Eric Bana was laughing so much, he fell off his sunlounger!
“Wolfgang was saying: ‘Josh looks like he has been washed up on the beach!’ My tan had gone chocolate brown. “
For continuity, when Josh filmed his final scene, he had to wear paler make up, as his skin tone had completely changed in the sun.
And he admits that his poolside working day was very easy, compared to his current Emmerdale role.
But the actor, Born in Tenby, South Wales – who is classically trained and whose roles have included playing Richard Burton for 20 years in a one man show that was made into a BAFTA winning film – says working in Yorkshire is as good as being on the beach.
Married to his wife Sarah for more than 30 years, his Emmerdale role – originally meant to be for six months – means he does not have to tour any more, adding: ” I was very happy when they extended my time -from six months to now going on six years. I’ve lived in Yorkshire most of my life, so it’s fantastic to be working here.”
But while Bear is 78, Josh is only 65. He says: “Playing older is fine. When they told me his age, I just played accordingly, although when people see me in the street, they always comment on how young I look—that’s because I am! And I do say to people, yeah, I had Paddy when I was nine.”
Close to the Emmerdale cast, he shares his sadness over losing Steve Halliwell, who played Zak Dingle, and died in 2023.
“He is so dearly missed,” says Josh. “We’d socialise together, have dinner. Sitting with Steve and hearing him talk about his stories and what he’d done in the past, with his acting and his writing, was just lovely – to sit together and break bread and drink wine as friends.”
He also speaks highly of Amy Walsh who, as Tracy, is currently prime suspect in the investigation into the death of Nate Robinson, whose body has been found at the bottom of a lake.
He says: “I know the workload that Amy Walsh has got. Yeah, it’s very demanding, but she’s a very beautiful, competent actress, who does it wonderfully
“I just love to work, but if your storyline is quite heavy, it can be quite taxing. I think the amount of hours you put in can be exhausting.”
Josh is sad that his mum Jean, who was a huge Emmerdale fan, died, aged 80, a year before he joined the soap.
“She absolutely adored Emmerdale,” he says.
(Image: ITV)
The only worry Josh, who is contracted to the soap for another year, has about staying is the lure of double carb meals from the catering unit.
For, in the past two years, he has shed four stone in weight and reversed his Type 2 diabetes – going from 17 and a half stone to 13 and half stone.
Snaffling his favourite chocolates was mainly to blame for his former portly frame, according to Josh, who says: “It has to be Quality Street, because I live in Halifax, where they’re made. My health wasn’t too good. And I was tucking into all the wrong meals from Emmerdale catering like lasagne and chips!”
But with the help of his wife, Josh made positive changes to his diet.
He reveals: “We read a book by Dr Meghan Rossi called Eat More Live Well – and that really helped me lose the weight. I did what it told me – ate more vegetables, more fibre and looked after my gut health. I drank a lot of kefir – a fermented milk drink similar to yogurt. And now I longer need to take tablets for my blood pressure.
“You can take all this weight off without taking weight loss jabs. There’s not enough research on them. I’m living proof you can do it. I don’t exercise, because I have a bad back, so it’s all through diet.
“I remember coming back to Emmerdale because I was off for a bit, and when people haven’t seen you for a while, they really notice. They said, ‘Oh, you’ve lost weight. How did you do that? And I said, ‘Well, I’ve kept away from you. That must help!’”
As Josh continues shunning the lasagne in favour of “massive plates of salad” he has only positive things to say about working on Emmerdale.

“I can actually get in the car and drive from work to be home with Sarah for my tea,” he says. “That’s even better than spending all day lying by the pool with Hollywood stars.”

Former This Morning editor Martin Frizell has paid tribute to a former guest who is thought to have died in the Air India crash earlier today. It comes following the news of the fatal flight.
Fiongal Greenlaw, 39, and his husband Jamie Meek, 45, are thought to have been on board the flight, bound for London’s Gatwick Airport, which went down shortly after take-off. They are said to have been on holiday in India.
The couple co-founded a wellness brand together, which had been promoted on This Morning. Martin, 66, who had been the editor of the ITV show until he stepped down earlier this year, paid tribute in a post on Instagram this afternoon.
He included a photo of Fiongal alongside hosts Ben Shephard and Cat Deeley in the studio. Martin wrote in the caption that he had a “vibrancy” and “sheer enthusiasm” when he had featured as a guest on the show back in January.

He continued: “And I know for a fact that he hoped to use his appearance on This Morning to build his Wellness brand, he had a great future ahead of him. Thoughts are with his family and friends and those of his partner Jamie.”
Among those who have liked Martin’s post is Good Morning Britain host Susanna Reid. Lisa Snowdon, who has appeared on the show on numerous occasions, reacted in the comments with a teary-eyed emoji and one of a broken heart.
Fiongal appeared as a guest on This Morning in January. During the episode, he gave hosts Ben and Cat a reading over their auras. Martin was still the editor of the long-running show at the time, prior to his final day in the role in February.
The guest later returned following Martin’s departure for another segment. He was brought back as a spiritual advisor on the show in April, with him appearing alongside Ben, Cat and Josie Gibson in the TV studio based in London.

After his first visit, a post shared by his wellness brand the Wellness Foundry on Instagram read: “So this happened … The biggest gig so far! Fiongal on This Morning – it was very nerve-wracking but he was honoured to chat about one of his favourite topics to such a big audience.”
In an apparent message for him, the post on the platform continued: “Thank you to everyone [at] This Morning for being so amazing and guiding me through. Thank you to [Cat and Ben] for being so kind and welcoming.”

Fiongal then teases that his takeaway was “don’t lose your patience with your partner”. Jamie replies: “You snapped at me at the airport for having chai.” Surrounded by fellow travellers, the clip ends with Fiongal saying he’s returning to the UK “happily, happily calm”.
