Plans to unveil Sven-Goran Erikisson’s memorial sculpture in Sweden next week have been postponed due to sickness. The football manager’s bronze statue ceremony will be held on Valentine’s Day, one of his favorite days of the year, in 2025.

Next week, Sven’s family and friends were scheduled to pay tribute to the soccer boss, who passed away in August from cancer at the age of 76, in Torsby, Torsby. A lifesize sculpture of Sven, created by Swedish artist Hanna Beling, was due to be unveiled. She had put in a lot of effort into the piece. The event has since been postponed until next year, though. Some of the people who had planned to attend the ceremony appear to have fallen ill and been unable to attend. Hanna said: “The unveiling has been changed to February 14 next year. There has been sickness in Torsby”.

Sven was a huge fan of Valentine’s Day. He also used to give flowers to his partners, including Nancy Dell Olio and Ulrika Jonsson. However, he also used to distribute red roses to the players in the teams he was overseeing that day. Only a handful of people have seen Hanna’s statue.

It depicts former England manager Sven, who appeared to be in his 40s, with his hand raised in the air as though he were waving to a player. Although the 80-kilo sculpture is hollow, a special element will be housed inside to make the body feel warm to the touch.

In June, Hanna and Sven met up in Torsby and took his measurements for the piece of art. Before he passed away, he had a glimpse of how it would look. Film fans have urged Netflix subscribers to watch ‘ Ben Affleck ‘ s best movie ‘ The Accountant, which is now available on the streamer.

A surprise sequel to the 2016 film, which will feature Christian Wolff as the titular character from Gone Girl, is planned for release in 2025. Some of the world’s most dangerous criminals use the autistic accountant to launder money.

In the first movie, Affleck’s character’s father refuses to send him to a treatment centre, against the his mother’s pleas. Instead, he instructs his son in martial arts and weaponry using his military background.

Wolff goes on to become a forensic accountant, using his skills and mathematical acumen to ‘ uncook ‘ the books of illicit organisations. He accepts a new robotics company as a legitimate client to deter the suspicious FBI, but as the death toll rises, he begins to uncover the truth about a significant financial discrepancy.

The Accountant Affleck’s best film has been praised by Rotten Tomatoes movie fans, encouraging those who missed it to watch it before the sequel debuts. One wrote on the film review site: “Without a doubt Ben Affleck’s best movie. Have seen this before and always liked it. excited to report that a sequel is in development.

Another raved: “I’m with the audience on this one, The Accountant is an excellent, fast moving movie. It might be Ben Affleck’s best performance to date, in my opinion. Your time is well spent, and it’s worth it. A third fan said: “Watch this if you’re an autistic man, you will have a blast!! There are a few tropes, but overall, I thought they were more motivating than what some articles would. Hilarious if you’re in the community. But despite high praise from fans, who voted the movie 77% on Rotten Tomatoes ‘ Popcornmeter, the Top Critics ‘ reviews are less enthusiastic. The Accountant received mixed reviews from the critics, who are film reviewers for verified media outlets, with 41% rating for the film.

The New Yorker’s Richard Brody claims that the movie “piles up plotlines like an overbuilt house of cards that crashes down after the first well-earned guffaw of ridicule.” While Rolling Stone’s Peter Travers brands the film’s idea that Affleck’s ASD math’s genius is a “perfect assassin” is “offensive on so many levels, especially in the service of such low-grade crime fiction, that it’s painful to watch”.

The Accountant 2 will see Ben Affleck, Jon Bernthal, J. K. Simmons, and Cynthia Addai-Robinson reprise their roles from the first film, with Daniella Pineda among the actors joining the cast.

Prince Harry and Meghan’s latest Netflix documentary has been released, and not all royal experts were left impressed by the couple’s offering.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex’ documentary series Polo explores the elite side of the sport that Harry has enjoyed playing for a long time.

Harry and Meghan signed a multimillion-pound deal with the streaming giant back in 2020 after their shock royal exit, and Polo is the fourth project they have produced. An insider has discovered that the couple were motivated to “grow the audience of polo,” a sport that is unheard of due to the high costs involved in playing it.

One royal expert noted that the sport was pretty “boring” for spectators in his own experience, and that it would be interesting to see how many people would be interested in watching it.

“Polo is a very niche sport. It’s very much a sport for very wealthy people. A horse or a horse box can’t be purchased by the average person, let alone a polo mallet or stick. I don’t think it’s going to attract many new players”, explained royal expert Phil Dampier to The Sun.

The royal expert was unsure whether the couple’s brief appearance in the show would have the impact they hoped would generate interest in the competitive sport.

“Harry and Meghan are hardly ever in this program, which is Netflix’s main issue.” I believe that for the amount of money they are paying, it’s estimated to be between 80 and 100 million dollars. I don’t think they’re getting a great deal of Harry and Meghan… not getting much bang for their buck. I’m not quite sure why Netflix have done this”, he added.

Harry and Meghan previously made three titles available on Netflix as part of their relationship, including Live to Lead, Heart of Invictus, and their self-titled documentary series, which explored their love story and royal exit, while also breaking record-setting viewership records for the streaming service provider’s documentary offerings.

Meghan will appear in a Netflix cooking show, but it hasn’t been announced when; it is reportedly tied to the Duchess’ earlier-in-the-year lifestyle line America Riviera Orchard. Netflix has currently available all of Polo’s episodes.

When I arrived at the hospice on Tuesday morning, I could hear the hospice’s cheers. The wellbeing center was hosting a festive party all year long. It must be working, is all I can say.

I know, laughter’s not what you expect, is it? It’s not what I tend to think of when I think “hospice”. Which I try not to, if I’m honest!

But I’ve been going regularly now for a while, for physio and reflexology, and it’s all starting to feel a bit more… normal. It’s normally a quiet place – I can’t lie. However, they do everything in this, including social groups, and one of them hosted the party. Before your final visit, they essentially establish a relationship with you. It sort of gets rid of the elephant in the room.

The lovely nurse I met didn’t seem to care about large animals. She came in like a bowling ball, northern and chatty, and asked me if I’d “thought about any arrangements”.

I must stress this wasn’t our first meeting. She is just lovely and nursed Bernie. It was in my face, but at the same time I didn’t mind. I need to discuss this subject. And, being me, I’ve made very few “arrangements”.

She asked me straight if I’m afraid. And I replied that yes, I am afraid of dying. And sad, too. And she said I could call her anytime, that they’re there to talk about anything.

You don’t typically consider hospice care to be a long-term solution. The quality of end-of-life care has been a hot topic in the wake of all the discussion surrounding assisted dying. What you often don’t realise is the care can begin many months beforehand.

I didn’t mind her making me think. I’ll probably need to talk to the entire family. I haven’t planned anything because Bernie had her funeral planned down to the cars people were driving. It’s not made me feel low, but maybe more in control. More like “this is my moment” kind of thing. Well, that’s showbiz.

Talking of showbiz, I felt properly glam again at the end of last week. I had a full-on magazine photoshoot at a fancy hotel, rooms overlooking a lake, stylist, make-up artist, the works. Seven people in a pack for the young me.

I’m fine, and we were only a tad late. And thankfully, there was enough make-up to hand. They’d received the trowel memo…

Today, Jeremy Clarkson papped a deranged figure outside his Farmer’s Dog pub.

The Clarkson’s Farm star, 64, had been assessing the damage to his boozer and Diddly Squat farm following the UK’s Storm Darragh, which wreaked havoc upon much of the country.

After the Oxfordshire property’s filming of his smash-hit show had been postponed due to the severe weather that had recently swept across the UK, bringing gusts of up to 93mph in some areas, the father-of-three was back to work with his crew.

As crew members set up gifts and installed a snow machine, Jeremy was seen filming at his Cotswolds pub as he prepared it for Christmas. However, a tree surgeon was spotted climbing a fallen tree, which had blocked the car park, and there was little to cheer about.

Jeremy’s tired appearance caused by the damage and filming delays has worried him. After his beloved Diddly Squat farm was damaged by the storms, he was far from amused when fans have rallied to make the unfortunate situation a little humourous.

Seeing photos of the damage on the farm’s Instagram page, one person quipped: “What did May do? Or did Hammond collide with it”? Meanwhile, another said: “Reminds me of Hammond’s motorhome on Top Gear where he managed to set fire to metal”. Elsewhere, another fan suggested Jeremy should have: “Taken it]Farmer’s Dog] down before the storm came as it would of been easier”. Responding curtly, Jeremy said: “It takes 24 people seven days to put that thing up or take it down”.

The venue’s Grand Tour tent section was being closed until further notice after it was stricken by high winds and rain, necessitating some urgent repair work, according to the Diddly Squat Instagram account.

Because Jeremy and his former Grand Tour co-stars Richard Hammond and James May used it on their global tour, it attracted a sizable crowd. However, it was no match for Storm Darrgah, as the former Top Gear host revealed he had to shut down the farm’s butchers, off-licence Hops and Chops, the shop and the garden kitchen, known as The Famer’s Puppy.

Updating visitors on the developments, the farm’s Instagram account posted: “Sadly, our Grand Tour tent will be closing for some much-needed wind repair today”. The Farmer’s Dog main pub would remain open to the public as the storm made its way through, though there was a positive side.

The pub confirmed to visitors that the farm shop is “standing strong” and will be back in business in time for tomorrow when they inquired if the tent and farm shop would be open again by this coming Thursday, 12th.

The producer has publicly refuted the allegations, posting a statement on social media that read, “I implore you to file a criminal complaint, not a civil one!!” Would you not agree that a minor who commits such a crime against a minor should be kept a lock? If that were the case, these alleged victims would deserve genuine justice.
