Taylor Swift made the announcement about their engagement last week, and Travis Kelce, a former Kansas City Chiefs player, has his first guest appearance on his podcast.

American football star Travis Kelce has admitted he still gets a thrill from telling people about his engagement to pop sensation Taylor Swift, and referring to her as his fiancée.

The Kansas City Chiefs player and the chart-topping singer have been an item since 2023, with the pair announcing their engagement in a post last week that garnered millions of likes globally.

Speaking on the latest episode of the New Heights podcast, which he co-hosts with his brother Jason Kelce, Travis opened up about the engagement for the first time since the announcement and even offered some pearls of wisdom to those contemplating popping the question.

When asked if Swift’s fiancee would feel different, Kelce responded, “Yes, 100%. I thought it was my first time introducing Taylor as my fiancée to a few of my teammates during the game. It was quite cool.

“I still feel excited.” It’s exciting times, and I adore it. I appreciate everyone who reached out and sent a message, as well as all the posts and the ongoing excitement.

“It’s been really enjoyable to let everyone know who I’m going to spend the rest of my life.”

The NFL star also had some advice for listeners considering a proposal, urging them to do what feels right for them and their partner. He added: “You got to know your gal. You got to know your gal or your significant other.

You’ve got to know them, I say. You can’t allow how someone else acts make you feel compelled to do it.

“I would just say, get to know your partner, get to know who you’re working with, and get to know your goals.” The rest will be beautiful as well.

Kelce acknowledged that he hadn’t “thought about it one second” when being asked about a stag party and potential invitees.

The duo’s shared Instagram post on 26 August, announcing their engagement, featured a series of snaps with Kelce on bended knee and the couple amidst a sea of flowers. The caption read: “Your English teacher and your gym teacher are getting married”.

Travis also admitted to having rejected his initial proposal. He revealed that Taylor had originally planned to propose to him on the water, but a trusted advisor “warned” him against doing so.

The podcast’s producer explained in detail how the awkward situation was, “My head was bobbing up in the water, holding the ring while kick your little feet against the current.” Don’t suggest it. Travis performed it on-site. much safer.

A woman dubbed the ‘Ketamine Queen’ has pleaded guilty to selling a fatal dose of the drug to actor Matthew Perry. The Friends star died aged 54 in October 2023.

Jasveen Sangha, 42, who is a citizen of the UK and the US, had previously pleaded not guilty to the charge but has since changed her plea. She becomes the fifth and final defendant to be charged over the death of the Hollywood star.

Sangha signed a statement to change her plea after agreeing a deal with prosecutors. It comes weeks before her trial was due to start. She pleaded guilty to one count of maintaining a drug-involved premises, three counts of distribution of ketamine, and one count of ketamine resulting in death.

Her lawyer, Mark Geragos said in a brief statement following the deal: “She’s taking responsibility for her actions.” She had previously denied the charges, as she was set to face five counts of ketamine distribution, including one count of distribution resulting in death.

Prior to her change of plea, her defence team had requested her trial to be delayed on four occasions as they wanted more time to examine evidence.

The drug dealer could get a sentence of up to 45 years in prison, with the judge not bound to follow any terms of the plea agreement. However, prosecutors have said they will request less than the maximum. Her sentencing is scheduled for December.

To date, none of the co-defendants have been sentenced. Dr Salvador Plasencia also pleaded guilty in July, while Dr Mark Chavez, Kenneth Iwamasa and Erik Fleming pleaded guilty in exchange for their cooperation.

The actor died in October 2023 aged 54. The star was found unresponsive in a hot tub at his home in the Pacific Palisades, Los Angeles. It was later found that he had overdosed on the drug ketamine. A post-mortem confirmed Perry drowned in his hot tub after taking a lethal dose of ketamine, a powerful anaesthetic increasingly used in mental health treatment.

Investigators say the actor had been undergoing ketamine therapy for depression through legal prescriptions but was taking it up to eight times a day and began seeking additional supplies illicitly.

Court documents allege the actor turned to Sangha after his physician, Dr Salvador Plasencia, refused to continue prescribing high volumes of the drug.

In his 2022 memoir Friends, Lovers, and the Big Terrible Thing, Perry wrote candidly about his decades-long struggle with substance abuse, including multiple stints in rehab and near-death experiences.

He was best known for playing the iconic role of Chandler Bing in the long-running sitcom Friends. He had battled addiction for much of his adult life.

Speaking about his addiction, Friends co-star Jennifer Aniston recently told US magazine Vanity Fair: “We did everything we could when we could. But it almost felt like we’d been mourning Matthew for a long time because his battle with that disease was a really hard one for him to fight.

“As hard as it was for all of us and for the fans, there’s a part of me that thinks this is better. I’m glad he’s out of that pain.”

She went on: “What helped raise me is something I got to put into the world and help other people. If (Friends) was the only thing on my resume, I would be very happy and blessed.”

Aniston took on the role of Rachel Green in the hit US sitcom, which also starred Lisa Kudrow, Courteney Cox, David Schwimmer and Matt LeBlanc.

Jamie Laing has made a wild confession about his wife Sophie Habboo’s home rules as they prepare to welcome their first child. The Made In Chelsea star, 36, announced he is expecting his first child with Sophie, 31, back in June.

Since then, the couple have been sharing updates on their pregnancy and even rebranded their podcast to NearlyParents. Sophie has been candid about her experiences so far as she prepares to give birth and confessed her teeth are “frail and rotting”.

Now that Sophie and Jamie are making sure their home is perfect for their newborn’s arrival very soon, Jamie has revealed a very strict rule that Sophie has already established. Jamie is perplexed by the couple’s recent relocation to a stunning new home, which also includes some new regulations.

“A lot is going on everyone,” he admitted on his BBC Radio 1 show. “I feel like I have really become and adult this year. I don’t know what you listeners think when you’re an adult now, maybe it’s when you’re driving or married, when you’re having kids.”

As Jamie said he now feels as grown up as ever, he spilled on his home life with Sophie. “I tell you one thing that is actually quite weird, we just moved into a new house, very exciting, and my wife, who is pregnant, has this new rule in the house.

I’ll let you know what I’m going to say on the radio. I detest it. She won’t be giving a damn. Really, I don’t like it, and I pretend to like it at home.

Jamie explained to Jamie, “I have outdoor clothes and indoor clothes, and this is the rule.” He then explained what has been grating him. So I have to dress outside the house and dress inside the house so I don’t mess up when I return home.

She once ran upstairs with my outside clothes like a rat. When he admitted, “I come in and I get naked,” his radio co-star Katie Thistleton questioned how the logistics were run.

Katie quipped, “Let’s blame the hormones,” while Jamie and Katie argued over Sophie’s justification for the rule. Jamie, however, feared Sophie would learn about his confession because he believed it had gone too far.

“I am scared if she is listening. I just want everyone to know I love, love wearing indoor clothes,” he teased. Last month, Jamie shared how he had a ‘chemical reaction’ after feeling his baby kick for the first time.

The baby sounded like it was kicking. It’s like a little foot, he said on their podcast, “I felt it there.” It’s like a little foot.

Then Jamie said, “It’s insane, you can put your hands on the tummy and you can feel the baby kicking,” Sophie then described the sensation of a fish swimming through her stomach. What does it do, I can’t explain. There must be some kind of chemical reaction.

The only way to describe it is “pure love,” as my body reacts when I feel the kick, something hits me, some chemically nails my body, and it feels like it. I’ve never experienced real pure love like that.

Demi Moore has opened up on the difficulty of watching former husband Bruce Willis’ health deteriorate due to his frontotemporal dementia diagnosis

Oscar nominated actress Demi Moore has candidly opened up about the “difficulty” her family has faced following Bruce Willis’ dementia diagnosis two years ago.

The Die Hard star, 70, who shares three kids with Demi, was diagnosed with frontotemporal dementia. The disease has left the actor’s health deteriorating and his current wife, Emma Heming Willis, recently revealed she made the hard decision to move him into a care home for temporary respite.

And Demi, who was married to Bruce between 1987 and 2000, has confessed it has been tough watching her ex’s struggles pan out. She told The Oprah Podcast: “It’s difficult. It’s hard to see somebody who was so vibrant and strong and so directed shift into this other parts of themselves.

“But, my particular perspective is, one, I really always say it’s so important just to meet them where they’re at. Don’t have an expectation of them needing to be who they were or who you want them to be.

“And when you do that I find that there is an incredible sweetness and something that’s soft and tender and loving. Perhaps it is more playful and childlike in certain sense because of how much more caretaking they need.”

Her words come as Emma was forced to defend her actions to provide Bruce with a second home that provides 24-hour care for his condition. Speaking out after the backlash, the 47-year-old model and entrepreneur who has been caring for the Die Hard star since his family announced in 2022 that he was stepping away from acting due to health issues, said he was staying nearby.

“It was one of the hardest decisions that I’ve had to make so far,” she admitted. “But I knew, first and foremost, Bruce would want that for our daughters. You know, he would want them to be in a home that was more tailored to their needs, not his needs.”

She confessed to making the decision after realising that the noise and disruption of everyday life with the kids could make Bruce agitated. Emma added this meant their two daughters were not able to have friends over for play dates and had to constantly monitor their noise levels.

“It is a house that is filled with love, and warmth, and care, and laughter,” she added. “And it’s been beautiful to see that, to see how many of Bruce’s friends continue to show up for him, and they bring in life, and fun.”

And it’s an opinion that Demi shared too. She has remained close with Bruce and his new family following their own relationship breakdown. “There is no road map for how to deal with this,” Demi said.

“Obviously, being the ex-wife – even though our family is very connected – is an interesting position. So much fell on Emma to really figure this whole thing out.

“The most beautiful thing, and she talks about this in the book, was recognising the importance for caregivers, that they have to take care of themselves. If they don’t put that time into making sure that they’re okay, they can’t show up for anyone else.”

Demi continued: “I have so much compassion for Emma in this, being a young woman. There’s no way that anybody could have anticipated where this was going to go. I really think she’s done a masterful job.”

The 47-year-old star has been open about her dreams to become a pop star, and it looks like it might be happening now.

The former glamour model took to her Instagram Stories to share a snap of herself giving the camera a peace sign as she stood in front of the microphone while wearing headphones. The star kept her dark locks tied up in a messy bun and rocked a casual Nike t-shirt for the special occasion.

“Back in the studio, just recorded my new single”, she captioned the post, which was also shared to her Snapchat.

She revealed on the way to the studio that the person she’s working with wrote her a song the night before and she was excited to work with the producer – who also wrote songs for Chris Brown.

“Great to be back”, she wrote over a picture of the microphone in the booth. She even teased her Snapchat followers with a preview of the dance track.

Mum-of-five Katie had set her sights on making more music after she beat the likes of Chappell Roan, Lewis Capaldi and Benson Boone with her track I Got U, eight years after the dance-pop song was first released.

Written by former X Factor contestant Craig Colton, the song was Katie’s attempt to launch herself as a singer again, having previously attempted to represent the United Kingdom during the Eurovision Song Contest.

During an appearance on Loose Women ahead of its release, Katie revealed that her management team had wanted nothing to do with it and instead told her it wouldn’t be a success.

Music producer Rick Live worked with her on songs like Hurricane and Heartbroken. In a recent chat with The Sun, he said: “This was all completely unexpected. My phone started blowing up and I had about 60 missed calls and a load of text messages from people saying ‘ you’re back in the charts’.

“It’s mad. Katie’s absolutely buzzing about it, we both are.” Katie’s return to the charts comes after a tumultuous month with blistering attacks from her ex-husbands Peter Andre and Alex Reid.

Following Katie’s accusations that she wasn’t invited to their daughter Princess’s 18th birthday because it was being filmed and she didn’t fit the brand, Peter blistered and criticised the star.

Then, Katie’s second husband, Alex Reid, who she married in 2010 and divorced a year later, shared a stunning video. The clip, which is thought to have been shot in late 2020, depicted a price from the time who was bankrupt counting large amounts of money while boasting that Price’s bankruptcy had been extended.

Katie’s devoted fans rallied around her in a show of unity, showing their support for her, which had helped her reach the top.
