Elon Musk’s son steals the show as he joins Donald Trump on stage before inauguration

Elon Musk’s young son grabbed the focus and almost stole Donald Trump’s thunder at his inauguration.

Little X Æ A-Xii, who the mega rich tycoon shares with Canadian singer Grimes, bounced around on stage as his father addressed the audience. The proud dad, 53, let him dance as he waited before they both raised their hands with the President smiling away.

“Little X just followed me on stage here,” SpaceX CEO Musk told the crowd as the four-year-old stole the show. “He’s a very enthusiastic supporter as you can see. ” Earlier, the billionaire decided to continue his war with Keir Starmer by claiming the PM had been snubbed from attending the lavish ceremony.

During his speech, Musk promised to “make America strong for centuries” before adding that Trump’s return will “Make America Great Again. ” He has handed over million to his ally’s campaign to return to the White House and spoke at the Capital Arena as Trump introduced the leader of his new Department of Government Efficiency.

In 2020, when X was a newborn, Elon praised Grimes who he said ‘had a much bigger role’ in X’s life at the time. Speaking to the New York Times, he said: “Babies are just eating and pooping machines, you know? Right now there’s not much I can do.

“Grimes has a much bigger role than me right now. When the kid gets older, there will be more of a role for me. ” Elon first became a father many years before he welcomed X, having six children from previous relationships.

Despite sharing a son, Grimes and Elon brought their three-year romantic relationship to an end months before. The couple remain amicably co-parenting their son, with Elon citing physical distance as the reason behind their ‘semi-separation’.

In a statement he said: “We are semi-separated but still love each other, see each other frequently and are on great term. It’s mostly that my work at SpaceX and Tesla requires me to be primarily in Texas or traveling overseas and her work is primarily in LA. She’s staying with me now and Baby X is in the adjacent room. “

But According to TMZ, the couple aren’t legally allowed to put X Æ A-12 on the birth certificate, despite them obviously being allowed to call their baby whatever they want. A supervisor at the Department of Public Health Vital Records Office, Los Angeles is said to have told the publication that it’s illegal to include symbols and numbers in names on birth certificates in the state of California.

The law states that only the letters of the alphabet can appear on the official documentation, meaning X Æ A-12 simply wouldn’t be allowed. One fan guessed the name was pronounced “X Ash Archangel”, and Elon appeared to confirm it by liking the tweet.

Village People’s hit YMCA’s true meaning as ‘gay icons’ perform at Trump inauguration

The Village People’s hit Y. M. C. A. has become the track of Donald Trump’s second inauguration, yet the meaning may not be what it seems.

The band will perform alongside Nelly, Carrie Underwood, Kid Rock, Billy Ray Cyrus and Jason Aldean at the US Capitol as Trump gets sworn in again. They joined Trump on stage hours before his inauguration as they closed his victory rally in Washington D. C and performed Y. M. C. A. alongside him.

Their 1978 disco track was long considered to be an anthem for the LGBTQ+ community and the band was founded by two French music producers who were inspired by the scene at a gay club in New York City. Village People frontman Victor Willis, who is the only original member left in the band, previously spoke out against Trump using the track yet has had a change of heart.

The band had hits with other songs Macho Man, In the Navy and Go West, with lyrics that touched on the gay lifestyle. However, Victor has insisted Y. M. C. A. has nothing to do with the gay scene and insists it is not a gay anthem. The key line “You can hang out with all the boys” was widely interpreted at the time as being a euphemism for gay hookups in the charity’s gyms and swimming pools.

Victor explained the line is “simply 1970s Black slang for Black guys hanging out together for sports, gambling or whatever. There’s nothing gay about that. ” The song, which has sold some 12million copies, earned a new fanbase after Trump adopted it. The group wasn’t always so happy with Trump using the track as manager Karen Willis sent Trump’s legal team a cease-and-desist letter two years ago.

It came after he was filmed dancing to the band’s hit Macho Man at Mar-a-Lago. However, singer Victor has since changed his tune with the onset of publicity. He shared: “The financial benefits have been great… YMCA is estimated to gross several million dollars since the President Elect’s continued use of the song. Therefore, I’m glad I allowed the President Elect’s continued use of YMCA. And I thank him for choosing to use my song. ”

In his Facebook post, Victor added: “Come January 2025, my wife will start suing each and every news organisation that falsely refers to YMCA, either in their headlines or alluded to in the base of the story, that YMCA is somehow a gay anthem because such notion is based solely on the song’s lyrics alluding to [illicit] activity, for which it does not. ”

The Village People have faced backlash online about them performing at Trump’s inauguration. They decided to hit back in a statement and said: “We are announcing today that VILLAGE PEOPLE have accepted an invitation from President Elect Trump’s campaign to participate in inaugural activities, including at least one event with President Elect Trump. We know this wont make some of you happy to hear however we believe that music is to be performed without regard to politics. “

They said Y. M. C. A. is a global anthem that “hopefully helps bring the country together after a tumultuous and divided campaign where our preferred candidate lost. ” There’s a long list of award-winning performers who have refused to lend Trump their music such as Beyonce, Celine Dion, Isaac Hayes’ Family and Bruce Springsteen.

Harry Styles parties at notorious German club that refused Elon Musk

A number of TikTok users have taken to the social media platform to share their shocking experience within a mysterious German nightclub, where they spotted a major celeb amongst partiers and tourists.

Berghain is notorious for being the most exclusive and allusive club in the world. Located in Berlin, it is praised for its unmatched sound system which produces a physical experience of music with its incredibly clear highs and deep bass that attendees claim pulses through your entire body. It’s bouncers insist on a particular look and aesthetic that is both aloof and extremely edgy – which thousands of clubbers have described as hard to pin down.

TikToker, Sophia Stolez, posted last Wednesday, sharing how her boyfriend managed to gain entrance, even teasing a celeb sighting by saying: “My boyfriend went to Berghain for 16 hours, I hated him, but then told me what happened there. “

The boyfriend goes on to paint the scene, retelling how he felt ‘on edge’ and so asked for a lighter to light his cigarette. He said: “I see a man and he looked very, very much like Harry Styles” and proceeded to quickly google, looking to identify him by the stars various tattoos on his arms.

He shares how “they were the same tattoos, it was 100 per cent Harry Styles” and proceeds to tell friend, Michelle, who bravely approached.

Club-goer Michelle subtly told the Watermelon Sugar singer that he “looked like someone famous” to which she was reportedly ‘Shhh-ed’ in an effort to remain undercover. The video goes on to say Harry was “absolutely going for it” and that their group ended up having a “lovely time”.

Whether Harry Styles partied for the whole 16 hours they were there is unclear but it is commonly known that many partiers opt to stay within Berghain’s walls for entire weekends to avoid re-entrance queues and additional fees.

The hardcore techno club where cameras are banned inside reportedly turned away multi-billionaire and loyal Trump supporter, Elon Musk, in 2022 where a Reddit user shared on the forum that she witnessed Musk wait until he reached the front of the queue – only to get “rejected at Berghain door! ” They told VICE that Musk was rejected by Sven Marquardt himself – the club’s most infamous bouncer.

Musk turned to his own platform X (Twitter) to critique the club’s sign for ‘peace’, tweeting in the early hours: “They wrote PEACE on the wall at Berghain! ”. He had claimed he “refused [to] enter” and later posted “Peace. Peace? I hate the word”.

Several other content creators have explained the club’s ‘Door Policy’, led by Sven Marquardt. The aim of which baffles many and subscribes to no objective rules to what will gain entry. The club has since advised people to turn up as themselves and not try so hard – which perhaps would have benefitted Musk who was said to be wearing a Zorro mask.

Jeremy Clarkson reveals ‘lovely’ Ellen DeGeneres visits his Cotswolds pub after ditching US

Jeremy Clarkson has revealed Ellen DeGeneres is a local to his pub, The Farmer’s Dog after shunning life in America.

The 64-year-old presenter is returning to the screen to host a new celebrity series of Who Wants To Be A Millionaire… and is welcoming stars such as Tony Bellew, Stephen Fry, Fred Sirieix and Anton Du Beke to the hot seat.

But it’s not just on-screen that Jeremy meets some of showbusiness’ most famous faces, as he also has A-listers popping into his Oxfordshire pub, The Farmer’s Dog. Jeremy reveals he’s even had a visit from US star Ellen DeGeneres, who recently relocated to the UK.

“She lives in the village where our pub is. Absolutely I welcome them all,” said Jeremy. “Everyone said she has been cancelled but she seemed nice when she came to the pub, the staff said she was very friendly and lovely. I am not going to believe what I read online. She seemed lovely. ”

It comes after Ellen ditched her life in the United States in favour of The Cotswolds due to being cancelled as well as Donald Trump’s presidency – which kicks off today. An insider revealed to the Daily Mail: “With all the ill will towards her, she was looking to move away even before the election. And as things panned out with Trump winning, she is glad she is making the move and going to be away from the US. She has the one person that still loves her, Portia, and she is ready to leave everyone who in her mind left her hanging out to dry. If she considers it her retirement, so be it. “

Admitting there’s one person he’d really like to see on the show, Jeremy says Queen Camilla would be his top royal choice. “Camilla would be fantastic,” said Jeremy about members of the royal family taking on the quiz show. The series will also feature Jeanette Kwakye, Richie Anderson, Roxy Shahidi, Julie Hesmondhalgh, Steph McGovern, Dion Dublin, Lucrezia Millarini, Dame Laura Kenny, Krishnan Guru-Murthy, Louise Minchin.

Out of the celebrity line-up, Jeremy says it was former cruiserweight champ Tony who was the most nervous during the show. “I am not quite sure what emotion was going through him – nerves, rage, disappointment, acting, as I think he is a lot cleverer than he lets on. At one stage, he was having a class war with himself with the word ‘hobnob’,” Jeremy divulges.

The presenter’s comeback to the screen comes after a health scare which saw him undergo a life-saving heart procedure, after experiencing a “sudden deterioration” in his health. Jeremy had two stents fitted in his heart to improve blood flow following the “scary” ordeal.

Now, Jeremy says he has overhauled his diet and lifestyle and is feeling better for it. “I have been to see a dietician. The dietician has given me a pretty good list and said ‘don’t eat processed food’. If it’s got more than one ingredient in it, don’t eat it. I feel great. ”

Jeremy needs to be on top form when it comes filming the new series, as contestants enlist his help when it comes to the Ask Jeremy lifeline. Despite having presented the show since 2018, Jeremy admits it doesn’t get any easier when it comes to using his own knowledge. “It’s still terrifying. This series I have been particularly hopeless. I was doing reasonably well on my average getting them right, but this series I have been really useless! ”

Despite his many years of dishing out questions on the show, Jeremy says it hasn’t done any wonders for his general knowledge. “You don’t learn anything,” he explains. “I don’t think the show improves your general knowledge; it just tests it. And it’s very useful for me because I can never remember where I put my spectacles but somehow you think ‘the national beer of Sri Lanka is lion’, so you think ‘how is that in my head? ! ’”
