Kelly Osbourne has made sure her late dad Ozzy is still very much a part of family life as she celebrates her son’s third birthday. It’s the first birthday Sidney has had since his grandfather’s death in July.
The Black Sabbath icon died of heart failure on July 22 in Buckinghamshire. He was 76. It came two weeks after he had performed at his farewell concert with his bandmates and an array of other huge stars at his beloved Villa Park in Birmingham.
To mark her son’s big day, Kelly, 41, has shared a number of sweet snaps of the two together to mark the occasion. Taking to Instagram on Thursday, the singer and reality TV star showed shots of Ozzy looking happier than ever alongside his grandson.

One image showed the War Pigs singing playing with Sidney in a swimming pool outside. Another also showed Sharon’s connection as the trio cuddled up in bed.
Kelly captioned the post with a sweet nod to her dad, saying he will be “watching down” on the family. She wrote: “I can’t believe it’s been 3 years already.
“I cried my eyes out making this reel. So much has happened in the most magical ways in the last three years.”
Kelly went on: “‘Happy birthday my little angel I know what Papa is watching down on you so proud of the little man that you are becoming! YOU ARE 3!!!!!!!!! I love you I love you I love you.”
She later shared clips of Sidney enjoying his celebrations with huge displays and balloons. The youngster was treated to a variety of different dinosaur toys as he opened up his presents with glee in matching pyjamas with his mum.
And in another “3rd birthday photo dump” the tot is seen singing while later meeting super heroes. They also went feed goats while Kelly showed off her face paint and dress up.
Just days before Sidney’s celebration, Kelly remembered her dad as she marked her own birthday. In a sentimental upload, she said: “Tomorrow is going to be a first for me.
“The first birthday without my dad. Every year, the thing I look [forward] to the most was spending the day with him and the cards he would write me.
“Knowing that I will never get one again shatters my heart. Here are just a few of them. They were always short, simple but said everything I needed to hear. I love you, Daddy, tomorrow will suck without you.”
In one card, Ozzy had penned: “To Kelly, I love you with all my heart,” while in another he sweetly wrote: “Dearest Kelly, I just want to say that I love and miss you every second of the day.” In every one of them he signed off as “daddy”.

Taylor Swift is set to walk down the aisle to marry fiancé Travis Kelce, but her love life has been a bit of rollercoaster until now and includes a savage breakup

She may be set to marry the man of her dreams, but Taylor’s slow path to Travis has been notoriously bumpy. As reflected in her song lyrics, she has frequently been broken-hearted and once called herself “ridiculously stupid” when it comes to falling in love. “So much of her music has been about past relationships,” says PR and communications expert Lynn Carratt. “Her songs have traced her emotional journey in real time, and fans have always bought into that. Her relationships are embedded in her music for listeners to decode, and rather than being a celebrity who is forever talking about her love life in the public eye, she instead creates and controls her own narrative around it.”
Just a few weeks before Taylor and Travis got together, she split from The 1975 rocker Matty Healy, who she first met almost a decade earlier at one of his gigs. They were repeatedly linked over the years, but the rumours finally became a reality in May 2023 when Cheshire-born Matty attended three of Taylor’s Eras shows in Nashville. On one occasion, he was seen clutching a hand to his heart as she performed, and they were later seen holding hands while out for dinner with Taylor’s long-term collaborator Jack Antonoff. They were snapped out together in New York too, and Matty also attended an Eras show in Philadelphia with Taylor’s dad Scott.

But while the fling reportedly ended after just a month, it was still said to have been intense, and Taylor sang about Matty on her 2024 album The Tortured Poets Department. In fact, he was said to have inspired its name, with the title track concerning his love of typewriters. “You left your typewriter at my apartment / Straight from the Tortured Poets Department,” she sang. Meanwhile, the track Loml was also thought to have been about Matty, with lines like, “It was legendary / It was momentary / It was unnecessary / Should’ve let it stay buried.”
Prior to Matty, Taylor’s six-year romance with British actor Joe Alwyn was her longest to date. It was thought they first met at the Met Gala in 2016, but they kept things strictly off-radar, with Taylor once saying, “Our relationship isn’t up for discussion.” In a diary entry that accompanied her 2019 album Lover , she wrote of their time “hiding out in London”, adding, “We have been together and no one has found out for three months now.”
The album included the song London Boy , in which she sang about cosy trips to Camden Market and Soho, while she confirmed to fans that earlier song Gorgeous was also about the ConversationsWith Friends star. Joe even made a fleeting appearance in Taylor’s MissAmericana documentary, and he co-wrote the songs Exile and Betty on her album Folklore , under the pseudonym of William Bowery.
After the pair spent much of lockdown in the capital together, rumours of an engagement swirled, and there were suggestions they had tied the knot when she wore a wedding gown in her video for Willow . But in April 2023, the pair split, with friends blaming “differences in their personalities” as well as the intense pressures of fame.
Unsurprisingly, Joe’s presence was felt on The Tortured Poets Department , with songs like So Long, London referencing Taylor’s pain at the end of their time together. “The fact Taylor writes about relationships in her music makes it so relatable,” says author Annie Zaleski, who explored the meaning of more than 250 tracks in her book, Taylor Swift: The Stories BehindThe Songs .
“She’s been very honest and vulnerable about where she’s at, and fans can say, ‘I’ve gone through that as well.’ Her music is very human and empathetic, and shows how life can be difficult. It’s not all sunshine and rainbows, even for Taylor.”
Before dating Joe, Taylor had a 15-month relationship with Scottish DJ Calvin Harris, but their amicable split in June 2016 soured when she moved on with the actor Tom Hiddleston. A fight over songwriting credits saw Calvin claim Taylor and her team were trying to “make him look bad”, and her subsequent song Getaway Car was seen as a revenge shot, with lines like “I wanted to leave him / I needed a reason.”
Her whirlwind fling with Marvel star Tom then sparked a media frenzy, but after he famously wore an ‘I HEART TS’ T-shirt on the beach, Taylor felt it had all become too public and #HiddleSwift was officially over. The relationship was also shrouded in claims it had been a PR stunt, but that was refuted. “Of course it was real,” Tom said in response to the doubters. “We had the best time.”
Another much-hyped but short-lived romance came with former One Direction singer Harry Styles, who Taylor first met at the 2012 Kid’s Choice Awards. The pair were affectionately dubbed ‘Haylor’ by fans, but after around a month of dating it ended in early 2013, with Taylor admitting her subsequent song Style was about “one of those relationships that’s always a bit off”. But the pair seemed on good terms as they bumped into each other at the 2021 Grammys, and Harry once said of their time together, “It was a learning experience for sure.”
Of course, Taylor’s most famous breakup anthem is We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together , and the track was widely assumed to concern her on-off dalliance with actor Jake Gyllenhaal. He reportedly broke Taylor’s heart just as she turned 21. When they split in 2010 it gave rise to the mysterious red scarf in her song All Too Well – widely viewed as an emblem of devastating lost love.
Taylor also had other brief romances with Twilight actor Taylor Lautner and musician John Mayer, while she once revealed that singer Joe Jonas dumped her over the phone after three months of dating in 2008. “I looked at the call log – it was like 27 seconds. That’s got to be a record,” she said. That split resulted in several songs on her album Fearless , including Forever & Always, with savage lyrics that seemed to refer to Joe as a “scared little boy”.
Meanwhile, Travis has had some celebrity relationships of his own, with one former flame Maya Benberry winning his heart on his US reality show Catching Kelce . In the series, 50 contestants from across the US vied to snare Travis, and he and Maya dated briefly in 2016 before going their separate ways. He also had an on-off romance with sports journalist and influencer Kayla Nicole for several years, but they broke up for good in May 2022. Travis was then linked to Access Hollywood presenter Zuri Hall in 2023, but their relationship was never confirmed.
But while Taylor and Travis have found happiness together, it’s safe to assume the singer won’t stop writing sad songs in future. “Being happy brings different sources of melancholy,” adds Annie. “She’s often written about the pain of growing up and her own insecurities, and I think she will still want her music to convey the full range of human experience.”
Alan Carr was crowned the winner of the BBC’s Celebrity Traitors series but he has now revealed he never thought he would make it to the final of the series with his agent saying: “With your poker face you’ll be out”

Comedian Alan Carr has revealed that his agent had so little faith in his ability to succeed on The Celebrity Traitors, they booked him for gigs two weeks into filming.
The funnyman was crowned the champion of the popular BBC spin-off series during Thursday night’s thrilling finale.
Carr was overcome with emotion after confessing to his fellow contestants, comedian Nick Mohammed and historian David Olusoga, that he was a traitor. He informed host Claudia Winkleman that the prize money, totalling £87,500, would be donated to a children’s cancer charity for neuroblastoma.

Discussing his win on the visual podcast, Uncloaked, Carr admitted: “It still hasn’t sunk in, it’s insane.”
When asked if he anticipated making it so far in the competition, he responded: “No, no, no, no, I did not even think I would get this far. My agent had actually booked in things for the second week saying, ‘With your poker face you’ll be out’.
“I go through customs I start sweating, when I go to a newsagents and it says no shoplifting. I’ve got the worst poker face going, it’s a tug of war with my face.”
Carr also shared that his sense of humour was his “secret weapon” in the castle, often using it to “often deflect scrutiny and make a gag about something which would then throw everyone off the scent”.
“My sense of humour was probably more useful to me than a shield,” he said. Carr concluded: “So I’m really, really proud, I can be a chameleon, I can chat, I can lie when I need to. Idiots can do well.”
The comedian had been a traitor from the very start of the game alongside singer Cat Burns and presenter Jonathan Ross, who got the boot earlier in the series.
They proceeded to “murder” a string of players including singer Paloma Faith, comedian Lucy Beaumont and Olympic diver Tom Daley whilst faithfuls including actor Sir Stephen Fry, presenter Clare Balding and actor Mark Bonnar came under suspicion and were voted out by their fellow contestants.
Discussing the emotional reveal and his chosen charity, Carr said: “I think all the deceit, the lying, the murdering of Paloma (Faith) and Celia (Imrie) had all taken its toll and then I think it dawned on me that I had won such a huge amount for my charity, Neuroblastoma UK.
“The charity is so close to my heart that it all became a bit too much. Hopefully when people see how upset I was they won’t feel so bad that I killed all those national treasures.
“I told one person at the charity and they started crying, so that gives you some idea of how important this money will be to them. Neuroblastoma is such a cruel disease, and this money will literally save lives. It’s a charity and disease that no one has really heard of so with the viewing figures being what they are it’s going to be so good for the charity.”
The finale witnessed two explosive roundtables which kicked off with Burns getting banished following an alliance between former rugby player Joe Marler and Mohammed, who persuaded Olusoga to also vote for Burns. The remaining contestants were left in the dark, unaware that they had successfully ousted a traitor from their midst, relying solely on gut instinct and trust.
This marked the first celebrity series of the popular reality show in the UK, proving to be a ratings smash for the BBC, drawing in over six million viewers when it premiered on October 8.
Fans can catch The Celebrity Traitors on BBC One and BBC iPlayer.
The only “truly authentic” thing Meghan Markle, who is the Duchess of Sussex, has done since leaving the royal family is return to acting, according to a source

Prince Harry is said to want Meghan Markle “to do whatever brings her joy” — following her return to acting.
The Duchess of Sussex is set to play herself in film Close Personal Friends, being recorded for Amazon MGM Studios in Pasadena, Los Angeles, at the moment. The role is her first step back into the industry after an eight-year absence, since which time she married Prince Harry — and left the royal fold.
But that was Harry’s real profession — other than military roles — and Meghan’s return to acting had raised questions about where it left her husband. A friend, though, has said: “Prince Harry is, of course, really supportive and quite simply wants Meghan to do whatever brings her joy.”
Yet, with Harry so far unable to return to his royal duties, Meghan’s new venture has been criticised by some. Sarah Vine, a newspaper columnist, has questioned whether Meghan’s return to fame will irk 41-year-old Harry. She wrote: “Will it rankle to see his wife soaring to new heights of fame (and no doubt fortune) while he remains rather constrained in his options? Shooting schedules can be demanding, requiring long periods away from home, plus there’s all the inevitable publicity.”

But Ms Vine, a journalist with vast experience, noted the decision is “a good one” for Meghan herself. She called it “a power move” in her lively opinion column for the Daily Mail.
“It’s a power move by the duchess, and a good one. The power of a great movie is not to be underestimated… It’s also the first thing she’s done since leaving royal life that feels truly authentic. Let’s face it, no one really believes that she makes her own jam, dries her own rose petals, or actually eats any of the sickly-sweet calorie-laden treats she shoves down viewers’ throats,” Ms Vine added.
Yet, the columnist suggested Harry is still “searching for his purpose” in America. That is despite his Netflix programme Polo, which was broadcast last year and into 2025. The documentary saw the prince offer “an unprecedented, behind-the-scenes look into the passion and determination driving some of the world’s elite polo players” — but the reviews were largely negative.
Alan Carr won The Celebrity Traitors in a tense series finale on Thursday and, overcome with emotion, the comedian told viewers: “I am and have always been a traitor”

Alan Carr is tipped to become one of the new presenters of Strictly Come Dancing after his The Celebrity Traitors triumph.
The comedian, 49, burst into tears when he was crowned the winner of the reality TV programme last night. Alan declared the prize money, which amounted to £87,500, will go to the children’s charity Neuroblastoma UK, a sum he said would “change lives”.
But his own career is now set to change, with The Celebrity Traitors thought to act as a springboard for more success. An insider has even said Alan is being considered for Strictly, as Tess Daly and Claudia Winkleman are set to leave. They added: “He has got to be up there with the BBC to get a huge new role… Wink, wink, nudge, nudge, Strictly.”
And a BBC source said: “Alan has always been a star – but it’s amazing what a month in a Scottish castle can do to elevate your career. He’s ours now.”

The Mirror had reported how chatter linked Alan to one of the Strictly vacancies, but now his triumph in the Scottish castle is said to have firmed his bid to take the Saturday night gig. The presenter had been praised for “super competitive streak” and charisma during his time on The Celebrity Traitors, which began at the start of October.
A source on The Celebrity Traitors said “people just love Alan”. The BBC believes viewers “loved him and [think] he has been the star of the Traitors,” one insider told the Daily Mail.
Alan, snubbed for a potential role as a judge on Britain’s Got Talent in 2023, was hoping for nothing more than a bit of a giggle when he signed up for the BBC show. He got off to a difficult start as fellow traitor Jonathan Ross worried Alan, born in Weymouth, Dorset, might give himself away.

But Alan showed the resilience and courage to thrive and eventually beat former England rugby star Joe Marler and his fellow Traitor Cat Burns. Bursting into tears when he was declared the winner, the comedian said: “I am and have always been a traitor… I’m so sorry, it’s been tearing me apart.” He told host Claudia Winkleman: “All that lying, all that treachery was worth it, wasn’t it?”

“He was there when we ended it in Zimbabwe, he was the producer, he was the editor, he had to deal with James, Richard and I.
“He had to deal with Ofcom, he had to deal with the BBC, he just ran the whole thing and then of course he was there when the frakka happened and then he had to start all over again in a broom cupboard with oen assistant and build it all up again from scratch and now of course, he’s busy editing the farm show.”
The TV star praised Andy as “a television genius,” as he plugged the presenter’s new book called Mr Wilman’s Motoring Adventure. Jeremy shared: “It’s a fantastic book, it really is, I’m just overflowing with joy that he’s put it all on paper. So here’s a suggestion: after you’ve read my new book, The Farmer’s Dog, do get this. It really is worth your while.”
The man himself, Andy Wilman, replied in the comments saying: “I do NOT deserve that much praise, (mind you I’ll take a bit of it.)You were the one responsible for making that show a success and everyone who worked on it will say the same. That aside, we are entering the Yuletide gifting period, and the book is available in all good bookshops.”
Strictly’s Thomas Skinner commented: “I love you Mr. Clarkson and I love you Mr. Wilman. You are absolute legends that made my Sunday evenings the absolute governor when I was younger. I love cars because of Top Gear. I’ve bought cars because of what I’ve seen on TopGear. Best TV show of all time in my opinion. Bosh.”
