What is important to know about Joan Branson’s passing, Sir Richard Branson’s “love of his life.”
Sir Richard Branson announced the death of his beloved wife Joan on Tuesday, November 25. In an Instagram post he wrote: Heartbroken to share that Joan, my wife and partner for 50 years, has passed away. She was the most wonderful mum and grandmum our kids and grandkids could have ever wished for. She was my best friend, my rock, my guiding light, my world. Love you forever, Joan x.”
The couple met in 1976 and had a 50-year romance, 37 years of that married. Richard revealed how it was “love at first sight” for him. But Joan was initially unimpressed by the dishevelled music mogul. Richard later gushed: “She was unlike any other woman I had ever met. She was beautiful. She was bright. She was witty. She was down to earth. She was fun. And she had eyes made of magic.”
She eventually embraced Richard’s charms, and the couple later had two children, Holly, 44, and Sam, 40, and wed in 1989 on Necker, the island that Richard had purchased for Joan and would later become their family home. Before all of this, they tragically lost their first daughter, Clare, who was only four days old when she was born in 1979.
Just days before she died Richard shared a final photo with wife Joan which he posted on social media on November 15. Both are dressed up with glasses of champagne in their hands. As Richard planted a kiss – as he often did – on Joan’s head, he wrote in the caption: “Everyone needs a Joan in their life.”
Joan was five years older than 75-year-old Richard and passed away at the age of 80. They had been due to celebrate their 50th anniversary of meeting in 2026. Though he cause of death hasn’t been made public, Richard shared that she died “quickly and painlessly” after she stayed in hospital with a back injury.
Richard claimed in a new statement that after riding his bike in India and getting hurt in a hospital, he ended up on the same side of Joan. We laughed together about how common it was for us to end up together, like teenagers who were delighted to find each other again.
Then, according to Richard, how they had a “so lovely lunch “ahead of her departure.” He mentioned that she was becoming more and more strong. She gave me a radiant smile that made my face sparkle from the moment I first saw her, a look that had changed my life for the better half. She disappeared suddenly, quickly, and painlessly. And thankfully, I was right there for her. Knowing that we were together is great comfort to us all.
In terms of how the family is faring since Joan’s passing, Richard continued, “Holly, Sam, and I are all doing our best to smile through the tears and concentrate on the positive things that Joan has brought to our world.” There are numerous. Without her, life will never be the same. But we still have 50 incredible years of memories, filled with love, laughter, kindness, and tears that no words can ever adequately express. The shining star that our family’s universe has always orbited was Joan, the one who defined my entire being. That light has just taken on a new appearance, not gone. It will help us advance. And always, we’ll have her with us.

I’m A Celebrity star Angry Ginge got dumped on camera by his girlfriend as he filmed a live stream.
The 24-year-old social media star – whose real name is Morgan Burtwistle – opened up about his failed romance as he chatted to fellow campmate Ruby Wax as they had a heart-to-heart in the treehouse on Tuesday night.
Ginge, who is well known for his pranks, unwittingly read out the dumping text live on air for all his followers to see, making him look crushed and attempt to shed tears during the emotional moment.
Ginge told viewers: “Oh sorry, it’s just my girlfriend messaging my chat. It’s just my girlfriend messaging my chat. He’s never revealed who the girl in question was or what he sent her first. Just give me a quick response to her.

He asked, “Why did you send me that? ” after reading out her message. It appears to be disgusting and f**king. We’re over”. As he realized what had just happened, Ginge’s face then appeared to have fallen and appeared to be going to cry as he dropped his phone.
He described how he “had to carry on for more than six hours” feeling depressed after learning about Ruby.
The Salford, Greater Manchester-based FIFA streamer also revealed that he can turn on the charm whenever he wants to, despite not having the typical romantic appearance.
He claimed to have laid “rose petals” from the front door to the woman who later dumped him before entering my room. I gave her my official invitation to be my girlfriend after receiving a teddy bear, a rose, and a rose.
Ginge used the brutal clip to increase its views after it was posted online, and she later shared it on TikTok with the tagline “Girlfriend breaks up with me on live stream,” with two crying emojis, adding: “So embarrassing.”
Fans were a little harsh in the comments, with some saying they didn’t believe he really had a girlfriend despite the post’s 42, 000 likes. He is a millionaire, so they must be laughing now.
One person wrote, “Defo doesn’t have one.” Another user reportedly said, “U have one.” While a third pondered, “Wonder what he sent her”?
One fan said, “Plenty more fish in the sea Ginge,” while others were slightly more sympathetic. And some people started flirting and said, “Hi, I’m single in your area. Another once said, “There’s always me.” She continued, “Don’t worry ginge, she didn’t know what she had until it was over.”

My dad tragically took his own life on May 4, according to Douglas. For me, I’ve been trying to put words into words. I’m slowly acquiring that knowledge as I go along. In time, I want to find a way to help men who visit places where they can talk, talk, and feel understood. Too many men find themselves isolated, unable to express their feelings, or unsure of their next steps. A quiet epidemic is loneliness. I’ve experienced anxiety myself, and I understand how agonizing it can feel to be fighting something internally as the world goes on.
When someone you love can’t hear you, even when you try, “checking in” is not as simple as that. The world can get even more difficult to navigate as people age, lose their bodies, or experience identity or body changes. My father also struggled with undiagnosed autism and was hesitant to try something new or seek assistance.
“It’s complicated grief to lose someone to suicide, and I want to share my heart with everyone who has done so. I’m so appreciative of the support I’ve received from my friends, family, and occasionally complete strangers.
“Happy Birthday, Dad,” You are my love and miss. always . “Simon was sitting on a fence in the countryside looking over acres of fields as the sun set over the horizon,” said Douglas in his final scene.

I’m A Celebrity has revealed the real reason the hosts cover up their watches(Image: ITV)
Reality TV fans have been glued to their TV screens since the launch of this year’s I’m A Celebrity. And they have once again noticed something unusual about the show’s hosts, Ant and Dec.
Eagle-eyed viewers have observed over the years that the pair’s watches are tape-retched on set permanently. The iconic duo’s watch faces were suggested as a way to stop light from reflecting onto the cameras, according to a number of theories.
However, the purpose of it is to keep contestants completely unacquainted with time. This has been confirmed on the official I’m A Celeb X account, which reads, “Ant &;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;&;amp;;&;;;&; Dec’s watches are covered to prevent celebrities from knowing when it’s time. They lack any ideas, just like there are no clocks in the camp. “

It’s a small but key detail to heighten the celebs’ jungle experience by completely disconnecting them from the outside world. It can make them feel all the more disorientated and lead to unfiltered and raw reactions – perfect for reality TV.
The watch rule is applied to everyone, not just Ant and Dec. On I’m A Celebrity: Extra Camp in 2017, former contestants Joel Dommett and Scarlett Moffatt explained that everyone who interacts with campmates must adhere to the same rules.
According to Scarlett, “It’s so the campmates don’t know the time, so all the watches are covered for those who constantly see the campmates, like Ant, Dec, and Medic Bob.” “
Not just the jungle secrets that exist behind the scenes. Sideways rain can still cause significant discomfort in camp, but the camp setup includes a canopy to keep the sleeping areas a little dry during the storms. As hosts Ant and Dec have confirmed, contestants can withstand the elements without receiving any special treatment.
Additionally, crew members are on hand to deal with emergencies and wildfire encounters 24/7. Former campmate Dean McCullough recalls being dragged from a burning camp by a vigilant employee while he was still sleeping.
It comes after Kemi Rodgers – back for her second series of I’m A Celebrity: Unpacked alongside Joel Dommett – opened up about what Ant and Dec are really like when the cameras are off.
She told the Mirror: “It’s like a dream come true because you watch them on TV all your life, like you grow up with them and you’re like ‘These guys are absolutely hilarious!’ In my opinion, they are like half of the show. Do you know what I mean? Like you obviously want to see your celebrities doing awful things and being put in like uncomfortable situations, but their reactions to things like have us howling on the floor.
And so being able to join the program and work with them, I was like, “Oh my goodness, what are they going to be like in real life”? Their TV personas are “absolutely hilarious.” They appear exactly the same on and off-screen, which is incredible! “
And I believe it speaks to their success, she continued. They are, in fact, just as kind, jokey, and funny with everyone around them. And so it was really lovely to have those awkward couch conversations with them.

It’s nice for them to come on our show just to talk and get their thoughts on everything because they obviously are kind of getting the show moving.
Nicola McLean thinks Kelly Brook deserves praise for showcasing her natural beauty in the camp. Kelly is currently appearing on I’m A Celebrity.

Nicola McLean believes that Kelly’s natural beauty should be celebrated(Image: ITV/Shutterstock)
Kelly Brook should be praised for showcasing her natural beauty, according to a former I’m A Celeb star.
Former glamour model Nicola McLean, 44, who appeared in the 2008 film Jungle, claims she felt she had to explain why she doesn’t look the same as she did in her 20s and make reference to her size.
No one has the same appearance as they did in their 20s. I’m sorry to break the news to you, but guess what, everyone ages, even models! She knew it was going to happen, which is sad in and of itself because she had thick skin. She had to armour herself up for the body criticism. When she emerges from the jungle, all of this will hit her hard, even if she is prepared for it.
One of the world’s most attractive and seductive women was Kelly. How dare you not still look the same as it is, these trolls claim in their narrative? That is, however, impossible. You can’t keep looking the way you did in your 20s and 30s, and Kelly deserves praise for flaunting her natural beauty rather than being aggressively criticized.
It appears that attractive women are not permitted to get older. Given that she is 72, Ruby Wax avoids body stumbling, but Kelly is prevented from revealing her 46 years.
In the jungle, Vogue Williams and Myleene Klass are viewed as attractive. They both haven’t done a lot of work, and they’re both slim but not too thin.
Even though Vogue has admitted to having lip liner tattooed on them, they are still regarded as “natural women,” which is admirable! However, Kelly doesn’t get the same level of trolling.
Although Lisa Riley is beautiful and I adore her, she wasn’t always attacked online in the same way. Everyone will call Martin Kemp a handsome man because he does not understand it the way women do.
Because of my massive breast implants, I was horribly abused while I was in the jungle. You can’t be a woman’s winner. Since I have my boobs done, I am not seen in the same way as Vogue and Myleene because I am plastic.
You must fit the culture’s perception of women. Although I’m tempted to get Botox and filler to try to keep my appearance, Kelly obviously decided she’s happy with her appearance and didn’t care, so I went with her! It’s impossible for trolls to want you to continue looking the same as you did.
And that’s a problem if you’ve got your hair done to look younger. Yes, I exposed myself, I was a model, I do reality TV, and I currently appear in shows, but what about the fact that I deserve to be called bad for doing what I do and have to hide my body and looks? What message does this send to non-publicly visible women and girls?
