Paloma Faith has said she too was bullied at school as EastEnders star Natalie Cassidy claimed the musician picked on her. The pair both attended Islington Green School, with the songstress a year above the actress.
Recently, Natalie claimed Paloma had tormented her at school, but revealed she is now gutted about the interaction. The soap star recently spoke on her podcast Life With Nat about growing up with Paloma.
She claimed: “Paloma Faith, she bullied me at school. She went to Islington Green and was in the year above me. We’ve spoken about it and she has said sorry about that. Gutted.”

Now, a previous post on Twitter /X by Paloma has resurfaced, which shows the Only Love Can Hurt Like This singer saying she too was targeted at the London school. The upload from 2012 read: “Yes I got bullied at school. I had braces and before that, wonky teeth.”
Speaking of her school experience, Paloma previously told The Standard how her teachers helped her in her career growing up. “They were very encouraging to me. I was put in the Hackney Gazette because it was a failing school and I got all As at GCSE.”

She went on to say she didn’t receive any formal musical training despite her school days inspiring her creative nature. “I did it all myself,” she claimed at the time. “I had no famous parents, no stage school, no BRIT School.”

Now, Paloma admits that despite her huge success, she has no fears of being cancelled. In March, she explained that she believes her upbringing has placed her ‘on the right side of ethics and morals’ and that she can navigate ‘cancel culture’ with ease.
The star believes her frank views and wild tales won’t land her in trouble. She explained to The Sun in March how she avoids scandal, declaring: “I’m not worried about being cancelled at all.
“I am pretty cocky about my morals and my ethics. I feel like my politics and everything I’ve done is OK.

“I was raised by a socialist in a multicultural environment, with gay, straight, trans, drag queens, everyone, all around me.”
She continued: “Most people getting called out are straight white men, isn’t it? They deserve it.
“You can’t just go around grabbing people’s bums and dropping drugs in women’s drinks or f***ing shouting homophobic abuse at people and then not expect it to come back on you.”

Michelle Keegan has shared an adorable sneak peek at daughter Palma in a rare social media upload. The actress, 37, has slowed down posting her baby daughter on Instagram following her birth two months ago.
Michelle, who shares baby Palma with husband Mark Wright, posted the cute black-and-white image on her grid on Tuesday. It showed the tot’s feet, with Michelle writing: “Yep… my toes.”
Michelle’s most recent revelation comes from her, who appears to be succeeding in her new role as mother. Natalya Wright, Mark’s sister, and Palma’s aunt have been posing with the baby. She shared a collection of photos from recent weeks on Instagram with the model and his creator of the content last month.

As she remained patient while bending down to stroke a dog, another image showed her mastery of multitasking. Additionally, a third photo captured Natalya reclined on a couch with Palma laying on top of her.
In March, friends gushed how Mark and Michelle are in a perfect “love bubble” since the arrival of their first daughter. The baby – named after their Majorcan capital – was born at the beginning of March and was initially a very private moment.

A source said at the time: “They wanted to keep the news very private and bask in the glory of a new-born without any distractions without the world knowing. They are in a perfect love bubble with no external noises, and it’s been total and utter bliss.”
Michelle’s mother has been a frequent visitor to the £3.5million Essex mansion owned by Mark and Michelle since Palma’s arrival. When the couple renovated their home, they even constructed a special “granny flat” so she can stay wherever she wants and for a long period of time.
Jackie frequently spends time at Michelle’s home, posting photos of her enjoying their expansive garden and pool at Christmas and January.
She has supported Michelle since she was born, according to a source. They claimed that Jackie was “over the moon to be a grandma.” She and the entire family are besotted, and her grandson is her first grandchild. She is so proud of Michelle.
Jackie had expressed her joy about becoming a grandma before Palma was born. In December, people started calling her Grandma on Instagram, and she wrote, “I’m so excited.” Michelle and Jackie have a close relationship, both of whom have two sons, Andrew and Jackson.

Freddy Brazier’s dad, Jeff, has reportedly taken legal action against the 20-year-old’s nan, Jackiey Budden – who is Jade Goody’s mum – in a bid to ‘keep him safe’

Freddy Brazier failed to turn up to his brother Bobby’s birthday yesterday – according to reports – amid rumours of a feud in the family. Freddy, 20, is said to be living at his nan, Jackiey Budden’s house, despite doting dad, Jeff Brazier, reportedly taking legal action against Jade Goody’s mum in a bid to ‘protect’ his youngest son.
On the weekend, Freddy appeared to defy his dad by posting a TikTok video of himself and Jackiey larking around in the sunshine in her garden in South London. And now it’s been reported that he skipped his older brother Bobby’s 22nd birthday on Monday.

The Sun reports there was “sadness” at the bash after Freddy failed to appear, with a source claiming that Bobby spent the day with dad and stepmum, Kate.
They reportedly said: “Bobby celebrated his birthday with dad Jeff and step mum Kate over the weekend. It was a really nice family occasion, but everyone really missed Freddie.”
Freddy was just four years old and his EastEnders actor brother Bobby was five when their mother Jade tragically died from cervical cancer in 2009.

They have been raised by their doting dad, Jeff, who heartbreakingly admitted he didn’t see much of his youngest son when the pair appeared in Celebrity Race Across the World last year.
According to the Mail on Sunday, Freddy is now living with Jackiey at her flat in Bermondsey. Those reportedly close to the family told the publication: “Jeff was never going to keep Freddy away from his Nanny for very long – they’ve always had a strong bond. Jeff may hate her for all sorts of reasons going back many years, but Freddy loves her very much.”
The source added: “They had a great time together, playing with her dog and catching up at her flat – where he has often stayed over the years. Whatever Jeff hoped to achieve with his legal efforts, it hasn’t worked.”
Freddy didn’t appear to let reports of his dad’s legal action against his nan affect him when he posted a video of himself dancing with Jackiey at the weekend.
Despite his dad’s concern about his relationship with Jackiey, 67, Freddy posted a TikTok video of the pair dancing in her garden in South London. Seen with his shirt off, sporting shorts, the model larked about in the sunshine while Jackiey, also in shorts, slippers and a mustard-coloured cardigan danced along.
Captioning the clip, which concerned dad Jeff was bound to see, Freddy wrote: “#fyp #explore #freddybrazier #jackieybudden #dancetrend.” Responding to the post, one of the lad’s followers said: “She’ll make you feel like you have a piece of your mum,” while a second added: “There’s just something about a Nana. That bond is important.”

“Damn. RIP Jonathan. Always such a kind dude. He played Ken Hotate in Parks and was also in Mag 7. Said to see. Prayers up. Hug your loved ones,” he captioned the post.
Fans also paid tribute to the actor, with one writing on social media: “This is absolutely devastating news. Jonathan Joss was such a talented actor, and his iconic roles brought so much joy to so many. What a tragic loss.”
Another devastated fan commented: “It absolutely shatters my heart to learn of the passing of Jonathan Joss, known and loved by many fans as the voice, heart, spirit, and soul of the character John Redcorn.
“He made a point to be involved in the fandom, and was so kind to all of us. He will never be forgotten!”
Joss’ husband, Tristan Kern de Gonzales, released a statement on the actor’s official Facebook page claiming the argument began when the couple were checking the mail “at the site of our former home”.
“When the man fired, Jonathan pushed me out of the way,” he said. “He saved my life. Jonathan is my husband. He gave me more love in our time together than most people ever get. We were newlyweds.
“We picked Valentine’s Day. We were in the process of looking for a trailer and planning our future,” Gonzales posted before adding he was with Joss when he passed and ‘told him how much he was loved.’

Twins who played the role of Bethany Platt in Coronation Street between 2000 and 2007 took to social media to share a sweet snap of the pair enjoying a holiday in Thailand

Fans of Coronation Street have been left stunned after former stars looked unrecognisable almost two decades on from their on-screen exit. The twin sisters were last seen on the ITV soap 17 years ago.
Emily and Amy Walton were tasked with playing the role of Bethany Platt for seven years between 2000 and 2007. The sisters split the time for the role of the youngster, who is the daughter of Tina O’Brien’s character, Sarah Platt.
The twin siblings were involved in a number of high-profile storylines during their stint on screen. One such story saw their character kidnapped by her paternal grandmother.

Their time on the show came to an end when Bethany and her mum relocated to Italy in 2007. The duo take a step out of the limelight following the exit and focused their attention on different career paths.
In 2016, Amy secured a place on the Great British trampoline team for the European Championships the following year. They had competed together in the British Trampoline finals.

Earlier this year, Emily uploaded an image to Instagram of of her and her sister. The duo looked happy together as they enjoyed a holiday in Thailand. The caption read: “The last of Thailand,” alongside a yellow heart emoji.

Despite the sisters leaving the role as Bethany, the character later returned to the Weatherfield cobbles. Instead of the sisters sharing the role, Lucy Fallon took over proceedings.
She took on the role in 2015 and was quickly involved in a number of nail biting scenes. These included being groomed by Nathan Curtis, who was played by Christopher Harper. She also had to get a stoma bag following a botched surgery.
Despite the character again leaving Corrie in 2019, she returned once more in 2023. Her time off-screen coincided with the birth of her first child. She later announced she was pregnant with child number two, meaning she was stepping away again.
At present, the door has been left open for the star to return, but she has hinted a last exit was for good. In February, Bethany left Manchester behind to start a new chapter in London after a turbulent year. Determined to leave on her own terms, she asked her mother, Sarah Platt, played by Tina O’Brien, to deliver a note to her ex, Daniel Osbourne.
In the emotional scene, teacher Daniel rushed to Bethany’s flat in a desperate attempt to speak with her, only to be misled and told she had already gone. His heartbreak was made deeper when Sarah handed him a thank-you card from Bethany.
The note read: “Dear Daniel, thank you for showing me your true colours. From Bethany.”

Gus Coral, a photographer who had a penniless band on a trip to the moon, took hundreds of candid photos six decades ago. The band are now world-renowned, and previously unreleased photos are available for viewing in a new exhibition.

More than 60 years ago, photographer Gus Coral discovered a treasure trove of previously unreleased images of The Rolling Stones.
100 candid photos will go on display in London from Friday, June 6th, in a new exhibition, Rolling Stones Unseen ’63, which will undoubtedly appeal to rockers fans.
The Stones’ first ever UK tour, which was captured by photographer Gus Coral in 1963, is depicted in the 1963 photos.
When Gus, a now-87-year-old man from Camden, North London, first met the then-poverniless blues loving band, who played as Little Richard’s band’s support act, Bo Diddley and The Everly Brothers, he was just 26.
Gus tells The Mirror: “I have almost 200 hundred images of The Stones in total which I took after I was invited to photograph them on their first British tour.

The majority of these photos have never been seen before because they have been hidden under my bed for so long, aside from a few that I have shown to some friends over the years.
One of my children once said, “Shouldn’t you be doing something with those? “, she said. “It was only thanks to that.” that this exhibit was created.
“So we are,” the statement read. 100 photos will be on display at the opening of the exhibition, and I’m looking forward to seeing them in public.
Some people have questioned why I’ve been holding onto them for so long, but my philosophy is that I wanted to take pictures that would be significant in the future and that would have a historical significance.

Mick Jagger, Keith Richards, Brian Jones, Bill Wyman, and Charlie Watts’ first UK tour, which included stops in Cardiff, Watford, Southend-on-Sea, Hanley, Wolverhampton, and Cheltenham, were captured in Gus’ black and white images.
The Stones played two 10-minute sets at each venue, and Sharon Osbourne’s late father, music legend Don Arden, organized and promoted the tour, which gained them exposure and helped them become household names.
According to Gus, “I met The Stones through my friend, filmmaker Dick Fontaine, who worked for ABC Television at the time.” We had seen The Stones perform at the band’s home venue at The Crawdaddy Club in Richmond, west London.
Dick wanted to try to persuade ABC to produce a television series with them because he thought they were really talented. He already had a strong track record, having already filmed The Beatles.

The closest we could have caught them was in Cardiff. I believe Cardiff was the location of their second national tour. We left then off.
However, access to them was simple at the time. No press, “access all areas” passes required, and everything else, we just entered the theater.
“We went to meet them there after the guy on the Capitol Theatre’s stage door told us they were in the cafe around the corne. And then there was the show, where I had full access to the backstage camera; no other photographers were present.

The band’s debut single, a cover of Chuck Berry’s Come On, reached number 21 on the UK chart at the conclusion of their 30-date tour, indicating Gus that The Stones were on the verge of greatness.
“I was 26 when I took those photos,” I said. Possibly ten years older than them, perhaps. However, these photos show a very young The Stones. Gus chuckles, “So did I then,”
In these images, Mick Jagger appears to have a baby face, but it was all there. Like the seeds of who he was, you know. They were a blues band at the time. I was a real fan, and it wasn’t rock n roll. I kind of felt the blues’ energy strike me.
They contacted me after I took their photos in Cardiff to visit their studio in Holborn, central London, to record with them.

Just two two years later, in 1965, the The Stones took the music world by storm with (I Can’t Get No) Satisfaction, penned by Jagger and Richards, gave the band their first number one in the UK and the US.
The Stones are still rocking despite having sold 250 million albums worldwide and amassing $2.9 billion in ticket sales for the duration of their 63-year career.
And Mick, 81, Keith Richards, 81, and Ronnie Wood, 78, are back in London recording the follow-up to their 2023 studio album, Hackney Diamonds.
Nobody could have predicted how big they would have become, Gus says. “I knew they would make it.” Mick Jagger had great energy when The Stones had no money when I photographed the band in 1963.

“They are amazing that they are still going, as it is difficult to tour.” But I suppose Mick is the only one to blame. He has always been a fantastic figure. Without him, things wouldn’t have gone as planned.
Gus continues, “These photographs have been a closely guarded secret for over 60 years, seen only by a few people, and] I’m excited about transferring my exhibition to New York.”
Raw and ambitious, they “capture The Rolling Stones in a way unlike any other.” I’m thrilled to finally let everyone know about them.
• From Friday (June 6) through September 10th, the Rolling Stones Unseen ’63 exhibition will be on display at Dockside Vaults in London’s St. Katharine Docks.
